Came here twice, impressed twice.Both times I went for the Oyster happy hour, which the type of oyster differs every time, first time was really fresh and sweet; second time was stronger in flavor and more sea water taste, both times they were extremely fresh, for 10 bucks each there's not much one can complain about. Both times I went for the Oyster happy hour, which the type of oyster differs every time, first time was really fresh and sweet; second time was stronger in flavor and more sea water taste, both times they were extremely fresh, for 10 bucks each there's not much one can complain about. (Note one could only order 6 oysters per drink)

Snacks we had some Fried Bait Fish with Fries and Lobster Roll. Fried bait fish was good, freshly fried and served with Aioli sauce, no gamey taste at all (probably because of the sauce). Lobster roll was nothing but stunning, freshly toasted roll, served with lobster cooked in lobster butter with a touch of cayenne. One bite into it, the juiciness and natural sweetness of the lobster hits your palette, and plenty of chewiness.

Drinks are always impressive there, ordered Capetown for 2 and Sangria for 4 for the respective visits and they both shine in appearance and taste. Sherry was used for the Sangria and Capetown was packed with fruits.

Overall food and drinks are both marvelous, service was within standard but I couldn't know if upstairs was any good since both occasions I only visited down stairs

今日經過灣仔呢間西餐廳有happy hour,連生蠔都有happy hour,每order一杯alcohol嘅飲品,就可以以每隻10蚊價錢order生蠔,限一打。生蠔唔算大隻,清新偏淡囗,少少海水味。一個魚沙律,沙律醋同埋菜嘅配合幾好,味道唔錯,菜亦好新鮮。Fish & chips + French fries, 原來啲魚係好似鹹魚仔咁,不過,炸得唔夠脆口。Chips 係炸嘅薯片,油咗少少。麵包中規中矩都算軟滑。Overall環境都唔錯,人唔算多,唔會好嘈雜。

每次經過門口望下個餐牌,餐廳裡面都會有人出來介紹,令我想黎試下。今日walk in 來,餐廳分兩層,樓上餐廳樓下bar,樓上餐廳set lunch要2百幾,樓下只需$138(再加一),當然試樓下啦。雖然樓下係bar,但lunch time都冇乜所謂,有2人檯,環境都幾舒服。Set lunch 包餐湯、主菜同甜品。定價還可以接受啦。今日餐湯係南瓜甘筍湯,見到廚師即製,都幾熱同香濃。主菜揀左牛肉,個煮法類似慢煮牛肉,好淋,入口即融,唯一要彈佢就係冇乜味道。配菜有薯仔沙律同炸薯條,好多澱粉質呀⋯⋯個薯仔沙律幾好味,又開胃。最後送上甜品一客,朱古力mousse⋯⋯其實味道冇問題,係個賣相差左dd整體質素還好,又唔多人,坐得舒服,適合傾計的地方。服務員全部講英文架,都幾友善。

早排喺網上見到灣仔有10蚊隻生蠔,覺得超級抵,拿拿聲打去Book諗住同閨密撐枱腳,但由於10蚊隻係Happy hour時段,所以無得Book,只可以Book晚飯時間,咁好啦,唯有book左晚飯先,再睇下自己好唔好彩。點知星期五晚大概6:45到,竟然有位!!於是我地就揀左佢個Set,一枝白酒加一打蠔588蚊,都OK啦職員無介紹D蠔,只係放得靚靚咁一碟上,蠔係細隻既,而且都幾咸,不過10蚊隻都算係咁啦,食完都無肚痛。我地兩個食左一打都唔夠,又叫多左一打,食完就上上層繼續食晚飯,上層感覺就侷促D,上到去8點幾,愈來愈多人,都差唔多坐滿。食完蠔都唔算太餓,所以都係叫左一、兩樣野呢個係Black Cod Fish and Chips,鱈魚有少少鞋,成份都無乜特別,覺得平時送啤酒食果D Fish and chips滑D呢個係risotto with broccoli and calamari,飯幾有咬口,軟硬適中,而且芝士味都幾香濃其實甜品果版就唔太吸引,Si想食lemon tart而閨密就想食心太軟,最後就揀左呢個Chocolate Fantasia,即係乜都有D,有chocolate mous

Si想食lemon tart而閨密就想食心太軟,

即係乜都有D,

百幾蚊呢個份量真係幾少,

味道都唔太特別,

所以覺得唔太抵食

埋單1500蚊,最抵都係10蚊食蠔,晚餐係指risotto 幾好食,其他就普普通通,下次會再去happy hour!

朋友帶我到這裡進午餐,餐廳有兩層,環境比較清靜,應該是適合悠閒聚餐,fine dining的餐廳。午餐餐牌如下,選擇頗多的。在菜式上桌前都會送上麵包(附牛油),麵包不熱也不暖,牛油塗上也不融,但是夠軟,是好吃的,牛油味香,不會太油膩。等了好一段時間,終於送來前菜。Shrimp and Melon - Served With Romesco Sauce賣相非常美觀!此菜式不算熱食,有5隻蝦,每隻底下都有哈密瓜,雙重鮮甜味道,沾上醬汁更開胃。Main Course也終於來了~Baked Tuna - With Extra Verin Olive Oil, White Wine & Capers Sauce賣相同樣不錯,Tuna圍著菇,夠爽口,至於重點Tuna肉烘出來外熟內略生,不過沒有腥味,切起來不鬆散,肉質嫩滑,不會"鞋",也不會油膩,很令人回味甜品是Chocolate Mousse with Brownie CruMousse好好味,好滑好creamy!喜歡甜點的應該都會愛吃,但因為味濃滋味,旁邊的brownie粒粒稍為失色,有點鬆和乾。餐飲都是一般的tea or coffee,而我選

賣相同樣不錯,Tuna圍著菇,夠爽口,至於重點Tuna肉烘出來外熟內略生,不過沒有腥味,切起來不鬆散,肉質嫩滑,不會"鞋",也不會油膩,很令人回味

Mousse好好味,好滑好creamy!
喜歡甜點的應該都會愛吃,但因為味濃滋味,旁邊的brownie粒粒稍為失色,有點鬆和乾。

餐飲都是一般的tea or coffee,而我選擇了熱檸茶,結果檸檬片還是要等一會才送上


整餐飯吃得輕鬆,食物賣相和味道也不錯,怱忙的都市人想輕鬆一下可試試。Staff感覺友善,不過上菜速度實在比較慢,需要趕急進膳的朋友就未必適合了。

Absolutely Awesome! The lobster menu is so good and so rich. Personal favorite? Probably the Lobster Bisque, I couldn't get enough of it! They also serve a really good lobster roll downstairs at the bar which is noms! Oh and if you're an oyster lover, $10 dollars an oysters from France during happy hour!? My friends went crazy and ate 72 oysters.

Went on a Friday night for the oyster happy hour (buy a drink, and get a plate of a dozen oysters for 120 HKD). The oysters were a good deal! Wish the snack food menu was bigger so we could have ordered other food on the side, rather than a large main course. The drinks were below average though - a bit pricy but not good. The mixed drinks were pretty bad - as in too sugary or too watered down (wasn't sure there was even alcohol in there), and even the wine tasted cheap and watery.

Restaurant: Fishsteria (Wan Chai)I got to say this is a restaurant that serves excellent food. However I've experienced very weak service today. This place is famous for its seafood and its lobsters so I took the chance to try some of their signature dishes. Same onwer as Giando I heard, thus similar style in terms of portion, one word - generous. Appetizer: lobster burrata with caviar - pretty good. Interesting combintation actually, never thought those two would go together. Well designed dish

Appetizer: lobster burrata with caviar - pretty good. Interesting combintation actually, never thought those two would go together. Well designed dish.
2nd dish (added as a la carte): calamari rings - delicious, crispy and juicy with zuchini and cassava (or yam) chips with 2 sauce. One of the best in HK
Main dish #1: lobster linguine - al dente linguine and very tasty lobster. Everything was done right, not too salty not too rich, the sweet spot for lobster.
Main dish # 2: grilled half lobster: the mushroom sauce the chef used was rathering amazing.

However, the speed and sequence of the food coming to the table puzzled me. The first 2 dishes came within 20 mins but I had to wait at least 30 mins before the third and another 35 mins before the main. Now I think even in some of the prime restaurants in town I think the wait is way too long and they certainly are understaffed. The junior staff obviously weren't much help either as they were wandering around like morons. The manager explained some guys here were on holiday today and usually on weekends they are understaffed. I honestly thought their attitude was okay but the result was not satisfactory at all.

Given the nice food I will give them another shot sometime, but I don't think I'll come again in weekend.

看著這間餐廳又裝修到開業,終於來到一嘗他們主打的海鮮料理。步入餐廳後,已見到地下酒吧已坐滿顧客。由於事先訂了枱的關係,我們只等待兩分鐘便由侍應帶上二樓用膳的地方。二樓佈置簡潔,行中高路線,枱與枱也有舒適的空間距離不發侷促。坐下後店員為我們安排有汽水,也介紹了當晚推薦菜式。頭盤我們點了六款生蠔各兩隻,很鮮很肥美。接著點了兩隻大紅蝦剌身,雖然賣相吸引,但這蝦的味道很濃烈,帶腥味 ,廚師也未有配上任何醬汁,我本人不太喜愛。而另一碟冷盤為青蘋果配帶子剌身。其實這本應是一碟很清新的菜式但那醬汁好稠,把青蘋果片及帶子一同放進咀後好像食白色魚肝油的感覺,口感也不滑溜,未能帶出鮮味。接著侍應推介白酒煮蜆,但我們還是點了炸魷魚圈而已。可是過了一會突然為我們上了白酒煮蜆,被他嚇了一跳😲!但我們也要了它本著試下啦的心態。吃下後覺得蜆很鮮肉質烹調得剛好,雖然不是大蜆,但用了一般的橄欖油白酒,蒜及香草的煮法很香。之後炸尤魚圈到了,但外邊炸粉完全不脆也昜與尤魚分離。我們跟侍應反映,佢竟然話係他們特意的煮法! o其實我真係覺得一d都唔好食,仲差過大排檔的椒鹽鮮尤!最後,我們還點了原隻龍蝦,也加多hkd200轉為

最後,我們還點了原隻龍蝦,也加多hkd200轉為。開邊後變成二人的主菜。這也是我整晚覺得最好吃的菜式。龍蝦用菇及香草等配料煎香後把肉切開了三小件再放回殼中,賣相及味道都係一流
! 如再光顧的話藍龍蝦一定係我的首選!

The only reason to go is to get the happy hour oysters at HKD10 per bivalve.  Have been several times, today we had a variety from Australia - small, intensely salty bordering on bitterness that we had to ask for some bread to neutralise the taste.  The oysters were not too cold, even though we would have liked it to be colder as it was a very hot day.  Had an undrinkable chardonnay from Margaret River and changed to a beer instead.  I think for oysters, I still prefer the ones from Brittany wit

We had the 10$ oyster at the Bar which i thought was an awesome deal if not the best in town, according to the waitress they were serving Eire from France. We had the 10$ oyster at the Bar which i thought was an awesome deal if not the best in town, according to the waitress they were serving Eire from France. GREAT

We ordered a seafood platter (Raw) as a starter which was surprisingly fresh.

Second course was the Lobster maccaroni suggested by our waitress. Just Brilliant

The main course the seasalt baked seabass was 'the experience' of the night, soft and perfectly cooked which make Fishsteria my new favourite seafood place!

Will return soon, service was polite and attentive.

灣仔一帶嘅食店,午餐時段都幾多人,最近大熱嘅利東街更加係人頭湧湧今日約咗人食午餐,去咗利東街附近嘅Fishsteria呢度午餐時間唔多人,裝修以海為主題午餐餐牌,我地叫咗一支蒸餾水同埋兩個午餐些牙,另加$58加三隻生蠔先嚟個麵包加牛油,麵包熱熱地,皮脆肉軟,好食先嚟三隻生蠔,蠔新鮮,creamy加小小海水味,唔錯頭盤之一,南瓜帶子湯,我地同侍應講我地些牙食,佢地好細心幫我地將湯分兩碗上,南瓜清甜另一頭盤,地中海沙律,我鍾意食甜椒,簡單用橄欖油同陳醋伴食,好清新主菜之一,意式海鮮鍋湯,海鮮新鮮,番茄湯酸酸甜甜好開胃另一主菜,海鮮扁意粉,兩個都係蕃茄汁,個味道好相似,意粉軟硬適中餐飲熱咖啡,另加$18改cappuccino,咖啡非常香濃,對我嚟講太濃甜品有水果沙律伴雲呢拿忌廉,簡單清新嘅一道甜品朱古力慕絲伴布藍尼,朱古加味濃郁,布藍尼就乾咗少少整體食物唔錯,海鮮較出色,其他都不過不失,服務非常好,侍應有禮貌有笑容,食完麵包會掃乾淨張枱嘅麵包碎,細心,抵讚
