To me, this place serves one of the best sushi omakase in hong kong, I really like the quality and how each dish is presented. The chef first asked what ingredient we liked the best and after replying UNI we noticed a few more dishes with Uni involved Started off with it:fish with its liverrawn with pretty flowers:This dish is even prettier:It gets better with this, the fried mini crab is also edible, but it was a tad to sharp for my liking we loveeee sea urchin
