呢幾年都食多左鐵板燒,好多都好好,呢間好有驚喜。性價比好,有好多野食。首先食左個前菜,芝麻醬好開胃。跟著食刺身,非常新鮮,有omakase既水平。活龍蝦--2人份量,勁大隻,好juicy,bouncy,用左龍蝦汁去炒佢,超入味。我同朋友食到wow wow聲!活鮑魚--睇得出好生猛,食落亦非常彈牙,同埋洗得好乾淨。鵝肝多士,煮法同平時食開既有d唔同,更加綿滑,多士有好香既牛油味。牛肉薄燒--大概7成熟,食到牛味,唔老,蔥花好香。野菜--係炒椰菜,好好食,好香。炒飯炒到一粒粒,仲有櫻花蝦,再提升左個味道既層次呀!Miso soup,係今晚既好總結,飲到暖粒粒。最後甜品係綠茶雪米糍,糯米皮煙韌,綠茶味又係我至愛。大推呢間店,因為每一碟都好賞心悅目,好好食,有誠意之作。 continue reading

我哋一行6人叫咗3個鳥海山鐵板餐(二人前)~個套餐包括有:是日精選刺身、沙律、活龍蝦、活鮑魚、鵝肝多士、牛肉薄燒、野菜、炒飯、味噌湯,個餐絕對夠食,份量好足!不過我哋就貪心想試多啲嘢,額外加咗活赤貝刺身、白鱔同特大虎蝦(真係有手臂咁長😳),條鱔超爽彈,廚師仲起咗塊皮分開煎脆👍🏻;特大虎蝦味鮮、肉彈,一隻都夠我哋6個人分😆至於套餐嘅嘢食大致上都有水準,唯獨係個「鵝肝多士」表面太厚粉,一嚟口感唔好,二嚟粉味遮咗啲鵝肝味,扣咗啲分🥲-咁嘅價位又咁多嘢食真係好抵,不過環境上就冇啲貴價鐵板燒餐廳咁靚同寬敞㗎啦,而且得Bar枱可以睇到鐵板燒位置,座位數量唔多㗎!餐廳做到月中(1月14號)就結業啦,有興趣嘅就快啲把握時間去食喇!😳 continue reading

做嘢咁辛苦,今餐要食豪D,朋友推薦呢間日式餐廳人氣之選:鳥海山鐵板餐,一個餐夠晒2人食,價錢約每人$500,也算合理,因為可以食到龍蝦、鮑魚、鵝肝等上等菜餚,所以價比值是不錯的!套餐大部份的食物都是師傅以鐵板形式烹煎、炒,所以食物都好香口,以下為大家介紹一下:前菜有:餐前沙律及味增湯,之後,是當日的精選刺身,共有四款,三款魚類一款貝類,每款有兩片,全部都非常新鮮,一點腥味也沒有,本人向來不食生冷野,但今次破格一試,4個字形容「非常鮮甜」!值得一讚,這裏的Wasabi是新鮮即磨出嚟的,不會嗆鼻👍😋😋😋第一道鐵板菜是厚切鮑魚:把大大隻新鮮鮑魚切厚片煎炒,香口之餘,也非常有口感,鮑魚十分彈牙、鮮甜,兩人份量,很足夠😋😋第二道菜是活龍蝦:把新鮮的龍蝦起肉煎炒後,再配上特別的醬汁,非常彈牙、鮮甜無比,啖啖肉,簡直好味得難以形容!👍👍👏👏😋牛肉薄燒:把薄薄的牛肉包着一些菜蔬煎香再切斷上枱,牛肉甘香嫩口之餘,其油香亦滲透在餡料內,食落口沒有肥膩感,也沒有油溢味,與餡料剛好互相平衡!👍鵝肝多士:真是一點也不吝嗇,鵝肝的size幾乎與多士差不多大,鵝肝軟淋,配上煎脆的多士,入口軟脆互相輝映,口感層次豐富!炒野菜:清淡的炒野菜雖然簡單,但配上以上豐富上等的海鮮,正好帶出平衡。炒飯:絕不能小窺的一道炒飯,看似沒有什麼配料,只有雞蛋、蔥及及日本櫻花蝦,但飯粒炒得晶凝通透,粒粒乾脆利落,米與蛋的比例幾乎是1:1, 加上樱花蝦,味道簡直一絕,主菜絕對不輸給上等海鮮,怪不得最後才壓軸出場!真係要俾個like 廚師👏👍😋😋😋整餐飯食得相當滿意、滿足,衷心感謝廚師的功力及功夫! continue reading

隱世 高水準 鐵板燒長期支持嘅其中一間小店食物質素高 充滿人情味🦞鳥海山鐵板餐 🥢是日精選刺身 🥢沙律 🥢活龍蝦 🥢活鮑魚 🥢鵝肝多士 🥢牛肉薄燒 🥢野菜、炒飯、麵豉湯🌟依個套餐係小妹去親依間餐廳都必點,雖然價格上可能已經係全店最貴嘅套餐,但都係一千多元(2位用),食開鐵板燒嘅你哋,就知道呢個價格係相當優惠,特別係可以食到原隻新鮮龍蝦、鮑魚、鵝肝等高級食材🤤因為小店座位不多,如果想坐Bar枱親身感受廚師在你面前即叫即煮,就剩係得六個位,記得提早預約!試過有一次Book唔到Bar枱,雖然食物質素都好高,但係始終好似差咁啲野,👀食先真係好緊要🤩所以真係糾結咗好耐,好唔好介紹俾大家,好驚第日想book位都難……建議大家下午去食,其實午餐更加實惠🤩 continue reading

今日朋友帶咗我一間好似好高檔嘅日式餐廳。雖然佢嘅地點喺長沙灣,但係可能好野就真係要花啲心機去搵,酒香唔怕巷深🤓餐廳嘅裝修風格都係行日式路線食左個六百幾蚊嘅大蝦套餐,其實依個套餐每一樣餸都做得幾好味,而且佢個'鐵板燒'嘅香味同埋獨有嘅味道喺每一樣菜式都可以品嚐得到,再融入埋菜式本身自己有嘅食材味道,幾正。但如果兩個人嚟食嘅話,我都會建議再散叫一啲食材,咁就可以再試多少少唔同嘅菜式。其實餐廳都仲有其他價位嘅餐,下次再同朋友嚟我可能都會試吓。首先黎個開胃沙律魚同蝦都非常之鮮味,蝦係大蝦嚟嘅,食完真係好想再叫加碼 魚嘅魚油再配合埋煎到表面焦脆,係享受牛肉熟度唔錯,隔離半碟嘅炸蒜都好香脆牛油炒菜味道有幾好食,而且份量都唔少仲有個櫻花蝦炒飯,真係食到最尾都仲有櫻花蝦 continue reading
