🥢蕃茄海鮮湯,因為用石鍋盛載,熱度保持得好好,可以慢慢品嘗,湯底茄味濃郁,入邊有兩大隻手板咁長嘅海蝦,鮮度十足,蝦身蝦頭緊緊連接,非常新鮮;海蜆亦鮮度十足,肥嘟嘟,厚身又鮮甜;湯入邊仲有大量元貝粒同豆腐,令整個蕃茄湯鮮味更加提升。

在一門的門口,已被它的藍光波照射入眼廉,紅框光也映照我疲勞的身驅,這些開場氛圍已令我漸漸打開五感細胞,開始擴張有關食的神經線及毛囊,肌肉也開始放鬆地進入充滿日式的居酒屋,有清酒的香味、有木感的視覺刺激、有愉悅的人客笑聲、一切一切真的猶如置身東京涉谷的一間巷子裡的居酒屋。


親切的店長為我細心介紹店家的美食,強調所有食材皆是嚴選優質貝類食材製作豐富的料理,當中菜式會巧妙地引領出食材的美味開創豐富味覺體驗,如想直接品嚐食物原味的話可選擇生魚片、燒烤、清蒸或是煎排的料理方式……他娓娓道來,說來頭頭是道,好像在唱戲,已沒閒暇惦記公司的事了。


最後,也由店長發板,由他為我選擇合適我吃的幾道小菜,好好沉醉於居酒與美食之間遊走。


1. 尚品刺身: 有海膽牡丹蝦、有吞拿魚、鮫鰈魚、有油甘魚底腩(又稱不見天),店長表示按剛剛次序進食,由最輕的油脂吃到最濃的油脂,就不會影響口感,影響味覺。每款的刺身真的很鮮甜,厚度適中,我最喜就是甘魚底腩,既肥美又鮮甜,極級享受。至於極罕有的海膽牡丹蝦,海膽味明顯但也吃得出牡丹蝦的爽甜,幸福兩個字幾乎噴得出口。

2.六件精選壽司: 左口壽司、真鯛壽司及青檸片帶子壽司... ...用飯團做底可以吸飲食材的味道,也可以減少那種心理形成的肥膩感,聰明做法,左口魚及真鯛魚也有被火炙,更能引出魚的鮮味,真的魚樂無窮,其味無比。

3.店長推介的東洋卷: 

嚴選靚牛油果,精緻的蟹籽,傲慢的鰻魚

拼在一起,等於一幅彩虹橋立體放送

再用上日式蛋醬做蛋皮

這個東洋卷,真的不得了,一嚐難忘

萬人傾心,味道有牛油果的迷幻香

也有口感十足的蟹籽

而汁味滿溢的鰻魚

已令人念念不忘,如再餓了,我一定回頭再吃。

4.魚湯烏冬: 濃濃的魚湯直捲整碗的烏冬,菇香也為這碗湯鞠躬盡粹,整件事是用心烹調,慢煮到食材已融入純白的烏冬內,完全入味了,每吃一束烏冬,心便上升一度,直至到窩心為止。感謝再普通的食物在我口腔裡頓變成了美食的首領了!

5.昭和串燒:  

秋葵讓日本蝦餃: 嶄新做法,店家一直揉合新與舊去創出 Fusion,蝦膠彈,秋葵嫩,就是配!

雞肉明太子: 腌制好的鷄肉,吃時仍保留著那個秘製的醬汁,明太子也好味,欣賞!

雞手羽串燒: 經典做法,加點岩鹽,佐酒一流。

6.和風炒鷄 :  那個濃汁、綿密的鷄塊、雪花般的木魚老……造就了一碟充滿大和民族特色的炒鷄,送飯一流,好味,一級棒,感恩讓我進入一門,打開口感之大門。


加上蜜桃特飲,一次驚喜又震撼心靈之美食之旅寫上完美句號,最重要是三個小時的恬靜慢嚼經驗,足以令我放下一切煩躁、煩擾與煩亂……可以做到三小時的真我,人的本性是追求快樂的!

絕對唔係用香精溝出嚟🍊

呢日放工之後同男朋友去左銅鑼灣食飯,我地搵左一間日本餐廳食dinner,呢間餐廳既日式裝修令人感覺好似去左日本咁。野食仲好別緻。今次點左好多野食。刺身方面,點左呢碟深海池魚皇角切,池魚切到好薄,非常新鮮,簡單咁點醬油已經好好食。另外,呢度既招牌東洋卷都唔錯,佢係用薄薄既蛋皮包住牛油果、鰻魚同蟹籽,層次豐富。呢度既壽司亦都好高質,最鍾意佢既帶子壽司,帶子超鮮甜。牛肉壽喜燒好足料,湯底好香濃。最後,仲有呢碗炒飯,夠哂飽啊。
