趁住母親節,同阿媽喺東涌shopping完之後,就同全家喺附近食返個晚飯。 屋企人好鍾意食中菜所以我帶咗佢哋嚟食片皮鴨。因為想留肚食多啲其他嘢,片皮鴨淨係嗌咗半份,其實我覺得份量好多,四個人食已經啱啱好。 如果嗌一隻可能要六個到八個人食。 鴨有三個部位,我唔識分,總之好食啦。最緊要係個卷皮新鮮熱辣,夠香軟! 跟住佢仲有得揀鴨肉兩食,我嗌咗薑蔥爆炒,啲鴨肉又係好入味! 炒得好香好有鑊氣!跟住仲食咗個好抵食嘅薑蔥鮑魚雞煲,佢爆炒得好香,啲雞同埋啲鮑魚都好入味,平時食鮑魚多數都冇味,呢個勁好食! 嚟到呢啲小館,梗係要叫返個小籠包。多汁皮薄係基本。呢度咁啱做緊個酸菜魚優惠,我屋企人平時唔食,但係我好鍾意食,個酸菜魚上到時我屋企人都話好香,佢個味道好平均,唔會太酸唔會太辣,我屋企人都話接受!跟住叫咗個櫻花蝦炒飯,正常發揮。 最後仲有個冰梅排骨,有少少拉絲,炸得好香脆,好好食。

今日同朋友去咗東涌東薈城行街買嘢,到食晚飯嘅時候,見到東薈城入邊都有好多食市,就去睇吓有乜好食,見到有一間食中菜,仲係有片皮鴨食,我同朋友都好鍾意食片皮鴨,當然入去食。這間餐廳叫羲和小館,位於東涌達東路20號東薈城名店倉4樓417號舖,港鐵東涌站B出口,行1分鐘就到,十分方便。餐廳門口招牌都十分光猛,一眼就見到,入到去餐廳個佈置好靚好整潔,而且地方都寬敞,座位好闊落尤其是卡位梳化,坐得令人好舒服,同埋有好多畫像喺牆上面,可以用來打卡,店員服務態度都好,來這裏食都唔錯。

這間餐廳嘅餐牌啲食物相好靚,真係見到樣樣都想叫你食,尤其是烤鴨,以食物個選擇都好多,有羲和三寶、前菜、主菜、主食、京式熱點心、湯羮、開胃涼菜、甜品、飲品,尤其是羲和三寶都好吸引,三寶是羲和馳名烤鴨、黃扒魚肚同張氏獅子頭。仲有個春季自選套餐,都抵食嘅套餐,有招牌菜、前菜、主菜、湯羮、主食、甜品、飲品,真係下次搵多啲朋友再嚟食。當然叫三寶嘅羲和馳名烤鴨、主菜嘅張氏炒肉絲、京式熱點心嘅小籠包、甜品嘅薑茶芝麻湯圓同薑汁紅棗小桃膠。

羲和馳名烤鴨最少有半只,片皮鴨係即叫即整,熱辣辣上枱,即烤即切的烤鴨就有三個部分,分別係鴨胸皮、鴨胸肉和鴨腿肉,仲有配搭一個八寶盒,盒入面有熱薄餅、青瓜條、京蔥絲、紫洋蔥、甜麵醬、藍莓醬、芥末醬、山楂條、爆炸糖,店員會比一份食評告訴你最好食嘅食法,鴨胸皮就建議不用包薄餅,用藍莓醬同爆炸糖,放入口中兩三秒,爆炸糖在口中跳動,就會食到會跳舞嘅烤鴨,而鴨胸肉皮脆肉嫩,亦建議不用包薄餅,用芥末醬點來食,就會入口酸中帶甜,委婉解膩,鴨腿肉建議有兩個食法,是傳統吃法同新式食法,傳統吃法包薄餅,加青瓜條、京蔥絲及點甜麵醬,而新式食法亦包薄餅,加山楂條、紫洋蔥及點藍莓醬,我哋都立刻跟住佢嘅做法嚟食,真係食得令人有不錯嘅口感,亦可以食到好多種不同嘅味道,好食好正。

張氏炒肉絲是京蔥炒肉絲配荷葉包,份量都唔少,亦非常足料啖啖肉,炒嘅肉絲係用咗黑醋嚟炒,炒得很爽滑,食落味道好特別,真係好啱我哋嘅口味,這個餸菜喺個餐牌入面幅相嘅荷葉包係炸的,店員話改咗做蒸,更軟滑好食,真係講得不錯,啲荷葉包真係好軟滑好夠熱度,來配合肉絲食真係一流。京式熱點心嘅小籠包皮薄肉鮮,肉汁亦多,肉餡保持到咬口之餘唔會太肥,配上醋一齊食,味道好有層次。甜品嘅姜汁紅棗桃膠煮得剛好,唔會太軟太硬,口感適中,薑汁夠重味,而薑茶芝麻湯圓更好味,薑茶不甜不辣,芝麻味夠重又不太甜,湯圓亦好軟滑,真係好好食。

羲和小館好值得推薦俾大家,食得好滋味,價錢唔貴,我哋叫羲和馳名烤鴨,這個餐菜今日有八折,真係好抵食,我哋下次一定叫多啲朋友再嚟食,尤其是食春季自選套餐。
