To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 台灣朋友港為了帶他四處遊香港,我就決定帶他先吃一餐美味的午餐。朋友說在台北「添好運」響噹噹,在午餐時段排隊人龍很長,很想試一下香港原店的味道,那麼我就帶他去西九龍站新開的「添好運」來吃飯。新店在西九龍鐵路站位置超大,比之前的店大3倍多,在午市時段整間店都是滿滿的人,我們2人還要跟其他食客搭檯。朋友在1年前來港時已吃過有出名的「 酥脆叉燒包 」,這是必吃的點心,今次一定會點,來到時不算太熱,而且味道略為鹹了一點,說真有點失望,水準已沒之前那麼好了。「蝦餃」也可算不過不失,普普通通,沒什麼驚喜。至於「 糯米雞」餡料十足,糯米很香,但都是比較鹹了一點,算是可以。整體上水準已經大不如前,上菜時間快,但食物味道保持不住,希望下次再來有改善啦!

There are not many restaurants inside the high speed rail station. Tim Ho Wan is probably the best one. It opens at 9am. I went there for a dim sum brunch. There is no queue at all. This Tim Ho Wan restaurant is more spacious than the other branches. It is also the newest branch. The menu is the same as the other ones. I ordered four dim sums: the famous bbq pork buns, bbq pork vermicelli rolls, bean curd skin rolls and spring rolls. The bbq pork buns are quite good. It costs only $23 for 3 buns

This Tim Ho Wan restaurant is more spacious than the other branches. It is also the newest branch. The menu is the same as the other ones.

I ordered four dim sums: the famous bbq pork buns, bbq pork vermicelli rolls, bean curd skin rolls and spring rolls.

The bbq pork buns are quite good. It costs only $23 for 3 buns. They are hot and sweet.

The spring rolls are not crispy enough.
The bean curd rolls and the bbq pork vermicelli rolls are average.

The hygiene could have improved. The service is so so. The pricing is very reasonable.

想食米芝蓮級添好運,等位是常識吧,今日坐高鐵上廣州,碰啱午膳時間,當然醫好五臟六府才北上,在站內遠遠已看到添好運的招牌,於是碰碰運氣看看要等多久,結果五分鐘便能安排入座。高鐵站添好運餐牌與其他店無異,價錢應該一樣,裡面的座位數量相當多,目測枱數達四、五十張,喝了一杯茶後,最後點了馬拉糕、燒賣、蝦餃、牛肉腸、煎蛋牛肉飯、蘿蔔糕和菜苗餃,上菜的速度不錯,點心五、六分鐘便陸續上枱,食物質素依舊,吃了一枱點心才二百五十元,十分超值。

高鐵開幕對我嚟講冇乜感覺,不過迎來嘅好消息,就係開咗好多食肆,其中包括咗添好運喺高鐵站行去添好運,要經過一條專用電梯,一上就係reception。星期六晚巿以為會超多人等位,但基本上攞飛等5分鐘到就有位。餐廳佔地都幾大,食客以本地人為主。點餐紙,同其他分店一樣,一眼睇曬,款式比其他分店少(例如尖椒、春卷都冇)價錢方面,可能位置問題,價錢比其他分店貴一至兩成酥皮焗叉燒包:添好運嘅焗叉燒包真係特別好食,每次嚟都一定叫呢個「鎮店之寶」,外層麵包我皮又薄又鬆脆,叉燒餡好飽滿,最緊要係新鮮整好,仲係熱辣辣陳皮牛肉球:(要咗加量喼汁所以睇落好深色)牛肉球食落質感好軟熟,帶一點點陳皮同香茅嘅清香蜜味叉燒腸:正,好重芫荽香味,腸粉皮夠薄,不過有點過咗火,少咗滑溜嘅質感。家鄉咸水角:一上枱就知出曬事,見到隻碟有好多灰黑色嘅水滴!!!啲水點咁明顯,點解上菜嗰位睇唔到嘅食嗰陣個心都仲係有啲唔安樂,反正味道唔太特別,外皮有點厚,餡料幾新鮮但份量偏少,食一啖就放棄了。埋單兩位$123,以食物質素嚟講,雖然比其他分店貴咗啲,但價錢都仲係幾親民,不過衛生就一定要改善啦!
