刺身🤩👍👍👍刺身選擇豐富,我哋緊係叫師傅發辦好似omakase咁,可以試到多啲少見嘅時令刺身。適逢春夏交替有只當造2星期嘅螢光魷魚、鯛魚白子、池魚薄切、日本生蠔同牡丹蝦,全部都令我印象深刻,佢哋嘅刺身好新鮮,質素非常出色。尤其係螢光魷魚,彈牙得嚟爆汁,又唔會似漬過個種太咸,食得出鮮味。鯛魚白子就係我呢季必點嘅時令刺身之一,師傅處理上面完全體現出功力,一般餐廳食到好易有腥味,但呢度嘅白子完全係0腥味又creamy,真係好想再食多一份,實在太太太正!池魚薄切配上柚子醋完全恰到好處,魚味鮮甜,點汁食更搭,係清新輕盈嘅口感。日本生蠔清爽略帶點礦物味,果然日本生蠔名不虛傳,細膩而純粹嘅味道突出鮮味。牡丹蝦從蝦頭膏位已睇得出非常新鮮,肉質軟綿得嚟仲十分鮮甜,一食就知來貨極新鮮。燒蝦姑干蝦姑干即係賴尿蝦,蝦干燒完後散發出濃郁香氣,同香脆口感相輔相成,係一道好好嘅前菜小食。炸豬肉餃子外皮炸至金黃十分酥脆,內裡嘅豬肉餡料鮮嫩多汁,絕對係一道令人滿足嘅小食選擇。粟米天扶良+沙追魚天扶良天扶良相等於天富羅,粟米清嫩。沙追魚鮮美肉嫩,同天富羅炸粉融合喺一起,配上自家嘅咖哩鹽,呢個配搭真係幾特別,食落都好夾。田

燒雞心食得多,燒鴨心真係第一次食,口感冇燒雞心咁煙韌,有咬口得嚟食得幾舒服,而且完全唔腥冇內臟味道。
雞腳筋串
筋嘅彈脆口感令我有驚喜,唔會燒到乾硬又保持到中意食軟骨個種口感。
荔枝豚肉卷
配搭獨特較少見,焦香嘅豚肉微脆,包裹住甜嫩荔枝,食落有幾重口感,幾有趣又好食嘅matching 。
日本青椒仔
燒得非常香,爽脆可口。
雞胸軟骨串
呢隻軟骨同出邊一般嘅雞軟骨唔一樣,雞胸軟骨顧名思義有雞胸肉部分,食落比較嫩滑,軟骨爽脆,又係啱晒中意食軟骨嘅人。

呢個烏冬係一個極好嘅結尾。蝦湯湯底非常濃郁鮮美,烏冬煮得彈牙,蝦肉鮮甜食得出係新鮮蝦,組合一齊真係大滿足啊!👍😍😍😍

呢間昭和風嘅自家料理居酒屋真係私心推薦!用料新鮮,配搭特別,師傅細心處理同火喉十分到位,少有實而不華嘅居酒屋,用硬實力取勝💯
