Today we went to the Salted Pig at Knutsford Terrace. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and you can easily grab a drink with your friends in any of the bar next door. We ordered this Pan fried strimp with sauage. I'm pretty surprise how great the seafood turned out to be. This would be the must order dish. Today we went to the Salted Pig at Knutsford Terrace. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and you can easily grab a drink with your friends in any of the bar next door.

We ordered this Pan fried strimp with sauage. I'm pretty surprise how great the seafood turned out to be. This would be the must order dish. The spice is mild, while did a great job bringing up the flavor of the shrimp. Fantastic dish.

The barbecue pork is tender and flavorful with the sweet sauce on the side. It comes in reasonable portion and it's quite delicious.

Moving on, we get to the best dish of the night - suckling pig. This suckling pig is packed with flavor. The thin crush of perfectly roasted skin goes perfectly with the juicy tender meat beneath it. The sauce on the side pair so well with the suckling pig, easing out the fatty portion of the flavor. If you can only order one dish, this is the one.

The risotto is quite flavorful. The rice is perfectly cooked with the right hardness to it.

And the cinnamon tart paired with chocolate ice cream ends the night just the right way.

Overall, I'm highly satisfied. If you already planned to grab a drink at Knutsford Terrace later that night, go check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

3) Half portion of pork knuckles with salted mushroom and mash potatoes on the side: this one was definitely the highlight of the meal. Their mushroom was so yummy, pork knuckle was moist and crunchy. Mash potatoes also made a special chemistry with the cream sauce. One of the best pork knuckles in town and lived up theirs name.
