今天lunch time時見到這間富有港式風味的茶餐廳,忍不住入去叫了一份招牌叉燒滑蛋飯。平常的茶餐竟出乎意料地好食,普通的蛋讓師傅炒出了香軟嫩滑的口感,配合濃郁的醬油、高溫炙燒的叉燒和顆粒分明的白苗米飯,一口下去,是紮實的港式舊情懷風味,讓人忍不住一口接一口地大口下嚥。茶餐廳最大的優點是份量充足,足夠好食也足夠飽,不追求過分精緻的賣相和誇張的gimmick,樸實無華卻讓人回味無窮,實是午餐之良選。

今天第一日返學,找找附近有什麼好食,入了這間“王牌冰室”我記得數月前在鰂魚涌店食過下午茶,份量,質素還算不錯今晚想食麻甩飯,看到餐牌有“枝竹火腩飯”,不妨一試其其實味道是不過不失,但一上飯,看到份量出奇地“小”,再看看自己是否點錯下午茶?的確沒有點錯,$59蚊包埋凍飲,說實話不算貴;但還是失望的,要份量小得起的餐廳,除非是廚藝十分出色,但我品嚐這“枝竹火腩飯”,味道,口感只能就“不過不失”,我腦袋明白為何這餐廳在飯市冇咩人或許下午茶才是主調在我眼中,最看不起張貨就價的餐廳,始終我是要食晚飯,如果係認為賺不到錢,請不要把份量減小,不如加價去賣,當然,你的價錢要對得起食物質素才有人幫襯,其實生意真係唔係咁做的老闆你也不希望客人只幫襯一次,而你就賺盡一次以為是勝利吧?

或許下午茶才是主調

在我眼中,最看不起張貨就價的餐廳,始終我是要食晚飯,如果係認為賺不到錢,請不要把份量減小,不如加價去賣,當然,你的價錢要對得起食物質素才有人幫襯,其實生意真係唔係咁做的
老闆你也不希望客人只幫襯一次,而你就賺盡一次以為是勝利吧?

今次來王牌冰室食午餐,午餐時間都係人山人海,全個餐廳坐滿人,要入座嘅時候都要等一等,但等候時間都算快, 5分鐘左右就入得。入到去立即可以落單,等5分鐘左右就上到餐,速度算係好有效率。今次食咗個經典常餐(瑞士雞翼撈麵),常餐加兩蚊轉配蒜蓉多士,個多士上面嘅蒜蓉真係一啲都唔孤寒,份量好多,蒜蓉味好香濃,鍾意食蒜蓉嘅朋友,值得一試呢個蒜蓉多士。炒蛋正常,瑞士雞翼撈麵的雞翼都入味,但全翼食起上嚟有少少唔方便,個人來講都係prefer雞中翼多點,但如果撇除方便呢個考慮,個瑞士雞翼撈麵嘅整體味道都算唔錯。
