今日太太嚟銅鑼灣接我放工一齊去食飯。去咗時代廣場後邊搵到依間樓上居酒屋。我哋冇叫套餐,可以試多啲唔同食物。竹炭麵包配海膽醬,嗰醬有少少清酒味。麵包唔再搽牛油,好味。薄切油甘魚配無花果松露油,油甘魚好新鮮,果醬酸酸地,原來唔配Wasabi都好好味。叫咗兩件壽司,帶子同牡丹蝦,又大件又新鮮。魚生好得。再叫咗串燒,橫膈肌似牛柳,豚肉包蠔都幾夾,黑蒜椰菜仔唔錯。薄燒牛脷,鐵板上,自己仲可以食熟少少或者生少少,幾好玩。炸軟殼蟹,吾錯。免治雞肉海膽流心蛋,賣相好靚,個流心蛋都好好味。海膽魚子醬意粉,海膽好新鮮好甜,食晒啲海膽先至食個帶子同意粉。叫咗好多唔同種類嘢食,食到好飽。最後叫咗個蘋果雪葩做甜品,圓滿一餐。雖然我喺室內進餐,室外露台都好靚,等天氣暖少少,搵晚試吓喺外邊食。

新開不久的一家高級日式餐廳分了吧台區,用餐區,還有戶外區餐廳以海膽為主題,有很多不同的海膽菜式,我們沒有專門點海膽菜式,反而甚麼都試了點。慢煮雞胸凱撒沙律先來個沙律,很清新開胃磯煮花螺花螺大大隻很肥美,磯煮後非常入味,很甜。時令燒魚伊佐木店家推薦今天剛到的伊佐木,很適合鹽燒外皮燒得很香脆,肉質偏實淨,帶有魚油脂香。味噌燒半殼蠔海膽醬燒半慤蠔試了兩款燒蠔,蠔幾大隻,加上海膽醬十分creamy,有種入口即溶的感覺。味噌燒同樣惹味,提升了蠔的鮮味。吉列炸蠔炸蠔大大隻,十分juicy!必試招牌菜海膽帶子魚子醬意粉‼每一口都充滿海膽的鮮甜味,加上帶子和魚子醬口感豐富戶外位置很適合打卡,空間感十足吃飽後可以在露台吹吹風,看看風景也是很不錯呢最後還試了兩款甜品黑糖蘋果紅豆杯蘋果雪葩
