室雅何須大!毫無疑問,山系。本舍是藏於閙市內街,打開大門,便一眼看盡,只得一行吧枱,只有老闆一人,裏裏外外一腳踢的一家典型小店。每星期都有一天到太子上堂,自上年5月遇爾經過,光顧一次後,便成為此小店常客。老闆雖一人身兼廚師樓面執盤碗幾職,食物水準卻絶不馬虎,除沒有刺身壽司類食品外,其他食物種類選擇亦盡可能做到應有盡有:前菜,沙律,炸物,煮物,鍋物,燒物,串燒,炒飯,烏冬,還不定期推出神秘菜式,可見小店用心經營之處。除了食物出品往往有驚喜外,冰凍啤酒(堅夠凍),小店獨有的人情味氛圍,都是令我常常去幫襯的原因。那種猶如日劇“孤獨的美食家”般,既可以和老闆或其他熟客隨心交流,同時又可以靜靜享受美食和me time時光,就是有種男人的浪漫的感覺。

店家位於太子界限街的一間細小地鋪,由門面到店內都充滿和式風情,木系吧檯的傢具、別緻的日系小擺設、裝具及掛牆裝飾等;加上小店只能容納十人左右,看着老闆站在吧枱前一人料理,播放著連串的日文歌曲,像極了日本當地的家庭式居酒屋,無論是跟友人把酒談心或是像我一樣「一個人的浪漫」也沒問題!前提是要好好跟店老闆提早預約啊,否則想吃的話也只能吃閉門羹~ 不得不佩服店主的能力,由備料、下單、烹調到收銀都由老闆一人處理,這麼多工夫、工作都可以處理得宜,而且出餐速度非常迅速!
