We, 5 people, were having wine lunch last Saturday. It is our first time to try this restaurant. It’s amazing! Bistro du vin is classy and stylish bistro, lovely floor and full of paintings and photos hanging on the wall, feeling warm and friendly mood. The foods are delicious, we ordered duck Rillette w/ toast; clams shellfish broth with white wine; Kadaif snapper; poached chicken with sauce Vin juane. Delicious with lovely portguese Vinho verde and canton red wine. Thanks for bringing our own

之前限聚令放寛咗好難訂到位,終於都要一星期前訂位先訂到。去年已食過兩次 覺得食物既水準都係贊👍🏼 所以星期六晚再去食。唔知係咪疫情關係 有啲菜式喺餐牌上消失咗,例如海鮮湯就無咗🙁 希望遲吓佢哋會有番。一如以往 Starters我哋都係order Clams, Bovine bone marrow, 今次再加個牛脷。雖然呢幾個starter 無影相,但都要提一下就係個Marrow 改咗recipe, 用咗onion cream sauce 唔太好食 因為個sauce 搶咗牛骨髓個味,嘥咗😔 不過我哋食咗一啖之後 撥開啲洋蔥唔一齊食就好小小。另外牛脷好腍身 但香草味太重 食落有啲膩😶但整體都係好食嘅。最最想講就係個Main course 600g 澳洲和牛,好食到想飛起,我哋叫咗medium 而廚師煮得剛好 無over cook 又係要勁贊👍🏼 和牛好平衡既牛肉同脂肪既味道,入口軟滑有肉汁 好食過好多日本餐既燒和牛🤪;仲有佢跟嗰個汁 簡直係畫龍點睛,好香牛肉汁既味道,本身個牛已好夠咸味 再點埋個汁直頭食唔停口😋我哋兩個人share 都剛好,唔會太多或唔夠食。大家如果去食飯 一定要點呢個和牛

最最想講就係個Main course 600g 澳洲和牛,好食到想飛起,我哋叫咗medium 而廚師煮得剛好 無over cook 又係要勁贊👍🏼 和牛好平衡既牛肉同脂肪既味道,入口軟滑有肉汁 好食過好多日本餐既燒和牛🤪;仲有佢跟嗰個汁 簡直係畫龍點睛,好香牛肉汁既味道,本身個牛已好夠咸味 再點埋個汁直頭食唔停口😋
我哋兩個人share 都剛好,唔會太多或唔夠食。大家如果去食飯 一定要點呢個和牛試吓😃

今年慶生,不能超過四人用餐,所以特別選了一間在堅尼地城的法式小店,是朋友介紹的果然食物不錯,還可以自攜酒水,至於開瓶費,訂位時只説多付一點小費,就可免收,在當天結賬時,則沒有再次強調,令人沒有壓迫感👍點了帶子,牛扒,白酒煮蜆,龍蝦意粉及烤全雞白酒蜆有點瘦,帶子煎得剛剛好,牛扒較想像中林反而龍蝦意粉有驚喜,味道濃郁蝦肉彈牙烤全雞有些部位太熟,有然鞋,而雞下面鋪滿海南雞飯的飯,非常特別,又沒有不協調,後來大廚閒談,知道他從星加坡來的,所以在烤雞上加上海南雞飯,有fusion感覺但最失望的地方是甜品方面,一來選擇少,二束花做得不精美,跟法國菜主重甜品作ending的安排有點距離😔

白酒蜆有點瘦,帶子煎得剛剛好,牛扒較想像中林
反而龍蝦意粉有驚喜,味道濃郁蝦肉彈牙
烤全雞有些部位太熟,有然鞋,而雞下面鋪滿海南雞飯的飯,非常特別,又沒有不協調,後來大廚閒談,知道他從星加坡來的,所以在烤雞上加上海南雞飯,有fusion感覺
但最失望的地方是甜品方面,一來選擇少,二束花做得不精美,跟法國菜主重甜品作ending的安排有點距離😔

約到多年冇見嘅中學同學聚會,一大班人柴娃娃嘅日子真係好懷念,今次嚟咗呢間餐廳食西餐,以後如果我哋再聚,有多一個好去處啦。先講呢度嘅食物,我哋真係叫咗太多嘢食,最令我難忘嘅係個帶子同牛扒,份量十足,又好味,另外個蜆亦好值得推介,味道香濃有鮮味。我哋已經約好下次聚會再嚟呢間餐廳,餐牌入邊仲有好多樣嘢嘗試。

Good authentic French cusine and great value for weekday lunch. A recurring go to place whenever I visit K Town. This time I had the clam starter, which was delicious, the seabass main, which was very good (but subtle flavor so wouldn't be to everyone's liking) and the delicious chocolate fondant. Have also tried the wagyu steak, which was near perfect.

Beef Bavette其實等於平時嘅flank steak,即係牛側腹肉🥩肉質比較硬身,不過一啲都唔難咬,只係較有嚼勁👌🏻重點係佢勝在牛味非常濃郁,同炭燒味真係好夾👍🏻Rangers Valley出品嘅肉果然有返咁上下保證

香港很多很多fine dining 或港式fusion 的法國菜,但真的是有法國品味的,我真的只想到一間。早前我到附近吃午餐的時候,見到了這一間餐廳,其實已經bookmarked 了很久,終於今次的起心肝過來試一試他。這裏的菜單很多選擇,就算是週末也有午餐套餐,有兩個或三個courses的選擇。頭盤我們點了cod brandade和duck rillette。魚醬非常之creamy ,暖暖的,好吃!鴨就麻麻哋。主菜我們點了龍蝦意粉和豬扒,龍蝦意粉的汁非常之龍,意粉質地al dente, 我很喜歡。豬扒煮得剛剛好,不會太熟,還有點軟軟的,中間還有一點小粉紅,不錯。整餐最精彩的是甜品,是新鮮焗起的madeleines 配朱古力醬, 外皮少少脆,整個都是熱的,裏面是十分之鬆軟,很好吃。唯一美中不足的是午餐,沒有包飲品,要自己在散叫。

我好小寫食評,但對於食物都有小小要求既我黎講,真心要比讚!星期三晚同男朋友慶祝,book了19:00,當時只有一枱在用餐,到20:00左右就開始滿座。環境氣氛舒適,樓底很高,一坐低就問要咩水,同埋上左幾片包,包就無乜特別,侍應態度有禮,每食一道菜就換一次碟,同埋加水都加得密,本身想食豬肉+蘋果個個菜,但已經無左,唯有轉另一款豬,都好味。仲有係埋單時會問我地有無咩comment, 食物滿唔滿意,著重客人意見,用心服務,重點係食物味道及用料有水準,會再幫襯!值得推介!

It feels like this little french bistro had been around K town for years. When a restaurant is still standing in a city like HK for awhile, there is always a reason. This charcuterie board included duck rillettes, pork pate and ham ! A wide variety of cold cuts, which is good for sharing. I recommend to eat the duck rillettes with bread as it is a bit salty. The pork pate and ham was pretty average.The bone marrow can be more flavorful, didn’t really feel that heavy beef flavor. Lobster linguine

Lobster linguine blown me out of surprise. It smell super delicious ! The texture of the linguine was perfectly cooked and the sauce felt like pure lobster and garlic, was not too heavy and creamy ! I think I can have another plate of this.

Roasted whole chicken will need to wait for 1 hour for them to cook, so if you have decide to order this maybe you should do it when u get there ! The meat was tender and juicy and flavor of the chicken itself was strong. The herbs and marinate didn’t cover that natural chicken flavor !!! This is definitely good for sharing !

Freshly baked Madeleines with chocolate mousse maybe one of the reasons I have been coming back to this restaurant! It has a soft and warm interior and a slight crunch outside ! The sweet madeleines served with a chocolate mousse that is slightly bitter had made it a great balance !

Grand mariner souffle, i would say I personally don’t really like that orange liqueur and I can feel that heavy alcohol taste in it ! But I guess those who loves alcohol thought it was perfectly fine !

周日的晚上,風雨飄搖,選了較為平靜的小店,店的裝飾不錯,樓底高,氣氛舒閒。店員禮貌,也建議了店的signature dishes。四人點了三個前菜,三個主菜,喝了三瓶紅白酒,份量不少,甜品也吃不下了。味道很不錯,尤其喜歡那煙乳鴿沙律。價錢不便宜,但味道對得起😀

We had a clams mariniere and an onion soup to start. The clam were very fresh and went very well with the white wine sauce. We had a clams mariniere and an onion soup to start. The clam were very fresh and went very well with the white wine sauce. This dish definitely outperformed a Chinese version alternative-豉椒炒蜆 which the sauce often takes over the raw fresh taste of the ingredients. But this one is able to retain the inherent taste of the clams and the sauce just elevated the raw freshness instead of dominating it.

The soup is very sweet, excellent!

The beef was very juicy and rich in flavours. I really liked the sweet plumy-wine sauce on the side. Very refreshing.

The lobster pasta was another must-try. They were quite generous with the portion considering its price. The lobster was fresh, sweet and succulent. But it was the sauce that wowed me the most. The sauce was hinted with a bit herbal aroma which accentuated the lobster’s taste and toned down the fishy smell a little bit. Excellent!

Great meal & full of surprises. Good environment & warm service. All dishes was well cooked & presented; however, we missed the most signature dish (rosated chicken) as we didn't reserve in advanced. Definitely will be backHighly recommended.
