2 x 蟹粉釀蟹蓋 🦀 Baked stuffed crab shell($184):點咗兩客,面頭係蟹粉,中間有蟹肉,最底還有些蛋白。份量唔算多,唔係好食得出蟹粉味 😅
孜然羊肋骨 Lamb ribs with cumin($388):侍應們好貼心,預先俾定膠手套,唔會整污糟隻手。整晚最期待嘅一個餸,家人是「羊肉控」。
大約有六枝骨,香料味足夠、微辣、有些少麻,份量足夠。隨便點了一杯法國紅酒 🍷Cabernet Sauvignon葡萄作陪襯($100),去一下油膩,又清一清味蕾,大滿足!

經典中式甜品
最後點了 桂花酒釀丸子 glutinous rice dumplings in osmanthus soup($45)作結。淡淡酒香,糯米口感柔軟,但甜品溫度唔夠熱。除了食品溫度,整個甜品係出色的。

總結,成餐晚飯係滿意嘅。
侍應們都好 attentive;但係,上菜速度奇快,兩口子晚飯就冇乜所謂。如果想慢慢食,邊食邊傾,可能預早同侍應溝通,上菜慢些少。

店員無預先通知情況下將青龍菜換了津白,本身有期徒青龍菜。味道同視覺感覺似津白清炒完再晌面撒上鹹肉,無爆炒feel,菜唔入味,津白都係上湯浸好點。

鮮肉小籠包:
呢個跟餐每人一粒,店員見單點左小籠包以為上左漏左單,要追單先有返。小籠包皮薄多汁,味道正常。

夜上海特色甜品
酒釀丸子一打開過芬香撲鼻,酒味很香,湯汁甜易入口,亦無蓋過芝麻丸子的味道。

又到夜上海時間~近期每週最少光顧一次~🤭喜歡來這裡的原因除了食物外,可以看到日落美景也是原因之一~🤭前菜二小碟:麻醬冰菜、香菜和牛脷。主食:孜然羊肋骨、松子魚、八寶醬炒年糕、海鮮冷麵、生煎包。甜品:酒釀丸子、蛋白杏仁茶、紅棗糕。

今次生日老婆安排食上海菜,有部分網頁都會推介哩間,今日8號風球,哩間又系連接地鐵站比較適合。預訂了630,去到安排在7樓下一層樓梯的檯,當然睇到佢地有電梯比有需要人士;餐廳裝修真有點古典上海味道,再加上不斷播放舊歌曲,很舒服。可惜忘記要求window seat,下次一定要。服務人手系足夠,但下單和埋單都一定要經理級,所以都要等,真系要考慮改善。哩個食評主要系基於個人在上海工作多年吃過的上海菜,和在香港上海菜和類似菜式作為基礎。另外就是上海菜的基本就是湯鹵醇厚,濃油赤醬,糖重色豐,鹹淡適口因為只有兩個人又想食多D款式,所以就選擇了套餐,就菜單和整個套餐而言- 菜單有前菜,海鮮,肉類,湯,甜品都很多,但是在主食只有小籠包,青菜只有一點點在菜式裡面,都是小白菜,可以改善;其實其中一個原因不選擇散叫不是價錢,而是餐廳哩沒有太多上海的青菜選擇,尤其是沒有草头圈子和塔菜,可惜可惜。- 味道比較清淡,沒有上海菜的基本濃油赤醬,可能系迎合香港的健康口味吧!也可能是整晚晚餐都沒有聽見上海口音的客人幫襯,而是比較年輕的本地或者外地客人。- 數量和份量都很足夠,就是質量不太好。五式前菜(3分)- 古法薰鴨蛋

- 煙燻味要吃第二口才從喉嚨感覺到,也不夠流心。

-蔥油海蜇頭(5分)

- 超爽

-風味醬蘿蔔(5分)

- 超入味

-鎮江肴肉(3分)

- 有清淡的肉味,但口感不夠,比較鬆散。

-雕酒醉雞(2分)

- 雞肉都是雞胸,比較鞋,亦吾入味,如果不點酒,基本系可以話好似無浸過。

- 雲吞雞湯( 2分)

- 湯底應該系好香的菜乾湯,如果系廣東菜會比較適合。

- 兩大塊雞都是鞋到爆的雞胸

- 雲吞皮系好滑,但肉涵無乜味。


- 甜豆炒蝦仁(3分)

- 蝦仁比較細但都無所謂,但無乜蝦味

- 特色松子魚(2分)

- 甜酸味調得很好,

- 炸粉真系太厚,加上魚薄搞到無乜魚味。

- 蟹粉焗釀蟹蓋(1分)

- 賣相本來幾好,但睇清楚,下面不是真蟹蓋,是一個器皿,

- 再睇同食清楚,應該系無焗過喔,好似只是煮完放上去,

- 雖然食落味道系OK咖,但整個菜系眯吾可以叫焗釀蟹蓋。

-稻草扎肉(1分)

-網上介紹稻草扎肉是一道中国家常菜干稻草去掉枯叶,只留杆,用捆扎五花肉一同炖制,稻草的香气融入五花肉内

- 稻草在這裡只啊裝飾,一D 都吾入味。

- 哩度扎肉食落就系煲過湯的帶小肥的瘦肉,吾掂

-雞火煮干絲(3分)

-鸡火干丝"原名"九丝汤",是用豆腐干丝、口蘑丝、玉笋丝、银鱼丝、紫菜丝、蛋皮丝、生鸡丝等九种原料,加鸡汤烩煮而成,味道鲜美

- 哩度應該沒有9種絲啦!但雞湯系夠濃同好味。

-小籠包(3分)

- 湯吾多同埋吾夠味

- 肉涵都無乜肉味同吾夠鬆

-酒釀湯圓(4分)

- 酒釀味好淡

- 湯園圓系幾好,加埋黑芝麻好香。


另外叫了一杯豆漿,真系淡而無豆味。
