To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開 IFC 想食點心,添好運,不用睇 OPENRICE 吧!中伏 寫這食評才略略看看評語,大部分都是認為服務差,這個我太有同感了,所有服務員都是在大聲傾偈,入座後想要張點餐紙睇睇才下單,問了2位員工都像機械人回覆,用手機掃碼點餐,手機睇清楚一點,難道拿一張點餐紙都不能滿足客戶要求,我後來見到另一枱外國客他們就給到,我想問問古天樂先生賣多少待客之道廣告有沒有用。之後問想要什麼茶,那我都要時間想想畢竟有多個選擇,我都說我先看看,那個人就站在我身旁,一股不耐煩的氣場直撲過來,非要等我說出什麼茶才離開,從這兩點就令我有點不耐煩了,為什麼一直抱怨沒生意,人家跑到深圳消費,香港這些服務員真的檢討一下或淘汰了。執碗的放到盤內都要掉進去,那些食物殘渣彈出來,又吵耳,不停呯呯聲,就不可以輕放一點嗎?可能是我要求太高。曾經或現在這家都被認為是食物質素高的餐廳,怎麼可能會弄到如此差劣的地步。食物就認真一般,那酥皮叉燒包跟深圳蔡瀾先生那家比就是3分跟10分的差別。大小不一,顏色不一,油油的裡面叉燒太甜,蔡先生那家山楂味,不油膩的一試無法忘記。其他蒸牛肉又沒有彈力,鳳爪又沒有花生底,炒麵算是比較好的。我無法感受到這一家餐廳對食物的要求,熱情,就因為做出名聲,完全忘本,反正遊客看指南會來就可以了。在香港想食點心有太多其他更有心思的餐廳可以選擇,例如星點心。環境是差不多,也不是太衞生,但食物質素好太多呢!最後,收這個價錢也要對得住這個價錢,顧客不是因為名聲而光顧。這一家,添好運,不好意思,black list 了,祝它好運吧! continue reading

Food standard dropped by A LOT. Cheong fun (rice rolls) and 腐皮蝦卷were lukewarm. Dried mushroom in the siu mai were surely marinated with sugar. Beef balls were all flour. Staff are not friendly at all. Any regular chinese restaurant serve better dim sum with reasonable bargain! Average hkd40 per dim sum. Tea hkd8 per head (more if special drinks). continue reading

出開中環,突然夜晚晚餐想搵點心食,原來IFC下面有間添好運,就過咗嚟食。餐廳遊客比較多,七八點嚟到,好彩唔使等位就有得入座。豉油皇炒麵麵質乾爽,食落好有鑊氣,配料有芽菜、蔥段、洋蔥同埋芝麻,整體份量少咗啲,一個人食未必夠飽。精瑩鮮蝦餃蝦餃中間有蝦粒,蝦肉爽口,未至於覺得特別新鮮,整體皮薄,唯獨係細粒咗少少,整體還可以鮮蝦燒賣皇質素還好嘅燒賣,蝦肉同埋豬肉打得比較腍冇係嗰陣爽口嘅感覺,唔算好大粒,不過不失煎蛋牛肉飯牛肉係蒸牛肉餅,食落入味,質地細滑唔嘞,蒸飯嘅飯粒分明,有少少咬口,配埋蒸飯甜豉油香口又好食蠔皇鮮竹卷鮮竹卷都幾大件,一疊有三件,醬汁做得幾好食,整體唔錯豬頸肉撈粗麵醬汁稍為有啲淡味,燒豬頸肉燒得幾香口同入味,份量唔多,另外附上清湯,清湯都算濃味。好少見地原來呢度有冷泡茶,大熱天時飲冷泡茶真係好舒服,我哋叫咗白桃烏龍,飲落濃度啱啱好,有清新嘅白桃香同淡然既烏龍茶香,非常清新。 continue reading

中環打工人的午市好去處,速度較快,點心簡單好選擇,味道又不錯,價格🆗,只是服務一般般,總體還算可以酥皮焗叉燒包:很喜歡吃酥皮焗叉燒包,表皮酥酥脆脆,好像菠蘿包,內裏叉燒好香又多汁,兩者味道結合一起口感很👍🏻😋 蠔皇鮮竹卷:蠔皇醬汁濃郁,鮮竹卷軟硬適中,十分鮮香😍豉油王炒麵:味道不錯 麵條分明🥰陳皮牛肉球:煙煙韌韌 口感Q彈 嫩滑💓鳳爪排骨飯:鳳爪味道一般般 還需要改善 感覺內裏的肉還沒有完全入味,只表面醬汁比較重,但忘記影相了🤣 continue reading
