(27/5/06)tea time度度都咁多人,負出多d,坐得舒服d。開左咁耐終於試到個,自己動手的tiramisu。Mascarpone Cheese有點酒味,味道真係好唔同,仲有個靈魂是o個杯太細的espresso咖啡,好濃~VQ Cappuccino,我不嬲唔鍾意食泡狀東西,但呢個泡泡真係好滑好滑,侍應一直都望住,我一飲,要連忙hard sell一番是出名"貨品"。男友要左杯,鮮柞雪梨汁,亦好足料!

I\'ve had my dinner in VQ last night. The main hall was packed and I was offered a table outside. I\'ve ordered the Ossobuco (braised lamb shank) and I ordered their Tiramisu after I\'ve finished the main course. I encountered the same problem of having the Panini quite late & not having the napkin initially. I have to ask the waiter for the napkin. 周末無聊, 又搵人黎tea一tea. 無黎VQ一排, 好掛住佢個cappuccino, 原來tea set甜品唔同左, 今次試左crispy strawberry puff w/ vanilla custard sauce, 加一杯cappuccino. 甜品說穿左, 就係mille feuille, 賣相好靚, custard sauce比較稀, 奶味好重, 似beard papa puff o既鮮奶餡, I like it! 酥皮好脆咖啡一如以往, 好掂!

Via Quadronno.Lunch is expensive (at least HK$150) but not so in comparative terms for restaurants in IFC in Central. The food is OK, but really don't think it should worth so much. Instead, I will recommend to have a go for afternoon tea, cos quieter andmore economical (only HK$80 per person). I went there on 4 March with my friend. My friend had a salmon sandwich. Via Quadronnno的takeaway menu上, 有五款三文治, 全為主饀加豆腐和核桃.(世界變. 豆腐三文治都有?)叫了個smoked salmon的. 打開包裝紙, 看到三文魚厚厚一疊, 嫰紅通透的, 加上豆腐整齊夾在中間, 雪雪白白的, 很好看. 假如說新鮮的三文魚是主角的話, 核桃與豆腐絕對是最佳男女配角. 核桃碎味濃, 但份量不多, 輕輕點綴了味道. 豆腐味淡, 滿滿一層, 似蓉還似碎, 豐富了口感.

Yes,I totally agree with 為食肥人that the quality of service is really not consistence with the food!Last month, I knew there is promotion from the magazine,which is a holiday promotion menu (1 pasta/risotto + 1 pizza + coffee/tea $198 for 2 persons) during tea time. 今日一心想試四季酒店o既high tea, 點知全場full house, 仲要等四張檯. 同行唔想等, 就去左VQ. 次次都係食朱古力軟心布甸, 有d悶, 今次就轉下口味, 叫左香蕉拿破崙(tea set, $58 配埋cappuccino). 即製o既拿破崙, 香脆酥皮夾住榛子忌廉, 凍凍地口感似吉士, 伴碟係薑味朱古力汁同埋白朱古力, 甜味主要來自白朱古力同埋香蕉, 好好味!

有一陣無嚟啲待應唔同晒、唔見咗好好service的Sendy、四眼肥仔同西裝仔‧多咗兩個呀叔同班旺角飛當堂成間大排檔咁cheap到呢！service又唔好花園餐廳格局咁、好心妳老細就帶眼請人喇！ifc嚟咖‧嚟食都係想高級啲service好啲啫！好左食物方面都仲ok，risotto仲好食過以前，甜品都好食唔係都幾難有下次喇！

(8/3/06)除左手指餅tiramisu出名外,開張時雜誌已講係必食餐廳。工作辛苦,帶男友來嘆嘆。之前買take away cake,都享過此處的nice service,今次來,覺得一般啦。餐前麵包是切左條o既pannini,仲熱,所以好好食。選擇dinner set。Garden saland,有兩片牛肉,一點"SO"味,好多未見過既生菜種類,鋪排得唔錯。至愛南瓜湯,好純「南瓜」,唔覺有落忌廉、味精,味道好平和,清清o地,另一番風味。主菜:蠔仔Risotto!!!太好味喇!本身好鍾意食蠔,佢又唔係芝士汁,用左黃色o既汁,好係蛋香,撈埋意大利飯,好味得難以形容。另一主菜:蒸三文魚,三文魚蒸得半生熟,入口即溶,初時聽個名好唔吸引,點知一D都唔簡單!之外伴碟有魚子醬、格格薯片、燒脆肉瓜、茄子。以為有餐茶,原來一係要甜品,一係要咖啡茶。咁緊係要cake啦!是晚係mango mousse cake。失望,完全好似普通餅舖質素,口感浮浮,只係裝飾搭夠。我諗餐牌個D,或餅櫃o個D會好好多。此餐美中不足就是此喇.....。

其實可以去這一間餐館試試意大利菜，全因友人想去IFC的餐館，她説未試過在IFC食過Lunch/Dinner，適逢又是她的生日，主角‘大哂‘嘛！便go！可能是星期四，不太多人，但對於我們來説，因不但慶祝生日且聚舊，所以很舒服，feel good。我們叫了很多很多dishes，推介的Palmer Ham，出名的Risotto，spaghetti~~~~等等，本人比較喜歡它的dessert，Tiramisu，朱古力軟心蛋糕，開心果芭菲。。。後來，聽説這裡的咖啡很香很好喝，便order Expresso, cappuccino,latte。。。我呢hot peppermint，因不好咖啡,但都叫友人讓我毎一款飲了一口,苦苦的,本人不甚喜飲咖啡,但其他人話好喝!値得一讃的,那位'四眼肥哥哥'serve得好好,好親切，令到我們好開心,又大談日本趣史,又好有心機介紹毎一道菜,我們今餐好滿意！共1569，比了十多元tips。雖然是二個月前的聚餐，但想講的是食物質素固然重要，但服務態度更甚。初初有一位女waitress serve我們，又無比水又説話細聲，本來好不滿，後來那位'四眼肥哥哥'serve我們

My sister flew back to Hong Kong to celebrate my birthday with me. After a day's shopping and a light lunch, we had afternoon tea at Via Quadronno at IFC. 上星期日，在IFC逛街逛累了，便帶爸媽到這裡下午茶，兼稍事休息．我要了cake set，點了blueberry cheese cake(係light cheese)，唔會好heavy，好味～～媽要了apple roll set，賣相非常好，apple roll熱烘烘，加埋雪糕一齊食，不單味道好，口感亦十分特別．爸要了rose ice cream with espresso，他讚不絕口．大家對這頓下午茶都非常滿意，環境十分舒適，服務態度好．我們坐了個多小時才離開．

每次傷心哀傷時, 都會以朱古力來"療傷". 今日朋友黎VQ食朱古力軟心蛋糕打打氣. 伴碟o既雪糕要求轉為玫瑰士多啤梨(問過經理後終於知道佢地o既供應商係pappagallo).蛋糕依然係一級水準, 食完心情當然唔會即刻豁然開朗,不過心情都好似舒坦左d.p.s. 知道有咁多人關心自己, 我都唔可以再任由自己頽廢落去, 要振作自己, 重新出發啦!

一個人行開來ＩＦＣ好想歎個靚下午茶，去四季酒店又驚個tea set 太多嘢食，Palace 嘅 cafe 又好似好嘈，於是就諗到嚟依度喇。在門口看看餐牌，有啱我心水嘅 cake set，再入去看看個蛋糕柜，good，有我想吃的藍莓芝士蛋糕，就決定點這個吧！個蛋糕嘅芝士非常幼滑，不似一般的結實口感，甜度適中，不錯。點了regular coffee, 咖啡非常香濃，非常滿意這個下午茶！因為人不多，所以也可以坐上差不多兩個鐘呢！下次我一定會再來試試其他蛋糕！

飲完早茶, 同朋友去左中環睇下d final sale, 再到via quadranno食下午茶. 最近見到幾個食評都讚佢o既軟心朱古力蛋糕, 就試下. 果然無介紹錯!佢係近期最出色o既軟心朱古力蛋糕. 外皮薄薄, 流心朱古力餡甜度適中, 而且配埋酸甜適中o既檸檬sorbet, o岩晒今日12度o既天氣呀!
