餐廳位於landmark商場入面 上頂樓4樓 成個餐廳design都係黑色同紅色既combination 坐低就有3個lunch set 選擇 今次揀左$890既menu 包括appetiser, soup, 2 main courses, dessert / cheese, coffee or tea其中signature caviar 緊係好正啦 底層crab meat 跟住係jelly 上面鋪滿caviar 必試lobster spaghetti 好濃味 個汁係用好多lobster去煮成 意粉當然彈牙 必試black cod好甜 個汁都好甜同特別 必試鴨胸 唔係幾好彩我個塊有筋 好難切 還好dessert係chocolate + peanut butter 如果鍾意呢兩款 都一定要食喇

龍蝦一節用煙肉圍繞來香煎,Sake龍蝦湯,很特別,Wasabi 醬,佐青豆,龍蝦肉好嫩,但用煙肉包裹,口感有點古怪,亦欠龍蝦的原味。

芝士車 -- 芝士也是我的心愛

的確有點驚訝烹調質素如此下降,但另一方面高興他們其實有變革,用的食材和菜式都跟以前純法式都大不同,是一個進步的好方向,而且縱使有“失蹄”位,他們跟客人的溝通能力服務誠意就是這類餐廳的吸引力。

極度痴線🤯第一次見餐前麵包有咁多。
軟包、法包、牛角包、sourdough一應俱全,仲有好多唔同嘅味道,包括菠菜、栗子、芝士、芥末餐肉、乾蕃茄等等。
唔可以話每一款麵包都咁出色,但絕對全部都水準之上,對於我呢啲麵包控來講絕對係天堂!
基本上冇人會食得晒啲麵包,所以侍應都會主動提出幫你打包,可以攞返屋企繼續慢慢嘆👍🏻。

廚師用上細膩嘅技術,將日本雞蛋中空,然後擺入蟹肉、提煉多次嘅蛋黃醬、喼汁。
表面再加上鮮味極重嘅魚子,同埋少許Cherry酒。
底下仲有個香脆嘅餅底。
成件事真係勁精美,層次極度豐富,又好好食,畢生難忘🥰。

呢道black cod味道十分有驚喜🤩!
用清酒同味淋醃製,配上椰子泡泡、印度香料汁,仲有少少食用花香,從來冇諗過喺法國餐廳會食到呢種味道,直到富有異國風情(特別啱我呢啲鍾意異國菜嘅人!)
更不用說佢哋嘅烤black cod火候同樣控制得好好,出色!

超級好食嘅和牛😭經常喺唔同餐廳食牛扒,慢慢已經開始厭倦,但呢間真係比到驚喜我!
係我食過表皮煎得最香脆嘅牛扒,同時間保留到內裏入口即溶。
另外配上佢哋世界級好食嘅薯蓉,牛油香到、creamy到不得了,淨係為咗食呢個薯蓉都值!

都喺唔少大大小小嘅法國餐廳食過鵪鶉,呢間真係令我最印象深刻,係我食過最滑最滑!
鵪鶉脾內仲要釀住油脂十足嘅鴨肝,邪惡但非常出色😋!
隔離亦有一小pat濃郁嘅薯蓉,不過當然唔夠牛扒嗰一大兜咁滋味。

Back to this 3 🌟🌟🌟 Michelin French cuisine located in Landmark Central. It’s one of my favourite restaurant in HK, and of cause it’s good as always. I came here for Sunday lunch, picked to sit at the bar table this time ( and noticed that the lunch set menu is $40 cheaper than table seats 😂). Made this reservation 3 months ago 🙈 I guess dinner/ weekday lunch would be easier to get a table... We took 3 lunch set ( the $590 one including appetizer, main and dessert) and ordered the burger & Lango

米芝蓮三星法國菜第一次來吃晚餐,試了signature set 無論食材、烹調方法、味道和食物精緻度也很好,非常滿意的一餐。頭盤是imperial caviar 滿滿的一份caviar ,下面放了高湯啫喱和蟹肉,味道鮮甜美味。Pan-seared scallop with green curry and coriander sauce , squid ink farfalle 日本帶子鮮甜無比。外面和裏面也煎得剛剛好,不會過熟。Hokkaido sea urchin fregola with saffron 海膽fregola (珍珠麵)有濃濃的海膽味,加上黑松露,味道更有層次。Grilled lobster served with green peas and wasabi 龍蝦肉外面卷著煙肉。龍蝦肉肉非常厚,味道很鮮甜。煙肉有一點油膩,wasabi 剛好可以減淡油膩感。Pan seared Japanese wagyu beef with eggplant and turmeric condiment 和牛油脂分布平均,入口即化。唯一是我點了medium rare ,有一點過於油膩

龍蝦肉外面卷著煙肉。
龍蝦肉肉非常厚,味道很鮮甜。煙肉有一點油膩,wasabi 剛好可以減淡油膩感。

Pan seared Japanese wagyu beef with eggplant and turmeric condiment
和牛油脂分布平均,入口即化。
唯一是我點了medium rare ,有一點過於油膩,和牛還是煎熟一點油膩感才不會太重。

Robuchon has been awarded with Michelin 3-star for years. The place is often fully booked. An advance booking for at least 2 weeks is expected. We managed to book the dinner not long after the re-opening of dinner dine-in.We were seated in the bar area facing the open kitchen. Surprising starter not on the menu, to be honest I cannot tell exactly what the ingredients are but it’s definitely appetising to get you ready for one of the best menu served in town.

Coffee or tea is served at the end with confectionery. Overall quite impressive, the unique dining experience certainly does not come cheap but definitely worth a try.

For less budget, lunch would be a pretty good deal to get a taste of it.

✨Le Caviar Imperial (+$280)
呢個魚子醬盒係餐廳嘅signature, 即使加$280都要試下😋魚子醬盒成個presentation 就好似一牌獎狀咁,將盒子鑲咗係獎狀中間, 約手心般大小;魚子醬盒由上至下分別係魚子醬、龍蝦啫喱同阿拉斯加蟹肉三個layers, 由面潷至底咁食,三種唔同嘅鮮味係口腔爆開,味道相當有層次感。Balance方面,個人覺得魚子醬嘅咸香略為有少少搶左另外兩個layers嘅鮮味,由於我對呢道菜嘅期望值太高,呢點令我稍為有啲失望。

✨L'hamachi
呢款油甘魚牛油果他他係侍應向我地推薦嘅,同樣係presentation 已經非常吸引 —— 長條形嘅他他上面加咗紅菜頭同橄欖,旁邊有唔同顏色嘅醬汁作點綴,成個感覺非常清新。調味方面亦做得唔錯,油甘魚微微帶酸,味道開胃。

✨Les Spaghettis (+$150)
龍蝦意粉同樣係餐廳嘅signature, 都係要top up再加錢。係遠處已經聞到意粉嘅龍蝦香,令人食指大動😋意粉上鋪滿左龍蝦肉,金黃色嘅醬汁發至起泡,望落非常吸引。麵條方面用左較為幼身嘅spaghetti, 可能因為咁食落掛汁度唔算高,味道略為淡左啲。對比去意粉,佢嘅龍蝦肉真係整得非常出色,食落非常鮮嫩,火喉控制得岩岩好。

非常令人驚喜嘅黑毛豬❤️第一次知道原來黑毛豬都可以medium rare咁食,食落口感似食緊非常高級嘅牛扒,口感嫩滑juicy 😋餐廳特製嘅薯蓉亦非常出色,食落超級creamy, 牛油香突出,大力推薦!

It’s not only good looking but also tastes superb! There’re layers of caviar, lobster jelly, and king crab meat. Such a generous amount of caviar🥰 The lobster jelly was so sweet that balanced out the saltiness of caviar.

I always like to end my meal with something sour and sweet! I def made the right choice to order this strawberry and yuzu mousse. The layers of mousse and cake were light and fruity. Love the almond biscuit beneath!

We sat at the bar counter as I like to watch the chefs prepare. It was quite spacious actually. They made sure each group had their own area. 


As expected, we were greeted with the lovely, generous bread basket 🥐, which is always one of my favorite things for fine-dining! 
 


We ordered 2 refreshing cocktails 🍸 while sampling the different types of bread 



Started off with Amuse Bouche, it was a smooth velvety egg custard with bursting ikura in the mouth.

For appetizers, I added a supplement of HK$280 for their signature Le Caviar Imperial which incorporated 3 layers: Caviar, Sea urchin Jelly and King Crabmeat. 
 It was one of the best things I've eaten! Very flavorful yet light , you could taste the combination of freshness at every bite
. I could easily have eaten another tin! Highly recommend to add-on!

My partner had the Pork Trotters 🐖 on toasted parmesan gratin with salad which was OK but a little bit hard to eat as the baguette on the bottom is quite hard. This course was on the oily and salty side.

Followed by a hot soup of Spiced Carrot Veloute with onion royale and chorizo, it was delicious! We licked the plate

For main course, I had the signature Maine Lobster Spaghetti 🦞🍝with coral emulsion with a supplement of HK$ 150. Omg it was amazing!! 
 Lobster meat was big and juicy...and that sauce was absolutely delectable!
I could finish another plate by myself!

My partner had 2 main courses which were the Black Cod with miso sauce 🐟 and Pan seared Beef with onions 🥩. Both dishes were stunning as well!

For desserts, we chose the Creamy Hazelnut Chocolate  cake 🌰 with vanilla ice cream and Strawberry 🍓and Yuzu Mousse with almond biscuit and crispy meringue. They tasted OK but unremarkable. Super full already by now, we were also offered coffee☕ and tea with the lunch set along with confectioneries to complete our wonderful meal.


Lunch for 2 people (with supplements and 2 cocktails) was : HK$2,540


What an amazing lunch deal, especially for a 3 star ⭐⭐⭐Michelin! Superb food at a bargain. Highly recommend it!

鵪鶉髀果part食落好淋身、好滑😆,外皮煎到少少焦香、脆口🔥,另一part鵪鶉入面釀咗一d鵝肝入去,食起上嚟好特別,味道複雜得嚟幾夾😛😋
呢度嘅薯蓉係好出名🥔,薯蓉食落好creamy、好滑身、好綿,入口即溶同有好香嘅薯仔味,係香港食過最好食嘅薯蓉😎
