星期六晚上7:30光顧,人流不算多。可能靠近商業大廈,相對於較早前平日晚上到訪,星期六晚上人流比較少。或者星期六宵夜時段人流比較多。串燒一如以往高水平!食材新鮮高質素,師傅有心有技術。同時也有多款清酒供選擇,也可以讓店員介紹wine paring 。員工與食客大部份打成一遍,有說有笑。如果想自己休息一下、或與三五知己品嚐美食美酒,絕對推介。但由於只有吧枱,人數太多,可能不方便。餐廳面積不大,可以考慮包場活動。 continue reading

晚上訂了枱為慶祝朋友升職,因為他非常喜愛日本菜及串燒,我找到了一間日本居酒屋「炭火Dining  炎」位於銅鑼灣,裝修風格很日式,原木系居酒屋風格為主,燈光昏暗,十分有日本當地的格調感!餐廳主打全店均採用日本進口食材,多款串燒及燒物,煮物、炸物、主食及甜品等,以及日本酒品,加上眾多特色創意料理!關東大根天婦羅 - 天婦羅金黃色外皮炸得酥脆很吸引,值得一讚是漿挺薄身,口感酥脆不會感油膩!日本大根十分清甜,賣相飽滿吸引,吃下去裏面是保留了滿滿的水份,加上抹茶鹽,十分有特色。燻製帆立貝 - 十分有儀式感,將蘋果木和備長炭燒在帆立貝表面上,加入炭香,賣相及打卡一流,帆立貝口感爽滑。雞脾肉 - 份量十足,咬開厚肉內外一樣柔嫩,加上西柚粒可中和雞肉的油脂感!雞肝 - 特色是半生熟度,咬落有汁又彈牙。熟成手羽先雞翼 - 表皮炸得香口金黃,大大隻雞翼很飽滿和多汁。煙熏鵪鶉蛋 - 汁燒鵪鶉蛋串,一串有三隻,鵪鶉蛋濃香,汁燒後更有口感!雞心元 - 聽店員介紹是雞心和雞肝之間的血管,連帶點脂肪小小肥,雞味濃厚。首葱間 - 雞肉幼滑,配上燒汁及大蔥,口感豐富。黑毛和牛牛舌芯 - 咬下去肉汁滿滿,口感彈牙又軟熟,簡單的海鹽調味就足夠!腐皮牛肉卷 - 牛肉顏色帶微微粉紅,腐皮口感爽脆,肉質有咬口,脂肪比例平均,配醬汁夠特色,油香感十足。厚揚豆腐 - 炸粉夠薄,豆腐酥脆,炸得怡到好處,非常惹味。雞皮海老 - 燒蝦肉口感爽彈又鮮甜,燒過後保留得到鮮艷吸引的色澤,加上雞皮及紫蘇葉口感更滑口味更濃郁。西京銀鱈魚 - 燒得相當出色,外脆內裡魚肉質地嫩滑,鹽味淡淡的點綴,魚皮微焦,香口富油脂!鰻魚 - 魚身表面燒得很香及微焦,口感堅挺厚實又帶點魚油。這餐廳價格合理環境又舒適,食物水準很好, 店員態度和善,環境舒式,在網上評價不錯,決定會再去!確是一間和朋友把酒暢聚之選的串燒居酒屋! continue reading
