M太太一直話想睇水舞間show,由原本打算同她在舊年秋天慶生時看,一直因種種原因要到今年春天才能成行(其實我不太喜歡春天去澳門,因可能有雨有霧。)表演門票連船票都成千元一位(不過夜),索性吃好一點!在openrice看了很多食評,發覺很多老字號的食物質素已大不如前,(其實不能期望葡國菜是fine-dining的首選),見Escada仍沒有太多劣評,而我n年前去過的經驗還好(除了是貴了D,不過都到都話看show已用了兩千元,用多少少錢來吃也不過份!因為看下午5點場,故早一點食晏,12時便到達,員工還在準備準備。兩個人點了四樣菜:葡國炸蝦角($60):沒有太燶,太油,外面乾脆,內裡creamy,有原隻蝦拼盤($158):一次過吃到幾樣食物:有沙甸魚、八爪魚沙律、咖哩角、碌結(葡式肉批)、 風乾火腿、馬介休薯球、葡式火腿芝士角仔沙甸魚不腥,八爪魚沙律很多蒜味,碌結(葡式肉批)很騷,我和M太太都吃不下,風乾火腿有點油益味,葡式火腿芝士角仔(和炸蝦角也炸得好好,只是餡料轉為火腿粒)葡國蠶豆排骨($120):最初以為是RIBS,不過肉炆得很腍,幾乎不用咀嚼葡式燴馬介休($198):其實最好serv

拼盤($158):一次過吃到幾樣食物:有沙甸魚、八爪魚沙律、咖哩角、碌結(葡式肉批)、 風乾火腿、馬介休薯球、葡式火腿芝士角仔
沙甸魚不腥,八爪魚沙律很多蒜味,碌結(葡式肉批)很騷,我和M太太都吃不下,風乾火腿有點油益味,葡式火腿芝士角仔(和炸蝦角也炸得好好,只是餡料轉為火腿粒)

葡國蠶豆排骨($120):最初以為是RIBS,不過肉炆得很腍,幾乎不用咀嚼

葡式燴馬介休($198):其實最好served with麵包或飯,因為有很多汁和很鹹,但我們已經很飽了...

總的來講,這一餐沒有令我們失望,不過其他顧客多是遊客(不覺見到澳門本地人或香港人),不知是甚麼原因了!

來澳門吃葡菜基本上是指定動作,關鍵只是吃哪間葡菜吧。已有超過兩年沒有到訪澳門,事前做了點資料搜集,在陸軍俱樂部和這裡中作選擇(小妹兩個地方都去過,反而MP則兩處都未去過),MP選了這裡為是次吃喝睡之旅畫上句號。在澳門不在賭場流連的話很難在外消磨一整天,吃也吃不了那麼多餐,所以我們本來訂了6:30,結果提早在6時就到達。本以為定是第一枱客人,誰知原來已有不少客人在用餐!6時就吃晚餐,平時在香港一定不會發生!我雖未到過葡萄牙,沒有見識過authentic葡菜是怎麼一回事,在香港也甚少吃葡菜(in fact香港很少葡國餐廳喎!),但對這頓晚餐總是充滿期待的。在香港大部分餐廳(即使是酒店餐廳)都會先奉上凍/熱水,我倆也差點忘記了在歐洲是要買水的,幾歐元一支礦泉水,在這裡也是如此,水要以支裝買的,所以我們要1litre white sangria好了。在我們的座位可看到侍應把白酒直接倒在一個已放蘋果和橙粒的玻璃容器中.似乎沒有加添汽水!不勝酒精的要三思,畢竟與平時所喝的有別。前菜就只點了炸馬介休薯蓉球,MP阻止了小妹加點檸檬炒蜆,怕吃不下,雖有點不高興,但聽話是對的,別浪費食物!出乎意料之外的好

出乎意料之外的好!馬介休一絲絲的很足料,薯蓉反而是配角,起了畫龍點睛的作用。一客common的菜式可以做成這樣出色,叫我們對餘下的晚餐更加期待!

主菜之一是葡式燒乳豬,suckling pig.

我不知究竟是乳豬的哪個部位,不過根據我們所得的這六件,就是啖啖肉,皮也脆。中國人吃乳豬最喜歡吃皮,肉反而成為附屬品,不過小妹就一向喜歡吃乳豬肉多於皮,而且他們的皮跟我們平時所吃的有點不同,似乎更脆!配菜有shoestring fries和飯,尤其以飯較為惹味,大概吸收了豬的油份吧!

另一款小妹想念很久的主菜叫焗鴨飯

一砵以數片葡國腸和煙肉裝飾的焗鴨飯香噴噴出場!與小妹心中的印象有點不同,在陸軍俱樂部吃到的是白飯,而這裡的卻是橙色飯,而且油份似乎更強勁!幸好店方也一點不吝惜鴨肉

整砵飯都充滿了一絲絲的鴨肉,基本上做到飯肉比例接近1:1!非常豐富的一砵飯,結束我們愉快的晚餐以及這次澳門之旅。

不知何時會再來澳門瘋吃,但若再來,相信這裡仍是我倆的選擇!

gor 天,刚刚食完保健双皮奶,一路走回葡京。看到这间 tug on the side walk 既餐厅。那时7:45pm ,还没吃饭。周围比较像样的餐厅都没位置。这间特别有情调,好想试!!于是死lur 烂lur,终于给我们打了尖。 (本来他们是整晚都 fully booked!)是晚食了: 餐包 - 够热,不过个心就不够软。 非洲辣醬 - 不够辣,又太过甜。 葡式焗鴨飯 - 好好味道!就是肥腻。不过我还是把它都食完 沙丁鱼 - 味道不错,不过不够干身。 葡式焗蛋白 - 有D像 pavlova, 不过不失 rice pudding 其实Escada 食物不是特别好,就是胜在位置方便,情调不俗。焗鴨飯又真的好吃!!

去澳門一定要食一餐葡國菜,上 openrice search 到呢間餐廳,鍾意呢度舒適既裝潢,比起其他裝修普通但價錢又差唔多既店子,坐落都舒服好多。我地早幾日前已 book 位,黎到店員問我地想唔想坐露天,外面空氣很好,環境又寫意舒適,好多謝店員既安排。1 L Sangria:酒味調配得香濃又易入口,飲住 sangria 黎食非洲雞好配搭。非洲雞:因為怕辣,店員好好服務甘安排雞和辣醬分開上。雞肉燒過香得黎又唔會乾身,保持嫩滑;非洲辣醬原來不是很辣,而且香濃野味,用左不同材料調配,好味得令我們驚喜。香煎龍利柳配檸檬汁:龍利柳大條肉厚,魚肉又係想像唔到甘香滑,真係正到爆。馬介休炒雜菜:炒得唔夠鑊氣,呢個係普遍葡國炒菜既特色,我較喜歡中國炒菜。我地一邊品嚐美酒佳餚,一邊享受浪漫寫意既環境,一直暢談了兩個多小時。

炒蜆堆滿一大碟,份量頗大無呃秤,雖然蜆隻唔算好大,但感覺蜆肉肥厚、鮮甜無霉無爛,無乜死蜆,食落亦唔覺有沙

另一滿意嘅菜式,上枱時個賣相平平無奇,飯面就只有兩大塊煙肉、兩片葡式肉腸、蕃茜、黑橄欖而矣。但一滔起個鴨飯,真係禾稈冚珍珠,飯裡面鴨肉多到不得了,啖啖都有鴨肉絲,而且個飯又焗得夠香夠乾身,但又索咗啲鴨油香,確係意外咁好食
。唔好睇佢好似細細缽,查實份量可不少。

其實自己都可以整到,D菜TOO OVER 太淋, 最得人驚係佢哥兩樽Olive Oil 同醋樽出面係哂油,我食過噤多間都未試過噤,



其實兩個人食到7樣嘢,食得哂我同朋友都飽到傻左, 埋單MOP650.......

每樣嘢平均唔洗一百,但係就唔算好抵食........

I looked up on Open Rice before heading there. From the look of the exterior, I thought it would be a nice place for a slightly romantic meal/date with my hubby. The restaurant itself, the interior was nice and cozy, they also have an outdoor seating at the veranda.

Food wise, the two of us ordered 3 dishes. Atum (tuna) Salad, Lemon Clams, Suckling Pig. I wanted to order the Macau fish, but it may be too much for us. They serve fresh and hot piggy bun at the start, which is the best of the meal. The salad was good, I'll give it a 7/10. The lemon clams was delicious, it's very meaty unlike the pan-fried clams in HK street restaurant, although I'd say it's quite 'sandy' perhaps the kitchen didn't watch it carefully.. The soup base was unbeatable. I'll give it a 8.5/10. Then it comes the Suckling Pig, totally not recommending this. First, it carried a heavy raw poultry taste, then the pig itself is very fat leaving not much meat, plus it really has no taste/flavor at all. The only good memory was the crispy skin, that's it. It's served with a small portion of rice as well as french fries. The fries were super over-cooked, I suspected that they reheat the old fries with microwave - it came dark and crunchy and only oil in the fries, no potato left. I'll give it a 4/10.

Overall, I'd rate it 7/10.

Actually, I dined at this restaurant 4/5 years ago, just by chance without doing any research in advance. Was an wonderful experience too, impressed by the interior and service, high quality of food. We ordered Clams with Lemon, Stewed pork leg with beer, cabbage with olives, 1L Sangria for share.

I always like the bread they served, hot and crispy. Clams were surprisingly good, this was our first time to have clams cooked with lemon, something special, I ate the cooked lemon skin as well, it's healthy. The pork leg was so delicious, honestly, I could finish it myself


To finish the dinner, we had the biscuits pudding, very nice, not too sweet and the texture was very smooth. We all loved it.

Service was pleasant; it's a beautiful ending of our trip.

葡式燴海鮮飯($188),上來的時候還以為是湯.隨後侍者送上碗和湯舀,攪拌之下便看到海鮮和飯.海鮮有蝦,青口和魚塊等.飯粒與濃湯混和,是西式泡飯.中間夾著點茄粒和洋蔥,香香的帶胡椒辛味,要是茄味再濃定更佳.不過還是比自己最愛的下環船屋出品略遜數籌.

侍者都是外籍人士或東南亞人士,全都很樂意幫忙,感覺親切.很好坐的一間餐廳,環境令人猶如置身歐洲小屋內,心情放鬆的享受葡國菜.可惜食物未見精彩,未能吸引人再臨.
