上次來訪撞正装修！今次再來，價錢已經上漲了，只怪自己遅了一步！算了吧！心思思想試試，貴就貴吧！1:30到步，不需等位，環境怡人，安排坐窗位，在中環工作，實在很需要這種1個小時個人清靜地。一坐下來，已經有3個侍應分時斷密集地詢閊我飲什麼，（由於我未決定到，所以未order,他們就不斷地問）殷勤的表現。食物不多但足夠，沙律3-4款/咖哩雞，魚，素. 飯兩款，甜品兩款，水果兩款。廚師不時留意食物的份量，及翻弄食物，免在熱鍋中煮成糊，細心的表現。每客人都有一份薯仔班㦸，它的醬是辣椰子味，很特別。Naan bread亦是按枱提供。整體而言，食物質素，環境及服務都與價錢成正比。好一個1小時印度知味遊。

Onion naan$28🍕有4塊，比平時食開既薄，但入面包左好多洋蔥！第一啖咬落去真係「嘩～」好香濃好正！#必叫dal makhani $85睇個名唔知係咩😂其實係用黑扁豆同紅腰豆加cream/yogurt/🍼煮，以前要用24小時去煮架！講返個送，少少辣，但好香奶味，豆唔會煮到爛哂，變左粉粉地咁，仲係一粒粒，點住naan食好正🤤🐥murk makhani$128咖哩雞 加左牛油，好香滑，唔辣，雞件好多，不過有少少鞋一到步店員就送上左2杯綠色野，以前係薄荷汁果d，原來係咖哩湯！粟米湯咁既質地，仲有少少薯仔粒咬下成餐飯都好滿意好好食！但野飲就差少少左邊係原味lassi $45乳酪係酸我都知！但呢杯真係太酸！右邊係thandai $45係由杏仁、小荳蒄加奶搞拌成既汁，最初飲覺得甜甜地，吞左之後先開始辣辣地涼涼地！感好神奇

My family and I reserved our table just a few days before Mother's Day. My mother's particular about where we eat, especially if it's with a cuisine that we are not so familiar with. We didn't know what to expect from Jashan's food and service, however the decor pictures and the reasonable price on the 'brunch buffet' was enough for us to give it a try.We were very pleased with everything about this place. I reserved table and when I showed up, I was given a table right away. There were a couple of hiccups during the meal (it took a bit of time for the operator to give us a table; mango lassi came instead of sweet lassi), but the manager more than made up for it (by providing us with a free appetiser and sweet lassi).  The manager also gave us helpful recommendations on what to order, avoiding a dish that would potentially  be too spicy for our appetite. 12月9日夜晚，同朋友行完聖誕市集搭車出中環，係完全冇idea之下行左過來soho區附近。台灣野食左幾次唔想再食。抬頭望見有間印度餐廳，心想：食吓印尼薄餅都唔錯吖！想了一會，看了樓下的餐牌，價錢一點也唔貴。於是搭𨋢上樓上。對於一個平日只係識得去印度餐廳叫咖哩同薄餅的我，完全不知道這是什麼東東，我試左水果，幾甜，應該有浸糖水；朋友試個杯飲品，感覺似䁔的碗仔翅（湯）。聽人講如果咖哩太辣可以飲芒果乳酪飲品來解一解，所以決定一試！朋友果杯係原味，佢話想知道原味會係點樣嘅小食，我唔記得個全名，總之記得叫個Cotton Cheese 加雞肉的串燒，食落口感好得意，個芝士食落有小小似一粒粒果種棉花糖。雞肉都燒得幾香口，唔錯唔錯！主角到......我記得...應該係咖哩雞肉。以我當晚的狀態，有少少飽，覺得都幾正同辣辣地啦！我最鍾意就係食印度薄餅，以前去過一間餐廳係有唔同做法的，例如：比較脆身又或者比較有口感之類。今次尼間就得一種口感，口味就有得揀不同的。老闆推介左洋蔥同蒜頭味比我們。由於果日真係太飽，咖哩同薄餅都食唔晒！下次真係要留肚食先得！小插曲：我同朋友上到去起初冇idea食咩好，但老闆超好人，好

My gf and I went to Jashan a couple months ago for dinner. We ordered a few dishes, one of which was an eggplant curry. I don’t recall any of the food being particularly great but it wasn’t bad at all. Midway through our meal, my gf noticed something in the eggplant curry. The place is nice and cozy. Very relaxed environment and quite a balanced selection in the buffet. I took 2 non Indians and the spices were perfect for them. I being an Indian also loved it. The salads, snacks and main course was perfect. Only the dessert could be better.

The 2 of us haven't been here for a few years due to so many other options in town. As I had a sudden craving for spicy food so curry it is! Southern lamb curry was very good favor, lamb was tender, both taste went well and was good to eat with naan. Mango lassie was okay in terms of texture and taste. I would expect to have a thicker yoghurt and more mango favor. Shrimps were fresh but the curry we picked was mild, which ended up feeling a bit blended favor. I have eaten here MANY times but every time was for lunch buffet.  The only Indian restaurant that I know that has buffet every day.  They change the items often.  But every time it is delicious!Indian is my favorite food in the world, unfortunately there are no buffets in Shenzhen for Indian so whenever I come to HK I always eat here at least once.  Service is wonderful, they always let me sit so I can recharge my iPad.  Always making sure my ice water is filled.  Hope they stay in business for

The entrance of Jashan surprised me because the inside looks nothing like the outside. It had very cosy and intimate lighting, and it looked very fancy and inviting. 平日食飯多食日韓或西餐為主, 友人想食下其他菜, 所以便選了位於中環的Jashan Indian Cuisine食印度嘢. 店內燈光昏暗, 幾有情調. 而且擺放了一些得獎的獎座和獎狀. 坐下後, 店員先奉上welcome soup and food. 湯是帶有咖喱味, 少許辣, 而小食似薯餅. 來食印度嘢, 我必飲Mango Lassi. 飲的時候充滿芒果的味道, 夠清甜, 好好飲. 小食點了 Kadak Jhinga. 這是蝦來, 一共有兩款口味, 一款是唔辣. 一款是辣, 可以試晒兩款口味. 蝦的外層和平日食的有點不同, 外層不是脆身, 蝦幾大隻, 而且蝦肉夠爽口彈牙. 由於我唔太食得辣, 我自己鍾意食唔辣那一款多一點. NAAN也是必點, 有多款口味選擇, 最後, 我地選了芝士味. 一客有三塊. 入口時有淡淡的芝士香味, 而質感帶少許煙煙韌韌, 這是我喜愛的口感. 食NAAN除了單食外, 也可以配醬汁一齊食, 所以我地點了一客Butter Chicken. 上枱時已香味撲鼻. 我第一時間先食雞肉. 雞肉肉質尚算嫩滑, 最鍾意佢是啖啖肉.

去完離島在中環吃晚飯。星期六的中環，跟平日相比，少了一份怱忙，多點閒情逸致去欣賞四周的人和事。每次搭半山扶手電梯，都一直向上走。停下腳步，兩邊的街景、招牌，綠色的鐵皮大排檔，映入眼簾。就在扶手電梯旁的金珀苑位置方便，上一層來到Jashan Indian Cuisine。燈光昏暗，但時間尚早，日光從窗外透進來，讓我們在天黑之前好好欣賞充滿印度色彩又帶點時尚的裝潢。坐在窗邊，舒服地挨著咕臣，望向荷李活道，寫意無比。慢慢揭餐牌，除了各式小食，主菜分成雞肉，羊肉，海鮮和素菜幾個分類。印度菜做到法國菜般，先送來amuse bouche。一口炸物，一小杯暖熱的菠菜湯。外層少少韌，不脆，包著以香料調了味的薯蓉，沾了羅望子醬和薄荷醬，味道不錯。Salty Lassi最近喝了幾次都未如人意，不是太稀，就是太淡。終於找到滿意的濃稠度，不會太酸，都幾鹹，但跟酸度平衡得不錯，還有明顥而不過濃的香料味。表面有層泡泡。要解渴的話，男友的青檸梳打是較佳的選擇，但Salty lassi始終是最喜愛的印度菜飲品。Papad - Plain就如吃意大利菜有麵包籃一樣，吃印度菜總得有Papadum，只可惜這裡並不是免費供應

夜晚要去中環睇話劇，所以就去附近揾好嘢食。見到間印度餐廳，諗起好耐冇食，就決定一試!老板好好人，首先介紹咗D頭盤比我地食，當中嘅番茄湯真係值得一提⋯佢係裝喺一個細杯到，一兩口飲完，但個味道濃郁，停留喺嗰口到幾分鐘！另外有朋友第一次試印度脆薄餅，甜甜地嘅醬加薄何味醬配呢個餅，覺得好新鮮！老細再介紹我地嗌嘅一道菜叫 spinach with cottage cheese。首先講個口感，D菠菜好軟綿綿，加埋D芝士感覺一流。D菜係辣辣地，食完一啖之後再飲老細介紹嘅mango lassi可以中和番。本來以為係一般嘅羊架/扒上碟 點知拮落去質感好似薯蓉 (應該係壓碎咗嘅羊肉)，然後食落去口感似食鵝肝咁 兼且係入口即溶 再配埋係面頭嘅mint sauce真係超正！佢另外有塊洋蔥係一齊食嘅，(個人口味) 三樣野夾埋個味道+口感都好豐富！本身班朋友諗住唔叫呢個餸菜，因為驚有酥味，最後好彩都有叫到！結果完全食唔到酥味！我地都係第一次食咁樣煮嘅羊肉餸菜咋！然後我們點了兩款Naan，即是非常傳統的印度薄餅，一份有四大件。這裏的薄餅是著名的廚師手製的.。無論是原味或是蒜蓉味，口感都十分煙韌，而且味道香濃，最適合
