I’ve been craving sea snails in coconut sauce since my last Vietnam trip. So glad I finally found a restaurant in HK that serves the dish. The sea snails here are larger and more meaty than the ones I’ve had in Vietnam but the sauce tasted just as delicious and authentic. The pho bo and fish cake and crab meat vermicelli were both really great. The broth of the pho is a little different from the other pho restaurant’s, not as sweet but the beef flavour is much richer. 上次去越南食過當地用椰汁煮花螺,就一直念念不忘。過咗咁耐終於比我喺香港搵到呢道餸。呢間餐廳嘅海螺俾我喺越南食到嘅大粒同埋多肉,個汁就同我喺越南食到一樣咁重椰子同香茅味,真係好正。我哋另外叫咗河內牛肉湯河同埋海防鮮蟹肉湯檬,兩樣都幾好味。特別個牛河個湯幾特別,冇其他越式牛肉河嘅湯底咁甜但係牛肉牛骨味好重。除咗我哋叫嘅幾樣食物,呢間餐廳仲有好多幾地道嘅越南菜,係好多外面嘅餐廳都食唔到,值得嚟試吓。
