收工經過見到有間好有日本風味既居酒屋,就行入去試下,環境佈置都好多日本文化氣息。前菜日本蕃茄非常鮮甜,無任可臭青味。香箱蟹好精緻,係將全隻蟹既肉原隻拆出黎再放入蟹蓋排好,非常考功架同技巧,亦需要好多時間,睇得出用心。磯煮鮑魚連肝都處理得好好,唔係就咁蒸熟就算,口感彈牙同鮑魚肉差唔多。壽司種類好多亦好新鮮,有金目鯛,拖羅,魷魚,牡丹蝦,三文魚子,池魚。有淺味應有深味既魚。串燒就有牛舌同菇,味道都好正常
