We were looking for a decent place in Jordan to eat. Our friend recommended Luxury, we try this place but he mentioned it was a private kitchen. In the beginning we were hesitant but nonetheless decided to give it a shot. Luckily to our delight the restaurant was a hidden gem. They provided cuisine with the feeling of home but the quality of premium restaurant. We had the 5 course meal starting with a juicy foie gras appetizer that melted in your mouth. The 2 nd course was the lobster
The 2 nd course was the lobster bisque which I actually saw the chef making. In fact I saw all the preparations as the kitchen was open. It was amazing!!! For the 3 rd course we had the pasta. I went with four people and tried all of there dishes. It was heaven.
Tried the carbonara with sea urchin and than a bite of the wagyu gnocchi. My mouth we salivating and we still had the entree and dessert to go. I was not disappointed as my entree was a m7 steak which again made my palette quiver with delight. Perfectly cooked medium rare and seared on the outside.
Finally I had the early gray cake which finalised my meal with the proper ending of any good meal. Needless to say this place is a place to try if you visit Hong Kong. Just make sure you book in advance
