如果喜歡玉子的朋友就必吃這款蒲燒鰻魚厚燒玉子丼啦!超厚身的玉子放上長長的蒲燒鰻魚真是絕配呀!
鰻魚很肥美加上濃濃燒汁夾著香甜玉子一起吃,真的很惹味再加埋紫菜飯味道很搭配。
而平時喝的麵豉湯這裡就用上獨家自製的鰻魚肝白貝湯,奶白色的白貝湯味道特別鮮甜美味,還有溫泉蛋和漬物真的很豐富。

另一款我同事就揀左鰻魚丼飯配套餐,入面有鹹醃菜、味噌湯同埋溫泉蛋作配菜,平時食蒲燒鰻魚就多,白燒活鰻的確比較少食到😉第一次試覺得個感覺都幾好,用白燒嘅方式燒製鰻魚,可以令到層皮脆卜卜,個肉質都幾彈牙爽口,用少少鹽調味已經好好食,都幾下飯架

今日尖沙咀經過見到依間鰻魚專門店,睇落幾正咁所以入嚟試吓😋店內環境:舖頭裏便座位唔算多,裝修好似日本嘅餐廳。生燒鰻魚丼(白燒):試吓鰻魚得唔得,當然要咩都唔汁都唔落嘅生燒鰻魚丼(白燒)。鰻魚皮燒得好脆好香,鰻魚肉有鎖汁,食落去唔乾,而且保留好鮮甜嘅魚味,好好味😋😋我哋加咗$18有溫泉蛋、鹹菜同埋湯。一開始以為普通嘅麵豉湯,原來個湯大有來頭,係一個鰻魚肝白貝湯,超鮮甜,超讚,必飲!原條蒲燒鰻魚丼:蒲燒鰻魚必食!整條蒲燒鰻魚以汁燒香,份量十足,味道亦啱啱好,食唔到任何鰻魚骨,好正😋鬧市嚟講,搵到依間高質小店,而且價錢相宜,性價比幾高。

冬至嗰日,相信好多人都忙着做節,我哋反傳統,食日本菜做冬🤣你之前都睇過食評,見呢間餐廳定價都唔算平,所以對食物都有啲期望我哋兩個人,一個叫咗生燒鰻魚丼,選了白燒,另外一個叫三重鰻魚丼,其中一個加$18轉套餐,我哋兩個都叫咗啤酒,不過最後發現蠢咗,應該兩個都升級做套餐,因為齋叫啤酒要$22,套餐餐飲轉啤酒要$28,即係加多$6就有多碗湯,溫泉蛋同鹹菜🤣三重鰻魚丼,可以一次過食晒三種鰻魚,啱晒貪心嘅人,不過份量唔算好吸引相比之下,生燒白燒鰻魚丼,份量唔少,鰻魚好彈牙,燒完之後,鰻魚嘅油香,配山椒粉,好好食,下次過嚟,我都會叫呢一個👍有一個幾特別嘅食法,食到剩返三份一左右,可以加湯變茶漬飯🤣不過餐廳唔算坐得好舒服,不過為咗白燒鰻魚,我都會再過嚟食😋

我哋兩個人,一個叫咗生燒鰻魚丼,選了白燒,另外一個叫三重鰻魚丼,其中一個加$18轉套餐,我哋兩個都叫咗啤酒,不過最後發現蠢咗,應該兩個都升級做套餐,因為齋叫啤酒要$22,套餐餐飲轉啤酒要$28,即係加多$6就有多碗湯,溫泉蛋同鹹菜🤣


三重鰻魚丼,可以一次過食晒三種鰻魚,啱晒貪心嘅人,不過份量唔算好吸引


相比之下,生燒白燒鰻魚丼,份量唔少,鰻魚好彈牙,燒完之後,鰻魚嘅油香,配山椒粉,好好食,下次過嚟,我都會叫呢一個👍


有一個幾特別嘅食法,食到剩返三份一左右,可以加湯變茶漬飯🤣


不過餐廳唔算坐得好舒服,不過為咗白燒鰻魚,我都會再過嚟食😋

穴子,起初都不知是甚麼,經朋友解釋原來是咸淡水魚之分。肉質較為鮮甜細嫩。
