20170223--是次惠顧有星期一至四,信用咭買一送一優惠,相比原價便宜。回看兩年前到此的食評,當時也是用信用咭優惠,兩年後價錢竟然相差不大,有點意外,要自行在網上預訂和用信用咭預付款,兩人埋單$368.1。11:50PM到達,接侍員說到大堂先等一會兒才入座,後來差不多夠時間,變得大排長龍等候入座,相差十分鐘,個人認為不用這麼執著,可早點安排客人入座。餐廳環境跟兩年前相若,中間的水晶燈依然閃爍亮麗,是次被安排坐近放Pizza的二人位置,跟鄰座近得有點像四人用餐的感覺。由於價錢便宜,是日也許有團體光顧,開始用餐時,海鮮位置有點人龍,食物也很快被取光,後來也有補給。為免在海鮮區域跟別人爭先恐後,我先取熟食。跟兩年前一樣,除了日本壽司和剌身,食物主打韓國風味。韓風食物有泡菜、韓式年糕,韓式粉絲、韓式鮮魷、餃子等等海鮮區有:波士頓龍蝦有一隻味道帶苦,多拿一隻味道正常,青口細隻不肥味、翡翠螺爽脆,但尾部腸部很多,出麵包蟹時沒取,只剩下賣相不好的部份,沒有拿,凍蝦味道最好,鮮甜,爽口。整體海鮮新鮮度和味道也是普通。有特色炸物和串燒,炸生蠔,推介菠蘿夾在雞翼內串燒,新鮮燒起,菠蘿的酸中和了雞翼的肥

海鮮區有:波士頓龍蝦有一隻味道帶苦,多拿一隻味道正常,青口細隻不肥味、翡翠螺爽脆,但尾部腸部很多,出麵包蟹時沒取,只剩下賣相不好的部份,沒有拿,凍蝦味道最好,鮮甜,爽口。整體海鮮新鮮度和味道也是普通。

甜品還有豆腐花、港式奶茶意大利奶凍等等,最愛甜品細細件,獨立放好,賣相精緻。

刺身有幾款,三文魚、吞拿魚,我沒吃剌身,不知味道如何。另有星加坡即製喇沙和Pizza。還有燒牛肉、燒雞等,沙律區,多款種類的芝士。

是次我有很多食物也沒有吃,因胃納有很,只是挑選幾款吸引的食物慢慢品嚐,與家人共進午餐,過了一個愉快的下午。

埋單:已在網上訂位時同時付款,二人$368.1,平均約$184/人,價錢跟兩年前的信用咭優惠相約,侍應服務依然貼心有禮,但食物水準輕微下降,而且還是主打韓式食物,欠缺新意。如有折扣優惠,一試無妨。

我的正職-其實正確點來說是份老Part, 工作時間短, 沒有workload, 工作壓力更是0, 公司最好的朋友總是經常搜刮到good deal開心share, 這次lunch buffet用她的credit card買一送一, 竟然搶到, 而且是以生蠔和海鮮作主題呢! 識吃buffet一定先吃海鮮, 通常第一"水"推出都是全日quality最好的. 我這生蠔控很自然去了生蠔bar, 由兩位師傅分別負責開蠔和洗蠔的工序, 確保不會有丁點碎蠔殼吃進肚子. 有檸檬, 海鮮汁(cocktail sauce), 紅酒醋(red wine vinegar)等等醬汁. 每次一碟兩隻, 來自美國的當然沒有我上次在觀塘Manhatthan Bar吃的如手掌大隻, 但是真的超·新·鮮· 超·爽·甜. 也忘了來了幾多round(饞嘴的).然後吃了龍蝦鉗, 因為昨天在家中才吃了由北海道即晚新鮮運到的長腳蟹, 難免有比較; 吃了兩大隻, 很易起肉, 全是離殼的. 醎味適中, 肉質鮮美, 平日在餐廳吃很貴的那種. 芝士, 熱葷都有很多選擇, 每樣都吃一點. 龍脷柳肉質鮮嫩, 圈成一個個玫瑰花型, 好看又好

芝士, 熱葷都有很多選擇, 每樣都吃一點. 龍脷柳肉質鮮嫩, 圈成一個個玫瑰花型, 好看又好味; 即席燒帶子每每推出便一掃而空, 裙邊一點也不韌, 帶子燒得剛剛好外面微脆.

整個lunch buffet一定是甜品, 首先吃了現製waffle top with一球焦糖雪糕, 有staff幫手不雪糕非常衛生, 熱騰騰的waffle稍溶了雪糕, 兩樣東西真是絕配; finger food size檸檬撻, 一口吃盡了蛋白加糖打起meringue的甜和檸檬filling的微酸; 牛奶布甸很滑, 上面的朱古力脆珠增加了口感.

最後突然看到有個甜品師傅捧了一碟吸睛度極高的Cupcake, 件件美得不得了. 我拿了一件叫"Irish Sip"的cupcake, 是朱古力cupcake加上白朱古力frosting, 一點脆脆米再加了一個dropper的Irish cream(Baileys). 吃過真難忘!

順帶一提這裡服務真的100分, 待應十分細心, 很多時加了水我也沒察覺, 遇到一些不守規矩的麻煩客(隔離枱)都能保持專業的態度. 今次buffet吃得超開心!

熟食選擇不多,但YAMM是少有LUNCH提供兩款燒肉的BUFFET,今日有燒西冷同魚。西冷燒得一邊生(只有3成熟吧?)一邊熟,出奇地生的部份比較好食.魚就尚可.

壽司很不錯,雖然選擇不多但幾新鮮,起碼不是「訂貨」.

我食BUFFET的重點是甜品,可惜今天的甜品不合我的口味.失望.唯有只吃H雪糕同WAFFLE

抬頭一看還真不錯,桌上放了聖誕裝飾或紅酒。暗暗的,有種不錯的神秘感。可惜的是12月22日價錢已經貴了,算是聖誕大餐,但沒有聖誕音樂或聖誕老人。用餐的地方還算空矌,我們坐的是靠邊的梳化雙人坐。不能不稱讚這裡的龍蝦,不知道是特別好,還是季節的關係,蝦肉和其他自助餐吃到的比較鮮甜。千萬別浪費蝦膏,因為真的很香濃。當晚見到有客人,只取肉,有點噁這裡的日本串燒有我最喜歡的雞皮,還不錯哦。當晚小龍包的出色情度是一出爐就很快清空。鵝肝用八爪魚丸的煮法是有點。。。特別吧不喜愛可叫廚師十麼都不加。當晚有美國同法國蠔,新鮮的!我也是個海膽控!魚生有點遜色。

旁邊的海鮮亦同樣令人食指大動,法國麵包蟹近年成了Buffet新寵,沒辦法,在蟹蓋下是大量的蟹膏,蟹肉甜美,對愛吃蟹的朋友實在是難以抗拒的誘惑。

其他海鮮在解凍的處理上,亦保持了肉質應有的鮮嫩度,單是海鮮檯,已足以令團團轉。

怎會少得聖誕朱古力樹頭蛋糕呢,不過呢個樹頭蛋糕真係好甜美囉!呢個係聖誕節白蘭地蛋白撻,口味都幾特別喎!意大利朱古力餅看落去好濃厚,應該會幾好食呢,葡撻同埋麵包布甸,最後仲有聖誕節百果餡餅,核桃批以及各式曲奇。
