最近去咗中環一間高級西餐廳,呢度有落地大玻璃,可以望住中環嘅景色,又有大戶外露台,環境相當優雅而開揚**De Claire Fresh Oysters with a refreshing cucumber gazpacho**:De Claire生蠔鮮美多汁,配上清新的青瓜冷湯,口感爽滑,帶有淡淡嘅海洋氣息**Barca Hamachi**:呢道菜以黃鰤魚為主,魚肉鮮甜細膩,配上繼承番茄嘅酸甜同酥脆嘅布里歐麵包,味道層次豐富**Give a Flying Fig**:煎鵝肝外脆內嫩,香氣四溢,配上香料蘋果醬同新鮮無花果,搭配牛油布里歐麵包,甜中帶鹹,口感豐富。**Dos Dias Patatas**:酥脆嘅薯仔千層糕,外層金黃酥脆,內裏鬆軟,每一口都充滿土豆嘅香氣**Dry-Aged Wagyu Beef "Bavette" M5**:乾式熟成嘅和牛肉質細膩,入口即化,配上炒菠菜、蘑菇同薯蓉,整體味道濃郁而均衡。**Perfectly Pink-ish (4pcs) "Gambas" - Sweet Prawns, braised to coral perfection dressed
