嚟呢間餐廳食飯,係因為有一日喺openrice主頁見到呢個廣告,心諗米芝蓮泰國菜都唔會平,但係睇睇個menu,都還可以,係中等價錢,但打著米芝蓮旗號就去試試。喺openrice book咗位,7點鐘店內都差唔多滿座,我哋坐嘅係窗邊高吧台,要排排坐望住窗口食飯。椰青 $58好熟,啲肉勁淋,都算香,但唔凍,只係室溫,椰青夠凍會比較好飲。泰北咖哩金麵 $128聽講係招牌菜,叫翻個試吓。啲咖哩都幾辣的,見到好大堆個啲係脆條,又或者係脆麵?浸啲咖哩汁會好食啲,不過我哋覺得一般所以只食咗好少。麵喺個堆洋蔥下面,有一堆正常煮過浸住咖哩汁嘅麵,樣子同口感都似伊麵,煮淋咗同埋浸住汁幾入味,好食過脆麵。旁邊仲有一堆燒雞扒,燒得幾香唔錯。炭燒豬頸肉 $138燒得唔夠,偏淋,亦冇乜炭香味,都偏薄炭火燒牛肉 $208有十舊,份量都算ok都係燒得唔係好夠,又唔係好熱,有啲位比較難咬,同埋唔太濃牛味蟹肉奄列 $168呢個好似都算招牌菜,同埋其他餐廳比較少見。上菜個樣幾靚,入面唔算好多蟹肉或者好香蟹味,但都有的,呢舊奄列會食到好滯。 continue reading

最近我試咗香葉肉碎飯同豬頸肉飯,再加一杯泰式奶茶,真係好正!呢一餐色香味俱全,特別適合鍾意泰式風味嘅朋友。#### 香葉肉碎飯首先講講香葉肉碎飯,飯底係白米飯,粒粒分明,鬆軟可口。肉碎用咗香葉調味,香氣四溢,咬落去有種特別嘅清香,令人一試成主顧。肉碎唔油膩,反而有種清爽感,配埋啲蔬菜,口感更加豐富,真係好開胃。#### 豬頸肉飯接住就係豬頸肉飯,豬頸肉切得厚,肉質嫩滑,味道非常好!配上少量醬油,咸香適中,十分入味。肉旁邊有啲清爽嘅小菜,平衡咗整體味道,唔會覺得膩。再加埋米飯,簡直係完美搭配!#### 泰式奶茶最後係泰式奶茶,味道濃郁,奶香十足,帶有淡淡茶香,口感滑順。飲落去既消暑又提神,非常適合搭配呢兩款飯。整體嚟講,泰式奶茶令餐點增添咗一份甜美感,令整餐更加圓滿。總括呢餐香葉肉碎飯同豬頸肉飯,再加泰式奶茶,真係好味!每一樣嘢都令人非常滿意,無論係味道、口感都非常出色,強烈推薦大家試下!下次我一定會再返嚟! continue reading

大角咀多嘢食係人都知,估唔到哩到有間米芝蓮泰國菜,預約咗先去,即刻可以入去唔使等,入面環境色彩繽紛,感覺令人開心,但店員帶完位之後無啦啦又調咗我哋坐另一張枱個位冷氣勁大,同埋頭頂燈光直射落嚟真係幾唔得最好改善下蟹肉奄列熱辣辣一切開入面出晒煙,蟹肉都算多同新鮮,蛋幾香,似半煎炸果種,係實淨啲嘅奄列,有香料味,旁邊有個酸甜汁,覺得唔點都夠味,點咗就開胃啲泰北咖喱金麵都係好重香料味,金麵炸過但唔油,配埋咖哩食幾惹味,雞肉不過不失 continue reading

👍🏼抵食指數:⭐️⭐️😋好食程度:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️由朋友極力推介嘅大角咀米芝蓮泰菜果然名不虛傳,藍綠色嘅磚牆,室內嘅設計以東南亞風格為主,環境舒適企理,都好適合大家打卡啊~ 先嚟咗招牌菜式, #泰北咖喱金麵 ,賣相幾靚,有一舊炸過嘅麵條,咬落去香脆可口,麵條似炸過嘅伊麵。而湯底係椰香咖喱湯,炸麵浸淋喺湯中,口感唔錯,而且咖喱唔算辣,一般人應該容易入口。#炭火燒牛肉 亦都係另一個招牌菜式,一班朋友share 嚟食,份量都足夠,5成熟,仲感覺到鎖到牛肉肉汁,味道尚可,但咬起上嚟就有少少韌嚕~ 無論環境同食物,整體上算係中上水平嘅泰菜啊! continue reading
