上星期和家人到旺角明記潮館食潮州菜,地點好方便就腳,飯館都好大,環境頗舒適,可以食各式潮州美食。鹵水拼盤,相當抵食,食滿300元加8元就可食到,有各種不同的鹵水,豬腸夠入味,肥而不膩。鵝腸好爽口,肥膏不多。潮式煎蠔餅,外面脆卜卜,好香口,啖啖都是蠔仔,加些魚露特別惹味,大人細路都鍾意食。客家黃酒雞鍋,有半隻雞,都幾大鍋,滿滿酒香,雞肉非常嫩滑,雞湯混和黃酒好美味,入口回甘。肉碎蠔仔粥,份量夠,一家人都夠食,有鮮味,還有很多蠔,口感不錯。潮式凍馬友,都幾大條,食潮州菜少不了凍魚,肉質緊緻鮮嫩,味道鮮甜可口,配合豆醬更能提鮮。石鍋啫芥蘭,都幾大鍋,份量足,熱辣辣香噴噴,好爽脆,夠新鮮,而且伴有肉碎蝦米,十分惹味。巨型熊仔冰檸檬茶,超大杯,有一公升,兩三個人都夠飲,而且熊仔冰好得意,細路仔見到最開心。 continue reading

和朋友逛旺角,晚上我們想食潮州菜,有人提議去明記潮館試下,餐館地點好就腳,相當方便,餐館都幾大,環境寬敞,坐得幾舒服。潮式凍馬友,肉質相當嫩滑,不會太鹹,加點豆醬更美味,上菜時已先剝開魚皮,食時更方便,而且魚骨不多,啖啖肉。客家黃酒雞煲,都幾大盤,份量足,好香濃的酒味,雞肉鮮嫩,大家都爭著飲湯,酒香甘甜,還可暖暖胃。石鍋啫芥蘭,一端上枱,香味四溢,熱騰騰,啫啫聲,芥蘭好新鮮,入口爽脆,配合肉碎、蝦米,相當惹味。潮式炸蠔餅,表面勞得好脆,裏面軟糯,蠔仔都不少,加些魚露和辣椒醬更正,有細個在廟街食蠔餅的感覺。鹵水拼盤,是食潮州菜必點的食物,各種鹵水都有些,鵝腸好爽口,不肥膩,墨魚夠彈牙,幾好食。蠔仔肉碎粥,我們點了小份,原來都幾多,四個人都夠食,是一種傳統我味道,加點胡椒粉更香。 continue reading
