🤫 好搞笑..我哋嚟到居酒屋係唔飲酒嘅..朋友仔話呢度嘅串燒係隱世地好食..本身諗住叫兩串蘆筍豚肉串一人一串唔使爭..點知竟然賣剩一串..好啦~我唯有讓吓好鍾意食蘆筍嘅朋友仔啦..咁佢都好大方咁俾咗一嚿我試吓..果然係非常唔錯喎~個蘆筍Keep得到爽甜..唔似得出邊有啲燒到柴晒皮..而且外邊嘅豚肉亦都燒到少少脆皮恰到好處..呢啲貌似簡單嘅串燒先至係最考師傅技術..真係唔講得笑~

A5 Hida beef wagyu on skewer: honestly over the top, thick cut and served with butter. The rims were seared and crispy, the inside was absolutely melty, fatty and buttery. A sheer bliss.

Their menu features a variety of fancy fusion in terms of skewers. Here are a few of my best picks we tasted: grilled shrimp wrapped with shiso leaf and fried chicken skin; handmade minced chicken stick dipped with raw Japanese egg sauce; pork belly topped with wasabi and sliced shiso; runny onsen egg wrapped with bacon. 🏮 今日想同大家介紹吓呢一間朋友仔同大媽都非常之鍾意嘅居酒屋,絕對係同區裏面物超所值之選。裝修去素淨高雅,主打優質時令食材。繁忙時間嘅時候基本上會坐滿全場,大家要注意喔。

🐡 居酒屋必食嘅開胃菜就當然係「雞泡魚干」,尤其是個調味真係比其他地方做得好,外脆肉嫩。最衰要揸車,否則可以一路飲酒一路食,一流。
