這間位於銅鑼灣皂山 U Izakaya,主打海膽,另外還有刺身及串燒等,清酒晚市買一送一,適合朋友聚會的地方。我們點了支鏡山的清酒,米味較重,入口清純帶點甜香。店員先送上蔬菜配沙甸魚及鯷魚醬。海膽刺身半板海膽刺身排列精緻,海膽入口鮮甜,質感幼滑。刺身盛合五款包括了吞拿魚、三文魚、油甘魚、活赤貝、牡丹蝦,赤貝及牡丹蝦爽甜,魚刺身肉厚且肥美。厚燒牛舌牛舌是舌心部位,加上切得厚身,入口爽彈。燒大蝦蝦殼燒至微焦,蝦肉新鮮彈牙。天婦羅蝦外層粉漿很薄,炸至金黃香脆,蝦肉爽口。最後食個桃味雪葩,入口幼滑,桃味清香,而且不會太甜,好似食生果的感覺。

整體來講,餐廳嘅服務同埋食物水準都十分唔錯,我最緊要係個環境好舒服唔會太嘈吵,慢慢飲下酒傾吓計好寫意,食物嘅價錢亦都唔算太過pricy,感覺可以再encore多幾次😉
