The location is pretty convenient and easy to access, but most of the time you need to queue up to get seats since there is no booking available. The environment is really nice with a window view of outside, and their seats and decorations are also nicely done imo. Especially at night!I ordered the cheese omelette with sourdough and extra grated caramel cheese topping, and it was absolutely fantastic! They were generous with the cheese filling, and the cheese was stretchy and not too salty. The sourdough also tasted really good and wasn’t too stiff, and the grated caramel cheese added that extra salty finish to the whole dish. Highly recommend adding the extra caramel cheese topping since it’s only $8 and really adds extra flavour to the egg.I tried their salted egg yolk cream sauce & crab spaghetti in the past, and i really enjoyed it as well. Although expensive, the portion is quite big and the taste is one of a kind! The cream sauce was not too heavy, and the crab was very aromatic. The texture of the spaghetti was also quite nice, like a fusion of ramen and udon. But I’d only eat this once in a while because it is a bit pricy.I also tried a couple bites of their beef risotto and beef tongue spaghetti, and they were okay. Tasty but nothing too special. The risotto was slightly crispy and the beef was very tender which I liked. Their dishes also aren’t too salty overall.They also have a wide variety of cakes which look quite tasty, will try in the future!Have tried this restaurant several times over the past year and the quality of their dishes have improved. Recommend if you want to get something nice with friends!

星期日，簡簡單單想食個西餐，見Beans門口無咩人，等咗15分鐘就入得。最好5:45或之前到，會坐到窗口，又唔使點等。今日無叫牛扒，只叫咗兩個意粉一個西班牙海鮮炒飯。Carbonara 先到，煙肉鹹香，唔錯。4星。明太子就有啲過鹹，攪勻食都鹹，比較失色。三星啦。最好食應該係西班牙海鮮炒飯，海鮮多又新鮮。最後跟餐叫咁個熱檸蜜，秋冬季飯非常合適。埋單不到$400，三個人。BEANS應該係將軍澳食西餐平靚正之選。

抹茶黑糖麻糬流心吐司 $74吐司外面烤到酥脆，但入面依然鬆軟，做到外脆內軟🍞！一切開抹茶醬即刻流出嚟，足夠點哂成個包食🍵。黑糖麻糬唔會太甜，十分煙韌，加埋雪糕🍦，熱熱嘅抹茶醬同冰凍嘅雪糕加埋一齊簡直係絕配。跟餐餐飲 Ice Matcha Latte下午茶仲可以跟一杯$42或以下嘅飲品。叫到杯Matcha Latte仲唔洗加錢真係好抵!🍵黑松露蛋黃醬薯條 +$30每次食Beans必點小食一定係佢。只係加$30，但份量一啲都唔少。粗度啱啱好嘅薯條口感更佳，仲點得更多嘅醬🍟。

lunch hour 去到安排窗邊位，好舒服，有街景望吓好正😍。紅酒燉牛面頰意大利飯，牛肉份量好足，諗住得一兩舊，喜出望外。意大利飲好香蕃茄香草味，牛面頰燉得好軟淋入味，同個飲夾埋夠豐富又唔會好膩，正呀😘。黃金蟹肉意粉，呢款係好 creamy 既意粉，蟹肉帶有蟹鮮味，醬汁混入咸蛋黃，濃稠度啱啱好，又香又滑既醬汁，好好味。

將軍澳區一直都有唔少西餐廳嘅選擇，而喺我心目中，beans係我嘅top 1！淨係將軍澳都已經有3間beans集團嘅餐廳🤩今次介紹嘅係位於將軍澳廣場嘅beans the backyard🍽️店內環境氣氛好好😌夜晚嚟食個燈光偏暗，加上播住一啲low fi 音樂🎶最吸引到我嘅記憶點反而係入面舖喺水吧位置出面下嘅一條石頭路🪨莫名有一種質感⭐️仲有個小細節就係埋位果陣見到個餐牌會擺得好靚🍴喺度好有feel，侍應們都好nice，坐得好舒服☺️紅酒燉牛面頰意大利飯🐮（$132）意大利飯入面有菇🍄同蕃茄🍅加埋一齊燉，飯粒變晒蕃茄紅，軟硬適中，面頭仲加咗少少七味粉同Parsley🌱，唔單止令賣相靚咗，仲增加咗碟Risotto 嘅風味同層次🥰個牛面頰燉得幾稔，然後食落好香牛嘅油香😋同個飯一齊食好夾～～黑松露蛋黃醬薯條🍟（+$30）依個小食係其中一個令我鍾意間餐廳嘅原因🥳薯條新鮮炸出嚟熱辣辣🔥就咁食都好食。黑松露蛋黃醬🥚兩樣本身都好食嘅嘢加埋一齊嘅結果係更加好食🤪每次都清空咗個醬😋墨西哥辣肉醬芝士薄餅🍕（$108）以為佢辣肉醬會好辣🌶️，但冇乜辣味，芝士都用咗幾款🧀切pizza果陣feel到有少少拉絲嘅感覺🍕連埋啲墨西哥脆片一齊食，口感又提升咗😌🤫隱藏食法🤫用pizza沾埋薯條嘅黑松露蛋黃醬，令佢變成沾醬嘅pizza🍕，即刻令個pizza有埋黑松露嘅味，檔次又升咗🆙抹茶黑糖麻糬流心吐司🍞（$82）擺盤擺得幾靚✨個抺茶雪糕上面插塊薄荷葉🌱幾有趣。吐司入面係好滿嘅抺茶醬同黑糖麻糬～黑糖麻糬🍡口感勁煙韌，食落係甜甜地嘅黑糖味。綿花糖🐑有搵火燒過，燒得啱啱好，外脆內軟～個吐司好大份🤩然後烘到脆得嚟入面又好軟熟☺️佢夠乾身，可以一次過沾埋抺茶醬，令吐司有埋抺茶嘅味再加埋其他配料一齊食，係好睇又好食嘅甜品🍨成餐飯計埋加一都唔洗$200蚊一個人🤑，喺西餐廳嚟講，真係算平價兼抵食🤩除咗夜晚可以嚟食之外，我通常都鍾意午餐或者下午茶嚟食☺️然後坐好耐，chill一日🫶🏻有時冇乜人果陣可以揀窗口位睇住外面嘅風景食，夠哂悠閑～～
