整間店子的裝潢是混和咗西式和日式,有西式的酒吧區和日式清酒佈置的用餐區,仲有露天的休閒區,當然最重要是食物質素,整晚的菜式融合了日式和西式,印象最深就是新鮮運到的生蠔,店員介紹由較清淡的日本蠔食起,到最濃海水味的法國蠔,認真冇介紹錯,之後的以海膽為主題的日式菜餚,簡直令我對海膽的認識加深了,原來有白海膽和較濃味的黃海膽之分別,至愛的串燒水準也很高,之後的鐵板燒北寄貝印像也很深刻,能夠將一隻大北寄貝切片伴以雜菜鐵板上,很有特色,最後的甜品更有白桃雪葩和海膽雪糕,令這頓晚餐畫上一個完美的句號。

店子分為充滿日式氛圍的室內座和飽覽馬場景的露天座,店員禮貌周周,每個餸菜上枱都詳細介紹成份及食法,很細心周到,Menu也實在包含中西日式,而酒吧一角也有多款清酒、雞尾酒和Mocktail可供選擇,今晚就一於嘗試享受這頓Fusion晚飯,先點了兩杯酒和一試它的餐前混醬(多春魚/咸魚)配爽脆青瓜和沙葛很醒胃。頭盤是黑松露蜜糖釀牛油果蝦沙律,口味青新。見生蠔新到貨各要了兩隻包括日本的雪花、美國的黄寶石和法國的聖馬田由淡入濃鮮味有層次,無揀错。之後的串燒質素相當高,厨師應記一功。然後就是這店的主打海膽料理,有手卷、茶碗蒸、意粉等,都充滿不同品種的海膽,甚至甜品其中除了女朋友至愛的水蜜桃雪葩,更有海膽雪糕,實在令海膽控的我大滿足。整體這頓Fusion菜實在高質素,當然價錢也如實反映,但都應該是value for money嘅。
