呢間餐廳雖然平日去,但都幾旺場。雖然是普通茶餐廳格局,但環境尚算闊落,有卡位,而空調和風扇都開得夠。餐廳的老伙記,尚算有禮貌。蒜蓉蒸扇貝,火候剛好,扇貝嫩滑,蒸完都冇縮水。蒜蓉粉絲,加少許生抽,已經能突出食材的鮮味。糖醋咕嚕肉酸甜開胃,豬肉肥瘦均勻,加上大大件的燒菠蘿,送飯一流。鼓椒炒蜆,上枱熱辣辣。醬汁十分惹味,炒得剛剛好,又是另一碟白飯殺手。金銀蛋肉鬆扒時蔬呢個清清地,可以解下膩,菜的份量多,加上肉鬆、炸蒜、菇、咸蛋和皮蛋,味道融和,而且上湯也夠入味,為整餐劃上完美的句。餐廳樸實,小菜的水準合乎標準,抵食夾大件,值得一試。

因為菠蘿係切好上喺側邊~
咕嚕肉一食落口就feel到唔同~!

淨係覺得冇咩特別/好難咬
但係呢度完全唔會!超好味😋
