其實我哋啱啱去完泰國旅行返嚟,喺嗰邊已經食咗勁多泰菜。就係因為太好味,所以今晚都想再食泰菜。喺酒店附近行,見到旺角豉油街呢度有間水門雞飯,門口有條龍,於是就一於試吓。不過費事等,所以買外賣返酒店食。買咗咁多嘢食,都係$300零蚊到,好抵食!話晒水門雞飯,梗係要嗌佢個signature試吓啦。個雞肉真係皮脆肉嫩,連埋皮食一啲都唔會覺得肥膩。油飯粒粒分明,味道恰到好處,配埋個雞飯醬真係非常惹味!啖啖肉嘅串燒梗係唔少得啦……叫咗呢個串燒拼,有雞肉同豬肉。雞肉同埋豬肉都醃到好入味,帶香茅香,食嘅時候當然要點佢濃滑重花生香嘅沙嗲醬啦!串燒魷魚$45兩大隻。我覺得係超值。佢個魷魚燒到啱啱好,唔會過熟,所以唔會好似擦子膠咁un。食落反而覺得脆口,容易咬斷!所有燒物記得要點佢個醬汁,一絕!泰式炒通菜食泰菜梗係要食炒通菜少少蝦醬嘅香,炒出嚟仍然保持翠綠!而且有啲蒜頭麵豉同辣椒,就更加出味!估唔到呢一間水門雞飯同泰國食嘅都一樣咁好味,掛住泰菜,但冇假期出國嘅話都不妨一試! continue reading

岩岩去完泰國返黎好掛住啲泰國野食,今日咁岩係旺角做完野,特登過黎呢到水門雞飯食野水門雞飯係旺角尖沙咀都好多分店,真係食極都唔厭!野食勁多選擇,大把唔同泰菜揀食過咁多次都係覺得炸雞係最最出色雞扒脆得黎唔會硬,雞肉又夠入味,點埋個泰式辣汁仲濃味,勁好餸飯馬拉盞炒通菜好嫩好新鮮,全部都好翠綠,而家炒得好淋岩晒我味道亦好濃烈,每一啖都好香,特別係啲葉索晒啲汁勁好食鮮蝦春捲大大條,即叫即炸仲係熱辣辣差啲淥親嘴入面全部都係新鮮蝦肉,爽口彈牙和牛串燒,唔會燒到全熟,入面仲係好粉嫩,所以咬落勁軟身多汁,好大陣牛味出晒黎,仲唔到泰式餐廳都可以整到咁靚既和牛,真係要試下最後整多杯泰式咖啡完美作結,聞落好香唔會太苦,不錯 continue reading
