前些天,一些朋友來港找我,於是便想著去邊度食飯較好,就想到了以前去吃過的東昇樓酒家去的時候是中午時間,吃飯的人不是很多,沒有晚上的那麼多,所以上菜的速度還是很快的吃的幾個菜也非常喜歡,可惜沒帶相機不然就可以拍下來給大家參考一下了先說我覺得最喜歡的一個菜是烤豬展骨,很好食,我朋友都讚不絕口然後就是這裡的豆腐整得很不錯,吃了還想吃的還有這邊的燒臘也是一絕,說是老闆親自動手的,吃起來真的是美味還有白切雞,不知道是做法還是雞本身,非常鮮甜只是有少許幾道菜味道就一般般沒有太大的特色總體來說,還是不錯,值海鮮就只是吃了一下蜆,整得挺靚的,自己挑的,也沒有不新鮮吃完了飯,帶著朋友在漁村里走了一下,朋友說沒想到香港還有這麼有特色的地方,呵呵,準備下次帶她們去大澳,應該會有更多的驚奇吧

先說我覺得最喜歡的一個菜是烤豬展骨,很好食,我朋友都讚不絕口
然後就是這裡的豆腐整得很不錯,吃了還想吃的
還有這邊的燒臘也是一絕,說是老闆親自動手的,吃起來真的是美味
還有白切雞,不知道是做法還是雞本身,非常鮮甜
只是有少許幾道菜味道就一般般沒有太大的特色
總體來說,還是不錯,值
海鮮就只是吃了一下蜆,整得挺靚的,自己挑的,也沒有不新鮮
吃完了飯,帶著朋友在漁村里走了一下,朋友說沒想到香港還有這麼有特色的地方,呵呵,準備下次帶她們去大澳,應該會有更多的驚奇吧

幾年前一次去完迪士尼睇煙花, 一行十六人, 分渣幾部車入東涌搵食.一入去坐張檯可以坐晒十六個人的, 小弟唔多好海鮮, 主力都係食中式牛柳, 但好香架.埋單每人$150, 算ok啦.最後有少少交通安排的建議, 如果唔想坐佢的貨Van仔去食, 可以在東涌站B出口, 出左站之後向著室內的巴士總站走, 坐新大嶼山巴士38號($3.1, 坐任何E線巴士或MTR都有一元轉乘優惠)或任何一架去逸東村的巴士(37, S52, S64, E31, E21A), 在逸東村的居逸樓站下車(總站前一個站), 下車後過馬路到對面寶逸樓/德逸樓, 會見到寶逸/德逸樓之間有個停車場入口, 向呢個方向行, 經過東涌天主教學校, 謙逸樓, 信逸樓, 最後在信逸樓旁有條樓梯, 行落去再一直走就會見到架啦.(34已在年多前不再經馬灣涌村)

其實我是在綱上和朋友推介下今天舉家到東昇樓晚膳。在東涌MTR站上車到他們的店舖尚可(不用5分鐘車程)。可是座位安排不當(星期五已訂臺)。食物水準普通,味道沒大驚喜。海鮮價錢尚可,一碟淨菜收HK$40.00,與市區食店比不覺便宜。衛生環境差。要服務員拿紙巾、lemon水洗手,最少重覆五、六次才拿給你。明顯人手不足。我們八時離開,一心乘他們的專車回東涌,但足足等了45分鐘。中間有人插隊不在話下。比我們遲等車要返回Disney Land的,卻有2部車安排他們先離去。我最少電聯東昇7、8次,每次的回應都說車在途中,敷衍了事。最終8:45 pm 才有車到。今天是端陽節,應該是happy family gathering,but this experience made each of us very unhappy! I won't recommend anyone to go there.

其實我是在綱上和朋友推介下今天舉家到東昇樓晚膳。在東涌MTR站上車到他們的店舖尚可(不用5分鐘車程)。可是座位安排不當(星期五已訂臺)。
食物水準普通,味道沒大驚喜。海鮮價錢尚可,一碟淨菜收HK$40.00,與市區食店比不覺便宜。
衛生環境差。要服務員拿紙巾、lemon水洗手,最少重覆五、六次才拿給你。明顯人手不足。
我們八時離開,一心乘他們的專車回東涌,但足足等了45分鐘。中間有人插隊不在話下。比我們遲等車要返回Disney Land的,卻有2部車安排他們先離去。
我最少電聯東昇7、8次,每次的回應都說車在途中,敷衍了事。最終8:45 pm 才有車到。
今天是端陽節,應該是happy family gathering,but this experience made each of us very unhappy! I won't recommend anyone to go there.

在逸東村旁邊的村屋,隱藏著間不起眼的酒家"東昇樓",如非住在逸東村的同事告知,也不懂得摸上門.早上來到飲茶,點心絕對少得可憐,我問有咩點心?)店員鳳爪,排骨,盅頭飯,同埋包之類.)我咁有無蝦餃,燒賣之類?)店員無呀,唔好意思.)心想唔*係卦?一間做早市的酒家,連呢類點心都無?有無搞*錯?)店員我地有腸粉,即拉的.)好,就信你.先行盅頭飯,盅頭飯為白飯,鳳爪排骨就分開上.兩者來到才交個朋友.白飯都蒸得分明,排骨都有肉汁,最後放在一起吃,也吃出個味來.即拉腸粉為蝦腸,都說即拉一定不差,粉皮很滑,餡料的蝦就沒有味,而且腸粉內還包著薑茸.腸粉搭薑茸,聞所未聞,吃罷感覺頓時有點光怪陸離.午市再來,為了吃燒腩,這個時段吃的燒腩,一定是出爐不久.燒皮未去到入口即化地步,但一樣香脆,腩肉口感鬆化,皮同肉之間的肥膏,更是爽口.燒腩下的蕎頭,其酸味用來燒滯就最適合.再來個椒鹽鮮魷,脆漿有點點過厚,咬落也香脆可口,內裏的魷魚就很鮮味彈牙.連伴碟炸蒜也不放過.又燒腩又椒鹽鮮魷,去到最後,連白飯也忘記去吃....

先行盅頭飯,盅頭飯為白飯,鳳爪排骨就分開上.兩者來到才交個朋友.白飯都蒸得分明,排骨都有肉汁,最後放在一起吃,也吃出個味來.

即拉腸粉為蝦腸,都說即拉一定不差,粉皮很滑,餡料的蝦就沒有味,而且腸粉內還包著薑茸.腸粉搭薑茸,聞所未聞,吃罷感覺頓時有點光怪陸離.

腐乳通菜及麵醬生菜-前者較為老,腐乳味也不夠;後者心得大家欣賞,麵豉份量恰好,生菜亦夠爽口。

上湯魚肚絲瓜-賣相亦夠特別,用了一大木桶來盛載。湯底的胡椒味濃郁,魚肚及絲瓜比例亦相當多。

連15枝啤酒,每人承為$130,是很抵食,至於好食就只是一般。

2. Live boiled cuttlefish (fresh ocean sweetness from cuttlefish. Nothing's better than simple method like this)
3. Cuttlefish stirfry with celery (this one, though is a disappointment. Overcooked again)
4. Conches in XO sauce (turned out the 'sauce' is brothy and doesn't taste like anything remotely "XO")
5. Boiled Conches (unfortunately turned to brown rubbery bits in shells)
6. Salt Baked Chicken (which turned out to be surprisingly good...even the chicken breast is extremely moist.
7. Roast Pork -- moist throughout interlayering meat and fat, and the crackling is awesome! Fantastic.
8. Fried Rice (with prawns and vegetables). Delicious and dry-- a good thing.
9. Geoduck (sliced and boiled at the table, served with its liver, which tasted like chicken when cooked. Sliced too thinly and reduced in size to almost nothing, luckily enough it doesn't taste fishy, and right to the crunch.

12 people, a mountain of food, with sodas for half the table and wine ended up with less than $2100 for the night. It's not bad for a meal filled with seafood, but it wouldn't be a steal given seafood were treated as silly intruders. Surprisingly good are the chicken, roasted pork and fried rice, quite a ride throughout the night.

Note that there is a shuttle bus that takes customers to and from MTR station, but the service ends at 10:30pm, make sure you catch that bus on your way back.

- 基本上,所有材料(海鮮,肉同蔬菜)都好新鮮..........雖然size唔喺大隻,但勝在鮮甜...........咁嘅質素..........點可能收$200,最起碼都要double啦

- 友人之前都嚟過呢間食飯..............另外佢哋嘅燒肉都好正,亞uncle在車上同我哋講有個豬蹍蜜餞骨(好似喺咁叫)都出色
