椒麻雞是每次必點!麻而不辣,吃罷都會感受到舌頭上不停在跳動,有種麻痺的快感,雞肉嫩滑,舖上海量的蔥粒連秘製醬汁,會讓人忍不住一件接一件的吃下去

雞煲可以揀普通雞湯或者麻辣湯底,我哋揀咗麻辣底,同樣係小辣,重慶水煮個麻辣程度會更加明顯,而雞煲相對會較清淡少少。一個煲入面有四大粒雲吞,而且唔知點解有啲雲吞入面仲有兩大隻蝦🦐🦐勁足料!反而雞有幾舊嘅口感比較紮實。煲入面仲有好多粒金華火腿同白菜仔,好鮮甜非常滿足。

而家做緊推廣優惠,每人送一杯仔指定白酒。好彩我事前望一望酒嘅餐牌,入面列明所有酒精濃度、口感同特色。得知呢隻#大曲酒 度數高達52%,所以第一啖都係輕輕用脷尖試一試味道,緩一緩之後先再飲。強烈建議各位如果唔係平時飲開白酒千祈唔好一大啖隊入口(唔好俾佢嘅shot杯呃到),當日隔籬枱位師兄一啖飲完咳到肺炎仔咁樣🙈。落單姐姐仲問我飲唔飲得出菠蘿味,自問自己唔係好識飲酒,不過都飲得出少少甜味。

红馆太古坊範圍內很地道的川菜館,來吃過的朋友都連連誇贊味道正宗,今天終於來試了一次。餐牌什麼都有,從粉面到水煮菜,從小菜到小炒,一人食和聚會都是最佳選擇。上來就被原煲煲仔菜吸引了,糾結了一下要點酸菜肥腸還是風味乾扁肥腸,最後選擇了乾扁,果然驚喜,加了洋蔥紅辣椒大蒜,各種川菜調料扁出來的香味都融在肥腸裡,香而不膩,鍋氣十足。另外點了一個麻婆豆腐配龍利柳,一大盆滿滿的厚切魚肉,一年也不含糊,豆腐是硬身一點的,氣孔吸滿了湯汁,龍利柳也一樣,嫩而不碎,非常入味。看到菜單惠顧煲仔菜還有冰啤酒買一送一的優惠,另外還有中國啤酒的選擇,很適合跟朋友來小酌一杯。

原煲上既小菜,所以keep到食到一半都仲係好熱。呢款小菜非常送飯,可惜我地呢排戒carbs所以無叫白飯。啲牛肉都ok唔係果啲梳打粉嗱到淋晒既牛,有小驚喜係佢個沙嗲汁係精心調制過,落左啲花椒爆香過,唔係茶記果啲現成花生沙嗲醬直出,所以都幾惹味,堅只欠白飯🤩下次下次 下次大概可以(暴露年紀系列)


蒜蓉炒菜($68)就正常發揮啦唔講,btw最緊要係呢度有asahi飲!食辣野必備凍啤,平時好怕飲啲佬啤…咩嘉士伯藍妹,所以有日本Asahi就即叫!仲有雪凍左既戰鬥碗,當係向已逝去既東寶致敬一下啦!


整體來講紅館都唔錯,下次可能叫多啲人食多啲款式開心啲👍🏻👍🏻

幾年前紅館還是一家只可以拎走外賣吃的小店,如今已經變成一個可以堂食的店。味道一直保持在水準之上,很是好吃。只不過量沒有原來大了,泡沫打包盒變成現在常規的塑料打包盒這點很不錯。另外之前的麻辣羊肉麵也沒有了,這點很是失落。現在辣度沒有之前辣了,不過感覺之前太辣了,現在剛剛好。

喺鰂魚涌嘅小巷入面有間幾出名嘅川菜餐廳,朋友話平日lunch幾多人下,所以今次有機會經過,就黎咗試下,第一次黎梗係試下menu上面推薦嘅菜式先叫咗半隻四川椒麻雞,就咁睇個名同張相以為係好辣,點知原來呢個菜式係唔辣一上枱果下,個賣相唔錯,滿滿嘅蔥蓉鋪滿隻雞,入面仲有啲薑蓉,食落口啲雞幾滑,肉質淋度恰到好處,而雞有花椒油嘅麻,麻油嘅香,好正,送飯一流之後叫咗招牌酸菜魚,揀咗龍利柳同小辣,魚好厚肉,食落幾有咬口,唔會太淋,而湯底隨咗有辣椒同酸菜,仲有芽菜、芫茜,湯底唔油又唔太辣,酸度啱啱好,好好飲,所以仲叫咗碗薯粉倒入去一齊食,咁食肯定最夾,因為可以吸哂湯嘅精華食得辣野當然唔少得啤酒,呢度用“戰鬥碗”飲,特別有feel,而隻碗仲喺雪櫃拎出黎,包保keep到啤酒嘅味道我仲貪得意試咗瀘州老窖(大曲酒)中國白酒,成52%酒精,少啲酒量都真係會頂唔順,唔太識飲酒嘅我都飲到佢形容嘅菠蘿香味,第一次飲真係覺得幾特別,值得一試整體黎講,成晚我同朋友都好滿意,絕對有下次!

先叫咗半隻四川椒麻雞,就咁睇個名同張相以為係好辣,點知原來呢個菜式係唔辣
一上枱果下,個賣相唔錯,滿滿嘅蔥蓉鋪滿隻雞,入面仲有啲薑蓉,食落口啲雞幾滑,肉質淋度恰到好處,而雞有花椒油嘅麻,麻油嘅香,好正,送飯一流
