先不说食品安全问题,就菜口味来讲咸的咸,口感差的差可以说跟“上海”基本没什么关系。

本以为咬到的是虾壳却没想到居然是一根钢丝球丝???
当我询问所谓经理时被很理所当然的回答道“这应该是洗的时候不小心掉下来的,菜品本身没有影响的哦,而且你应该没吃进去吧”
真的不是有家里长辈在我可能真的会爆粗口,让周围几桌的也好好瞧瞧你们的食品卫生品质。

Their peking duck is really high standard, the skin is perfectly cut to proportion, so thin, it cracked like a piece of chips! We also ordered a wonton chicken soup, there was half a chicken which boiled down to the nice broth! It was very light but at the same time very flavourful.

This old brand never fails, the service is on point too!

I recently tried this Michelin one 🌟 Shanghainese cuisine nearby after a long time and was surprised by the weekday crowds.

環境適合打卡,見d人由reception開始已經係咁影。食物水平整體係 “北京樓 plus”。片皮鴨幾有趣,片到完全無肥,好似薯片咁。薰蛋正常。清炒蝦仁d蝦比較大隻,好似唔多正中。但服務係絕對垃圾級。話說嗰日落雨,兩位朋友有濕嘅縮骨遮,reception一見到係飛撲出嚟、非常熱情、接近強搶咁收咗兩把遮,然後比個號碼牌。到我哋走嘅時候,reception話搵唔到,搵咗20分鐘之後,有職員向後樓梯垃圾車入面搵返一把,一陣垃圾味。第二把依然搵唔到。向呢個時候,職員堅持唔係當垃圾處理,係 “只係放咗向紙皮盒入面”。首先,點解可以將客嘅遮放紙皮盒?第二,點解可以唔睇下就處理紙皮盒?又唔係我要求你幫我儲遮,係你自己強搶,仲要唔見埋!擾釀咗陣,先話賠返。食完先知原來係米芝蓮一星,嚇死人!

好耐之前食過金鐘同尖沙咀Marco Polo既「夜上海」都覺得非常不錯,所以今次生日飯局專登再次光顧已搬左去K11 Musea 既「夜上海」江南脆鱔鎮江肴肉蔥油海蜇頭小籠包蔥油開洋拌麵蜜汁火方片皮鴨銀芽炒鴨絲特式崧子魚火腿津白甜品雷沙湯丸香蕉高力豆沙豆沙窩餅生磨蛋白杏仁茶味道係還可以的,但每一碟菜都少得驚人,片皮鴨真係只上了鴨皮,不過舊舊都係鴨皮都幾油膩,同埋呢個年代唔係人人都會食晒鴨皮,鴨肉就用銀芽炒,成隻鴨d肉絲有無少到咁離譜呀,條崧子魚好細條,仲要又淋又散,同我以前食既「夜上海」真係今非昔比,極度失望,繼續做遊客生意啦,港人會北上食架啦🙂

一開始入去個裝修係好靚,但係佢係帶咗我哋入去一間好昏暗,同埋坐咗好多枱人嘅房仔,入邊好迫好嘈。

❌態度
聽到啲侍應講間房嘅格局係為咗應付餐廳週book左枱嘅人而設,所以明明出邊有好多有景或者係坐得舒服啲嘅枱佢都唔安排。而且去到後面仲係咁望,催我哋食快啲,快啲走咁。
如果係咁睇唔起啲客嘅話可以唔好參加呢一個活動,又或者直接同個客講唔歡迎,又或者講到明要佢哋升級貴plan,都好過咁樣區別待遇。而且一開始冇上到強制性的小食(榨菜)仲要收咗我錢,係我check單先發現收多咗錢。

❌食物質素
絕對不符合期望,亦唔明點解可以拎到米芝蓮一星。覺得做比較好嘅就係小籠包,其他都普通。
而且份量真係好少,我一個好細食嘅女仔都覺得唔飽,性價比低。

✅唯一可以讚嘅就係我唔食杏仁,同經理講咗佢可以換酒釀丸子俾我,而呢個桂花味好岀,比主菜好食。

孜然羊肋骨 Lamb ribs with cumin($388):侍應們好貼心,預先俾定膠手套,唔會整污糟隻手。整晚最期待嘅一個餸,家人是「羊肉控」。
大約有六枝骨,香料味足夠、微辣、有些少麻,份量足夠。隨便點了一杯法國紅酒 🍷Cabernet Sauvignon葡萄作陪襯($100),去一下油膩,又清一清味蕾,大滿足!

經典中式甜品
最後點了 桂花酒釀丸子 glutinous rice dumplings in osmanthus soup($45)作結。淡淡酒香,糯米口感柔軟,但甜品溫度唔夠熱。除了食品溫度,整個甜品係出色的。

總結,成餐晚飯係滿意嘅。
侍應們都好 attentive;但係,上菜速度奇快,兩口子晚飯就冇乜所謂。如果想慢慢食,邊食邊傾,可能預早同侍應溝通,上菜慢些少。
