生菜嘅份量都好多,入口清甜爽口,仲好翠綠添。

生蠔入口好嫩滑,仲有香濃嘅蠔香味,蠔夠大隻同厚身,好正呀。

嫩牛肉
呢個嘅份量雖然唔多,但牛肉入口非常之滑,牛肉味亦都夠晒突出,所以真係好有特色。

手打香菜牛肉滑
依個牛肉滑嘅賣相好精美,份量又夠多,牛肉同香菜嘅比例啱啱好,每一啖都食到好香嘅香菜味。

整體來講,呢間火鍋店真係好有特色,鍾意食辣嘅可以食辣味湯底,唔啱食辣嘅嘢都可以叫返普通湯底。

方叔叔重慶老火鍋呢排都幾出名㗎,今次我哋就去咗佢位於中環嘅分店,餐廳嘅裝修都好時尚,座位亦都夠闊落。

湯底方面,我哋就要咗鴛鴦鍋,一邊係辛辣,另一邊係蕃茄湯底。

嫩牛肉
牛肉入口都幾柔軟,肉味香濃,加上本身都幾厚切,非常有口感。

黑豚腩肉
脂肪同肉嘅比例啱啱好,入口充滿油香,好滿足呀。

手打牛筋丸
又圓又大粒,入口爽口彈牙,仲好有肉汁添。

手打香菜牛肉滑
牛肉入邊滲透着香菜香味,味道非常之有特色,啱晒鍾意食香菜嘅朋友。

另外,我哋亦都叫咗兩杯特飲,特飲非常之大杯,啱晒一邊食麻辣火鍋一邊飲。

整體來講,火鍋嘅材料非常之上乘,湯底嘅選擇又夠晒多。
