今日係求婚紀念日,老公話要外出慶祝一下呢間Zeng係好耐之前我已經想去食tea set, 不過老公話想食lunch,就一於去試試啦~去到餐廳,環境一流,居高臨下,望到180度海景,背景有jazz music食物方面亦都是一流,前菜是lobster salad, 味道清新。另外,仲有seafood platter, 生蠔雖然我不吃,但老公話一d都唔腥。至於主菜,我地叫左和牛同slow cook salmon, 值得賺既係slow cook salmon, 完全巔覆了我對三文魚的想像,幼滑度100分。最後甜品,好驚喜,叫左chessecake , 餐廳仲刻意寫埋happy anniversary.#唔知點解,我upload唔到相。。。。。有機會upload返

至於主菜,我地叫左和牛同slow cook salmon, 值得賺既係slow cook salmon, 完全巔覆了我對三文魚的想像,幼滑度100分。


最後甜品,好驚喜,叫左chessecake , 餐廳仲刻意寫埋happy anniversary.

平常西餐甚少會點豬扒,因為其肉身較難入口,

同樣已切片的日本M5和牛,真心一讚廚師對豬牛的火喉均一致完美,

🌗Japanese Cheese Cake日式芝士蛋糕/Cream Burlee焦糖布丁
甜品二選一,🍮焦糖布丁嘅係陽光底下好快溶,焦糖唔會苦,但布丁入面有半透明粒粒(唔知係咩黎🤔)唔夠滑,同埋第一次見布丁上面會有條草做裝飾,如果係薄荷會無咁怪異😆😆。
🍰芝士蛋糕底下有蜜糖作點綴,但點左之後會過甜。

加$158 有oyster free flow,好想瘋狂食蠔呀,但估計要全枱一齊free flow,如果全部朋友都鍾意食蠔有得諗下喎🤤🤤🤤。Champagne 都有得free flow,加$258/308就得啦。

🏞環境方面,對住維港呢個海景真係無得輸😍,不過戶外位真係無遮無掩,中午真係會曬到應一應同好熱,所以嘆下午茶會比較合適。有時間限制,入座起計兩小時,大家好好把握時間欣賞靚景~~
服務好好,唔洗叫就keep 住主動過黎加水,不過爭左少少笑容~~~
💸價錢係貴呀,但論食物同環境係物有所值嘅,久久先豪一豪都唔算好心痛嘅😅。

難得假期,諗住約下好友👧🏻去歎個Tea Set、影下靚相,但呢間都真係唔會再去多一次🥺價錢方面,Tea Set黎講唔算太貴,但性價比低🥲坦白講,本人都幾失望😭😭😭食物質素麻麻地,Smoked Norwegian Salmon with Avocado Salsa on toast 最令本人印象深刻,塊Toast完全唔香脆又難咬😞Tea set本人就唔會再幫襯,遲下可能再俾機會去試下佢嘅Dinner/Lunch嘅😔
