一路都好鐘意居酒屋類的日式食店,因為可以食到多種類的美食。香港地貴,通常居酒屋會變成樓上食店,永光中心可說是樓上食店代表。學日本人一樣,先點了飲品,然後便是美食。季節魚薄切刺身,新鮮、爽彈,正所謂不時不食,店員果然冇介紹錯。松葉蟹凍:松葉蟹拆肉,整成的啫喱,再加上魚子醬,口感一流,鮮味爆燈,而且擺盤好靚。通常去居酒屋我都會點串燒,最啱佐酒:一口牛,是靚肉,鹽燒最能帶出肉的鮮味。荔枝煙肉卷,咸中有甜,好味!而燒魷魚鬚就燒得剛剛好,爽口彈牙。燒雞翼和靑椒也是佐酒的美食!日式串燒加了木魚片增添風味。食到半路,覺得未夠滿足,我們再加了一個三點半刺身盛,也是鮮味十足。店員友善,看到有幾枱熟客,這正正就是居酒屋令人回頭的原因。

吞雲吐霧,他連用蘋果木柴煙燻.打開蓋蘋果煙燻散出很像仙境,炸紫菜和芝士一齊食,雙重口感,紫菜卜卜脆,口感軟糯,好好味。

荔枝煙肉卷,用煙肉包住新鮮荔枝肉,煙肉表層燒到甘香,一口一啖,荔枝肉和煙肉一齊食,香甜的荔枝味,清甜而不油膩。

馬友一夜乾,選用新鮮馬友魚風乾一晚夜,食落魚肉特別甘香,魚味濃郁,馬友魚魚油脂重,不得了。

有赤身、左口魚邊、北寄貝、真鯛、魷魚、油甘魚、梭子魚、金目鯛、牡丹蝦、三文魚🍣好多都係喺omakase會見到比較高級嘅魚生😍😍左口魚邊炙燒過幾香;魷魚同牡丹蝦帶點黏口;油甘魚、金目鯛、赤身等都係軟滑鮮甜,每款都夠新鮮,唔錯😋
