香港人習慣了急促的生活,但是銅鑼灣旁的大坑,卻享受了一份休閒的感覺,充滿了各式各樣的美食令人可以慢活人生,經朋友介紹之下來到了這間西餐廳享受一下美味的脆皮乳豬.餐廳環境佈置十分之有氣氛、加上枱與枱之間的距離也十分之足夠,好讓大班朋友傾吓計飲下酒.新鮮的無花果配上自家製的醬汁令這個沙律十分之開胃,也是最好的開頭了.蜆肉十分之肥美,並沒有沙,加上廚師火候控制得宜每一粒蜆肉也是開口的值得加分.到了主打的乳豬外皮十分之香脆,但是內裏卻充滿了肉汁,水準之作.最後這個意粉也是即叫即手的,因此鑊氣十足,加上廚師自家製的醬汁,零這個意粉提升了不少的分數.

今日放假,去了大坑食晚飯。餐廳燈光昏黃,很有情調和氣氛,而服務亦佳。麵包配黑醋和牛油,是很好的配搭。無花果沙律有清新的無花果,亦有芝士片和沙律菜,配的是黑醋汁,又開胃,又健康。紐西蘭刀背蜆很大隻,很新鮮,亦很多汁,配有洋蔥、蒜片、蕃茄仔和腸仔,味道香甜。西班牙乳豬分兩款,可以選擇半隻或四份之一,我們選擇的是四份之一,夠二至三人食。乳豬賣相很吸引,而味道亦出色。色澤均勻,皮薄而香脆,肉多而脂肪少。點一點個醬,味道會更突出一點。大坑是較為隱藏一點的美食天地,下次再試試其他特色餐廳。

跟住到西班牙乳豬,啲肉超級嫩,個皮都做得超級脆,配上佢個燒汁,一齊食,佢仲叫我哋食埋底下啲沙律菜,因為吸哂啲肉汁超級好味同好正!!😋😋😋

個煙鴨胸闊麵,有埋芝士碎,咸咸香香,完全唔覺得膩,yum yum😜😜😜

今晚同幾個朋友黎食飯,因為可能閒日夜晚餐廳唔full坐得好舒服。 我地開左支酒, 佢啲野食既portion偏細,但都好好食。有幾樣野食想講下, 我覺得佢個麵包好好食,佢中間好軟熟但係咬落去又唔係真係好腍又有啲口感~個蜆都好好食,佢係用馬刀貝,好有蜆味,連帶個湯都好有蜆味,我食左粒蕃茄,粒蕃茄吸哂啲湯汁好甜好好食~至於個seabass, 個味真係好好,個魚肉勁滑,但個魚皮煎到好脆~但係最正都係個乳豬! 個乳豬皮脆卜卜,而且一啲都唔肥,佢整到個肉好嫰好入味, 一路食個肉汁一路流出黎,佢有跟埋個source,但係就算唔點個source本身個乳豬已經好夠味,而且唔似平時啲乳豬食2件已經唔想食, 呢個係食完會想再食

諗住同個朋友慶祝生日,就打算喺佢屋企附近搵間餐廳,見到啲食評又話佢乜嘢「隱世高積西班牙菜」,呸!!!最先上咗呢個「有機蕃茄芝士沙律」,好一般般,之後等咗45分鐘先至上下一碟菜,我肚餓到扁!個青口啲肉好細嚿,佢好味,但食完好似冇食咁。😑跟住上呢個ribs,應該算係全晚最好味。D肉幾嫩,但最好食係啲醬🙄最後叫咗呢個燒乳豬,應該係個人扮聽唔到我哋講乜,我哋明明話想要少少試吓,佢就幫我哋落咗大半隻,隻乳豬肥到根本食唔到,每個嚿差唔多有70-80%都係肥膏,點食?全晚最好味應該係杯酒—highball (當唔記得影相)三個人食,買單二千幾蚊。

最近忙於工作非常疲累,難得友人相約,一於放下工作為自己帶來一晚聚會的好時光。友人對大坑一帶熟識,當然有好介紹。今晚是西班牙菜之夜。先來一杯Pinot Grigio白酒,以果味為主體,入口順滑。餐前香草麵包不錯,軟熟,蕃茄乾酸酸咪咪,充滿異國風味。芒果柚子沙律開胃前菜,火腿乾脆卜卜,滋味。橄欖蒜片虎蝦西班牙小食。蒜香滲入橄欖油中,極之惹味。蝦隻爽彈。少少辣度增添味蕾感。從法國入口嘅白雪魚果然不同,質感鮮嫩,尤其魚皮烤得脆口。伴碟嘅薯茸做法並不簡單,混入薯皮,另口感更加豐富。混入雞湯烹調,更顯心思。燒乳豬是西班牙菜餚中表表者。乳豬皮烤得脆口焦香,脂肪位不多,肉汁滿溢,最重要不油不膩,必食之選。
