晚上我來到灣仔的昭和食堂吃晚餐。值得一提的是,現在透過Openrice訂位可以享受全單8折的優惠,前提是需提前二十四小時預訂。😚門口長這樣。 ☺昭和食堂的裝潢簡約而富有日式風情。menu長這樣 ☺雞皮餃子一上來就熱氣騰騰,外皮金黃酥脆,咬下去的瞬間,肉汁四溢。雪花牛柳酸酸口感非常開胃,牛柳肉質鮮嫩,搭配特製的醬汁,酸甜的味道讓人食指大動。串燒方面我點了白鱔、背肉、雞掌心、三角胸骨和雞頸肉。每一串都烤得恰到好處,外焦內嫩,肉質鮮美,特別是雞掌心,口感獨特,肉質彈牙,讓人回味無窮。這些串燒的調味也很到位,讓人感受到食材本身的鮮味。😁流蛋薯仔沙律在吃之前需要稍微撈拌,流心蛋的濃郁與薯仔的清爽相得益彰。當蛋黃流出來時,與沙律的清新口感融合在一起,讓整道菜顯得更加豐富。😚燒三文魚皮香脆的魚皮搭配著沙律醬,很搭!!安康魚肝口感滑膩,一點腥味也沒有。碎葱吞拿魚腩卷吞拿魚蓉份量十足,搭配新鮮的碎葱,每一口都能感受到吞拿魚的鮮甜和葱香的完美結合。蟹膏帆立貝蟹膏的濃郁味道與帆立貝的鮮甜完美結合,而且蟹膏的份量也非常豐富,讓人非常滿足。 continue reading

收工,去咗間灣仔(銅鑼灣站出)嘅居酒屋”昭和食堂”chill 吓,嘢食相當唔錯!首先環境,簡直係去咗日本。周圍都係日式裝修,燈籠,海報,就連燈光都完全係日式感覺,我感覺上連呢度嘅食客都好似日本人咁兮。不過更令人滿足嘅係佢嘅菜式:昭和特上盛合 - $398.0呢個係廚師安排嘅盛盒刺身,用上日本海膽魷魚卷、拖羅、大蝦、吞拿魚同油甘魚組成。刺身夠凍,夠厚身,每一塊食落都新鮮無比,極之滿足!清酒烏龍青口 - $78.0帶有蒜蓉、清酒同烏龍味嘅嘅青口。呢個青口食落係好夠味道,湯料同青口,相當夾。炸櫻花蝦豆腐 - $58.0基本上一定好食嘅櫻花蝦豆腐。除咗櫻花蝦本身,上面仲落咗辣椒蘿蔔蓉,所以食落去會有少少辣。炸豆腐本身夠熱。已經唔會輸。雞大動脈 - $70.0呢度嘅奇特串燒。到底咩係雞大動脈?答案係煙靭但同時有實感嘅肉質。加上佢嘅秘製醬汁,其實好難有其他部位有佢接近嘅味道同口感,相當奇特。煙肉蠔- $60.0其實佢有兩件,但我食咗一件先記得影😂。估唔到煙肉同蠔可以咁夾,因為蠔肉軟腍又濕潤,同硬脆嘅煙肉一碰起嚟就有火花。雪花牛柳 - $65.0牛柳相當軟腍,雖然唔算好有油脂感,但係牛味相當足夠,佢亦都特登做到 medium 成熟度。朝鮮醬雞翼 - $30.0簡單嘅雞翼發揮亦相當唔錯。除咗有朝鮮醬加持,佢將雞翼劏開一半,所以有一半係冇骨嘅。白子 - $128.0真正隱藏大佬。加入蘭王蛋一齊食嘅白子,蛋味十足,白子色澤潔白,接近入口即溶,質感滑溜,味道鮮甜。係非常奇特嘅終極美食。當然,未必個個接受到白子嘅味道同質感。但呢度的確做得唔錯。相當滿足嘅晚餐!除咗多嘢食,好多嘢都好有特色,甚至喺其他地方食唔到。加上呢度嘅環境,真係可以輕鬆吓,舒緩一下平日工作嘅辛勞。 continue reading
