諗住入去食碗好正的拉麵, 叫咗個廣島墨魚拉麵套餐, 原來仲有得在麵質同湯底方面選擇, 噤應該冇問題啦! 點知, 職員奉上看到個湯根本唔係豬骨湯底的顏色仲聞到有d肉腥味.跟著食啖拉麵....嘩! 好鬼硬呀! 我選擇適中的程度都咁硬ge? d墨魚都係一般lo, 得d甜味唔係好濃lo!我發誓下次甚至以後都唔去呢間食喇!

是日為day off, 在附近陪frd 剪髮後近近地我 suggested 去這裡吃late lunch, 三時多, 有tea set, 好喎!! 原來這裡有tea set的。來這裡我一向也是吃豬軟骨拉麵, 這次也不例外, tea set 包普通飲品 (我飲可樂) + 甜品 (一粒雪糕糯米"池"), tea 的豬軟骨拉麵明顯地豬軟骨少了.... 不過 $37 都好抵啦朋友也說拉麵好吃, 她的是牛肉拉麵 冷氣超凍, 但可叫佢adjust

星期六熱熱地,原本打算食壽司,但經過此店突然又想食拉麵,於是轉軚,其實之前已試過呢間店,都覺得幾好食的,最鍾意佢有得揀麵,有幼麵、粗麵同芝麻麵,仲可以揀埋味濃定味淡、油量同配菜 (可以一次要2或3份溏心蛋)。我哋兩個人叫左2碗麵同2個小食,友人揀「豚肉軟骨幼麵」,而我就揀左「吉列豬扒粗麵」,2個小食 - 「燒鯖魚」、「七味豬頸肉」。我都有試豚肉軟骨,好入味,D軟骨都好淋好容易入口,配埋D湯真是一流,至於幼麵,朋友話都幾爽口幾好啦, 但我覺得粗麵較為有口感,而吉列豬扒就比我想像中好,外層炸得鬆脆,但仍保留不少肉汁,點埋個豬扒汁 (有少許梅子酸味) 仲好味,好過配沙律醬;不過我哋最鍾意的是豬骨湯底,很鮮味同飲得出豬骨的味道,飲完都唔覺得口渴。本人一向都不好豬頸肉,所以冇吃,但朋友話幾好食,幾爽口,至於燒鯖魚外表一般,但就好香口,醬汁好開胃,即得推介。食物方面就很滿意,但店內以黑紅色為主,環境較暗,枱面較細,差點兒放不下所有食物,舒服程度一般。

Food: Had a lot of variety in terms of what to pair your ramen with: char siu; soft pork bone, chicken wings, tempura shrimp, fried chicken, fried pork cutlet....etc. There was also option to select thickness of noodle, toppings and soup base. But since I struggle with Chinese....I just let them make me the default for everything.

Ramen with soft pork bone came piping hot, however the half sliced egg came fully cooked (I think its supposed to be half cooked yolk...). The soup base was okay in terms of flavor but I will give kudos to their ramen noodles - which I liked bc they were very silky in texture. In terms of toppings, came with corn and bean sprouts and lots of scallions and the half egg. The pork portion was huge - overwhelmed the entire bowl of noodles and not good at all. I'd rather eat Tsui Wah's soft pork bone.... Even though I was hungry, i could only finish half the bowl because for some reason the flavor wasn't enticing enough - I got sick of the flavor and just stopped eating, so that's a minus.

Ramen with duck slices was better, duck slices actually held its flavor on its own. Much preferred over the huge portion of pork.

Gyoza was nothing special, reminded me of the pre-made ones you buy from the supermarket and make them at home. A good thing was that they didn't come dripping in oil - but were easy to eat in that sense. Also fried nicely on the bottom.

Sizing it up: The overall space is kinda cramped - just a eat and go setting. Also bit dark in terms of decor (black/red) and gloomy. Price is okay, around $50-$65 for a bowl of ramen. But in terms of quality and authenticity, there's a long way to go if it wants to compare to a decent bowl of ramen in Japan. Would not come again.

Many fellow tasters on this forum have told their stories about this noodle shop. True to my scientific spirit (an excuse), I went to eat the noodle and judge the verdict for myself.

Kyushu ramen is an epitome of Japanese noodle and has a proud reputation of being a distinct, distinctive stream of Japanese ramen. Ramen master chefs would find Kouryu ramen here a bit of a disappointment: the soup base is nothing close to a soup that warrants a Kyushu brand. Then the soup, surprising, was lukewarm only. As a noodle fanatic I was not quite satisfied.

But Kouryu Ramen is not trashy HK-style Japanese Ramen. The shop still tries to make an effort to imitate your beloved noodle shop experience in Japan: you can choose the thickness of noodle, soup base, etc. But after this happy prelude, what comes out from the kitchen is, pardon me to say, just another bowl of noodle in a bland soup base.

Good for anyone to try, but the shop may be hard to find a bunch of fans and returning customers. It does not have the magnetizing power of a traditional Kyushu Ramen shop.

I usually come here for some quick eats before heading home. Pick style of noodle, sauce, condiments, etc.I would not say this is very authentic japanese noodles. The soup should be steaming hot when it gets to your table but not at this place. The deep fried stuff is overly greasy, Japanese deep fried is never too greasy. Looks like they don't change oil too often either.Tried the chicken wings once, and will never order again. Fried dumplings were overly greasy too.But it is cheap and alwa

But it is cheap and always no waiting.

Ambiance is OK and service is quick. I will go back because it is quick and convenient but in terms of taste, not too good.

Would love to find other restaurants in CWB that is cheap, not a dai pai dong, and decent food.

I was in Japan for 8 yrs...Kouryu ramen is quite famous and tasty there....so i went to causeway bay kouryu ramen.......!!!!! it was HK ramen which different from japanese ramen....maybe coz of materials such as onion, noodles, meat etc..noodle= not japanese type( kyuushuu tonkotsu ramen should use thin and hard noodle)soup= not hot enough, lower than 70 degree..( but taste like japan kouryuu ramen soup)dried seaweed and onion= not japanese type ( Japanese Ramen should use japanese onion which

食物唔掂, 環境就都係咁, 冷氣大到呢
店員們有點失暈, 不過態度 ok 的, 算吧.

埋單每人約 $80, 估唔到呢度由「quasi-麵中龍」變成今日的「蟲」, 後會無期!

很多人說康龍不好吃~說實在的其實只有他們家的燒汁煮豚肉/炸豬排拉麵是穩陣派系~每次都滿好吃的~當然也試過menu上其他的, 但感覺就有點像味千那種劣食了...燒汁煮豚肉麵有3大片五花豬腩, 鹵得入味, 而且非常軟綿, 用筷子可輕易夾斷~入口即溶還有淡淡醬油香, 實在值回票價!而吉列豬亦鬆化, 炸粉超薄又不用老油炸, 故不膩而肉嫩. 必須趁熱吃喲!!來了有2/30次了, 服務非常一般, 但食物是很不錯的啦~

燒汁煮豚肉麵有3大片五花豬腩, 鹵得入味, 而且非常軟綿, 用筷子可輕易夾斷~入口即溶還有淡淡醬油香, 實在值回票價!

而吉列豬亦鬆化, 炸粉超薄又不用老油炸, 故不膩而肉嫩. 必須趁熱吃喲!!

來了有2/30次了, 服務非常一般, 但食物是很不錯的啦~

與男友在太古睇完戲,成10點,太古都無咩野食,唯有出番銅鑼灣食,search到這間開到12點,便快步趕去,去到10點9,原來佢11點半關門,幸好走快幾步。兩口子原來想點飯,但太晚了賣晒,唯有點麵啦康竜長腳蟹拉麵($62): 可自選麵底,三款配料,多過三款要+$3。仲可以自己選擇湯底濃度同油份量。我地揀了芝麻粗麵,粟米,糖心蛋半隻,紫菜,要適中湯濃度同少油。四條長腳蟹,好鞋口,有點雪藏味。湯底都好飲,真係好少油。康竜雜錦冷麵($56): 配料有甜蛋條,粟米,糖心蛋半隻,青瓜蘿蔔絲,蟹柳,兩隻蝦。汁係酸酸甜甜,幾開胃,但得好少汁。粗麵底,不夠鬆散,好似頭髮打結,分不開,好難撈混,又不夠汁,搞到好似撈唔混。脆香雞件($28): 要趁熱食,雖然賣相不太好,但好好味,外脆內軟。能鎖住肉汁,好juicy,好香,雞肉又滑。推介食物。蜜桃乳酪沙冰($18): 超凍,幾好飲,不過有些碎冰粒,不算幼細。雖然我地咁遲來阻住佢地收工,不過臨走前佢地都好有禮貌同我地講bye bye~
