放工約咗朋友喺SOHO區食飯,路過發現呢間日式居酒屋氣氛唔錯,就入去試試。原來呢間居酒屋係新開的。餐廳座位唔多,座位主要係圍住吧枱,可以觀察大廚製作食物既過程。餐廳播住輕快音樂,氣氛唔錯見到有sake promotion, $188 (女)/258(男) 有sakefree flow,我地就叫左試試!Sake 質素有驚喜,好易入口,連我平時少飲酒的朋友都話正!叫左一堆串燒:魚乾、雞皮、雞軟骨、雞肝、雞尾、秋葵、翠肉瓜、白鱔、牛脷心 串燒每款都燒得恰到好處,係過往食過的串燒舖黎講比較高質嘅。比較驚喜係燒雞尾。我見menu 上有燒雞尾,原本唔知係咩黎,老闆解釋原來係雞屁股。抱著姑且一試的心態,叫左一串黎試下。雞尾的表面烤得香脆,而內裡腍軟軟又有d彈力,食落完全無騷味。邊食雞尾,再來一啖清酒,真係人生一大樂事!另外係燒牛脷心,牛脷係厚切的,口感一流,表面烤得香口,而中間保留倒肉汁,牛脷上面加左少少香蔥增加香味。另外燒白鱔都非常厚肉同彈牙,非常好味!另外叫左份蘭王蛋黃配免治雞肉棒,無諗過免治雞肉串點蛋漿嚟食原來係咁夾!蛋漿增加咗免治雞肉串嘅口感,食起上嚟更加嫩滑。最後點左份煙三文魚蛋飯團。飯團

叫左一堆串燒:

魚乾、雞皮、雞軟骨、雞肝、雞尾、秋葵、翠肉瓜、白鱔、牛脷心 

串燒每款都燒得恰到好處,係過往食過的串燒舖黎講比較高質嘅。

最後點左份煙三文魚蛋飯團。飯團係經過慢火燒過的,表面有少少飯焦嘅焦香。飯條上面有煙三文魚同紫菜,上菜時職員建議將飯團整散,再與煙三文魚、紫菜撈匀。飯焦的焦香,加上煙三文魚的煙燻味,同埋紫菜的香味,味道豐富有層次,簡直係味蕾的盛宴!

全晚同朋友一路傾計一路食串燒、飲住Sake,聽住音樂,好relax 的一晚。以中環區嚟講串燒嘅價錢唔貴,性價比可算是高,值得推薦!
