今日大廚推介左個龍蝦,首先要食左個龍蝦頭先,啲芝士加埋啲蝦膏配啲檸檬汁,super yummy !
我本身好唔鐘意食芝士,佢既appetizer 水牛芝士蕃茄真係可以一試,啲蕃茄都經過精心炮製。

吉士、杏仁及脆餅的份量剛好,最喜歡就係蘋果帶出的果酸,即是喚醒味蕾。

 



烹調用心,味道恰到好處,沒有妖邪濃烈的醬汁蓋過食物的原味,吃得舒適自在,令人有賓至如歸之感,怪不得主要招呼熟客已經足夠運作10多年。
