呢個丼飯好靚😍,有金箔裝飾,又有色彩鮮豔嘅三文魚籽圍邊,感覺好高級。
燒和牛他他外層有炭烤味道😋,裡面肉質鬆軟多汁,有少少甜辣味。上面有一隻醬漬蛋黃,係用日本嘅醬油同埋味醂浸過嘅蛋黃🍳,外面凝固,裡面流心。將蛋黃、和牛同飯攪勻好好食,口感粘糯。
