兩口子到荃灣探朋友,朋友推介我們到此吃石燒牛扒。我們點選了一個新推出的節日套餐,非常豐富。包括:前菜牛縣雙子塔。三文魚子和日式鹽水毛豆菜的小撻,口味清新而獨特。三文魚子的鹹香與毛豆的清脆搭配,令人吃得開胃。慢煮牛舌配阿根廷青醬牛舌經過慢煮,肉質十分柔軟,入口即化。阿根廷青醬的酸甜口味十分出色,為牛舌增添了層次感,實在令人回味。餐湯南瓜湯的味道香甜,質地順滑,帶有淡淡的香料味。腹心肉主食腹心肉的肉質鮮嫩,油花均勻,放在燒滾的石頭上,肉的鮮香充分釋放,口感十分出色。配上炸得脆卜卜,熱騰騰的薯條,令我們吃過不停!甜品芝士蛋糕。蛋糕的口感綿密,甜而不膩,芝士味道濃郁。極上牛小排五選三套餐加配汽水,白飯升級迷你火炙A5和牛鵝肝丼:極上牛小排 牛小排的肉質極為鮮嫩,經過石燒,肉的香氣被鎖住,吃上一口,肉汁四溢。迷你火炙A5和牛鵝肝丼份量不是太大,火炙A5和牛入口即溶再配上充滿香氣的鵝肝,非常好味。最後值得一讚的是店員的服務態度。店員殷勤有禮,又詳細介紹各種牛的部位和食法,更經常問我們石燒的受熱程度等等。實在是服務優良,令人吃得開懷。 continue reading
