昨天老婆出差回來,今天特她去吃点好的。因方便,選了灣仔的海港薈。坐下開始点菜,並親自去魚缸選了一隻若一斤半重活生生的龍蝦,並分別欖角骨和炒生菜。炒生菜無特別,可以不談;欖角骨味道還可以,佪炸得太耐,很硬和乾,難以咀嚼;主菜龍蝦終於上茶,談不上味道,根本好像用開水煮,同時,龍蝦放入口咀嚼,蝦肉是晦的,絕對無可能是活龍蝦。向部長反映過,但無反應。我們絕無貪取平宜,並馬上支付全費離開。在此特意發文,希望不會再有人受骗!

和朋友一起俩人来这里吃午餐,用手机点单点了一例牌烧鹅,几个点心,显示大概两百多块钱。烧鹅上来很大一份当时还和朋友说这家烧鹅份量好大,良心。没想到正是因为这份烧鹅会导致后面的事情。最后买单的时候,服务员第一笔拿来的小票显示是点了两份烧鹅半只,一共600块钱。我指出来说怎么有两份烧鹅,服务员就匆忙把单收走说要去再看看。第二次拿来的小票点的烧鹅份数少了一份,显示点的是烧鹅半只,400块钱。我和服务员说我明明点的是烧鹅例牌,你们这里为什么是烧鹅半只,我要看我当时的点单记录。服务员就说这就是你们的点单记录,你们吃了就要给钱。我说我点的烧鹅例牌,你这半只,明显有问题,麻烦把点单用的纸拿给我让我们再扫一下,上面写的都很清楚。死活不肯给我拿点单的纸,在那里说车轱辘话,什么核对订单的同事搞错了,不过你们看到有问题的菜要和我们说,要我们把菜拿走而不是吃,吃了就要给钱。我说你同事搞错了那是你同事的问题,你应该去找他而不是让我来承担他的错误。我们第一次来你们家怎么知道你们家菜码有多大。争执半天,我说你去喊经理来,这服务员说他就是经理,仍是在那儿说车轱辘话。直到我说我要去投诉,你们强买强卖才把单子给我改了。大家

海港酒樓出名每年都做阿拉斯加蟹,算係性價比ok的選擇。今晚價錢是$258/斤,選了一隻5斤11兩的,二人吃足夠過足蟹癮。清蒸不用另加費用,其他做法可選雞油花雕蒸、椒鹽煮等就需要另加$100。今次點了花雕蛋白蒸,蟹肉頗鮮滑,花雕滲入蟹腳中,味道鮮甜,蛋白嫩滑,幾好。

龙虾面把龙虾蒸老了;素菜也很老;杨枝甘露、蒸蛏子皇是满意的菜。酒店人很少,服务还算及时,但空调很冷。可选菜品不多,只有一些套餐和特别贵的海鲜,鱼非常少,动辄上上千,可以说远差于其他门店。

上星期六和老婆一家六人去海港薈晚飯,地點是屋企人揀,我本人就一早知道有伏的,因工作地點就在灣仔,所以久不久都會在這裡午飯,這個習慣都維持了好幾年,但近大半年前就開始有所變化,食物質素下降,可能是港鐵沙中綫會展站的開通,交通方便了,不用再考慮用食物和服務也會有生客來支撐業務吧!回說當晚,由於我忘記帶銀包,所以挑選食物便不好說,只好交給太座;儘管本人一向不喜歡叫套餐,但太座還是揀了個套餐,我就叫多咗個正常少少嘅花膠生翅鷄湯,但加了另一個百花釀蟹鉗就出事,完完全全是公仔點心的水平,另加一碟沙律醬給我們,算吧,講返個餐,那條蒸魚去到霉霉地的新鮮程度,但比起另一碟上湯龍蝦伊麵已叫較好了,那麼它是什麼情況呢?龍蝦初入口的口感是很實的,但當咬開後就變成霉還帶腥………當晚2500埋單走人,人均4佰零蚊,慶幸全家人都沒有肚痛

覺得最唔好食嘅應該係羊肚菌浸羽衣甘藍!
始終羽衣甘藍係比較硬.浸味唔係個個接受.
就算用好耐嘅湯去煮仍然都係好大浸草青味.

餐廳喺會展站行幾分鐘就到.好近灣仔碼頭嗰邊.
地方都幾大幾舒服仲可以望到海景.
但講真服務質素真係好差.出菜又慢.
講咗起菜等咗半個鐘都仲係冇嘢食.
追左3次之後仲要黎錯嘢食.
我聽到隔離兩台都喺度投訴緊佢哋不停出錯.
到最後紅棗糕等咗20分鐘都未有.
跟住嚟到竟然係凍.
要求佢哋換其他或者重整.又要再等.
最後成45分鐘先食到.仲要係一般般🥲
而最嬲既係我上網一早預訂左呢個套餐俾晒錢.
所以最好係唔使俾錢咁離開.
但係我係有海港嘅會員.消費完會有張單儲積分.
但係職員竟然同我講因為我上網俾咗錢.
所以冇得儲分.但我明明係有消費.
我只係上網一早用信用卡比咗錢.唔係現場比.
到最後部長隔咗一日再覆我都係無.
我覺得非常之唔滿意.整體食物冇咩問題.
但係餐廳嘅人手.態度.出菜各樣都好有問題🤨

早前家人到上環店用膳看到基乎每枱都在享用長腳蟹,但環境及用餐空間不夠理想;考慮交通條件後便決定到這分店試蟹。用餐當天早上家人致電查詢長腳蟹貨源質素,得到的答案是大多為兩斤左右,有小量三斤的;到魚缸揀選時卻只有約十隻的細蟹,那位「魚王」有點態度,隨意撈出一隻我們覺得太細隻後,便不斷游說我們吃兩隻約兩斤的或改吃「花咲蟹」;最終揀選了一隻約兩斤的「長腳蟹」及一隻約兩斤的西澳龍蝦。主菜「長腳蟹」肉鮮甜、但較「削」,太細隻明顯不及大隻的厚肉及紮實;「西澳龍蝦」味淡但肉質爽彈;另外加了「鹽燒南非鮑魚」但變了很細隻的椒鹽鮑魚、很油膩的「小炒王」及油亮的「蒜蓉炒勝瓜」。以收費來說也算合理、長腳蟹及龍蝦亦算新鮮、鮑魚懷疑不是南非品種的,而服務方面便不要奢求了,上菜速度飄忽及待客態度散漫;應該不會再來了。

主菜「長腳蟹」肉鮮甜、但較「削」,太細隻明顯不及大隻的厚肉及紮實;「西澳龍蝦」味淡但肉質爽彈;另外加了「鹽燒南非鮑魚」但變了很細隻的椒鹽鮑魚、很油膩的「小炒王」及油亮的「蒜蓉炒勝瓜」。
以收費來說也算合理、長腳蟹及龍蝦亦算新鮮、鮑魚懷疑不是南非品種的,而服務方面便不要奢求了,上菜速度飄忽及待客態度散漫;應該不會再來了。

The lobster is ok, full of umami, and the effect is not bad when you cook a few Western-style ingredients to bury the noodles. In the end, the steamed horse yogurt with ginger paste was originally tied into strips, and the large strips weighed at least a pound, and the food was delicious and delicious.

We ordered the crispy spring rolls with wasabi which was deep fried quite nicely but surprisingly didn't come with any sauce which you could request for though.  
Then came the shredded chicken, celery and pickled mustard root rice roll. Didn't like the filling as much but the rice rolls themselves were super silky and smooth.
Since it was highlighted as a chef's recommendation, we ordered the scallop crystal dumplings. This was quite a big disappointment as the scallops were sliced so thinly it was a bit overcooked and they added too much cilantro inside.
Lastly, we had fried flat noodles with sliced pork which was super delicious.  The pork was still tender and bean sprouts still a tad crunchy.

Overall for this price, it is definitely worth a try as their dim sum does vary from traditional yum cha places.

清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹(約6斤半)($1,934)就是今晚的重頭戲。掀走蟹殼,將蟹身從中一開為二,蒸熟,完全不需任何調味,碟底還有蒸蟹滲出的蟹汁及蟹肉蛋白質,味道鮮甜。每隻蟹腳相當巨型,用蟹剪逐截蟹腳剖開蟹殼。蟹腳肉鮮甜、多汁。雖然今年隻蟹有6斤半,比上年(不夠4斤)大多了,但是蟹腳肉的尺寸大小竟然跟上年的蟹差不多;可能今次的蟹不夠實肉,口感打了折扣,覺得有點虧本⋯⋯

蟹粉豆苗($158)絕對抵食,如果真係用足料蟹粉的話⋯⋯ 看見賣相已經大打折扣。豆苗只是普通貨色,莖粗大、葉片細,唔夠幼嫰。蟹粉份量太少,而且肉多過膏。太稠身,明顯芡汁多過蟹粉;味道亦欠缺蟹黃香氣。
