坐底無幾耐就送左每人一份嘅北海道蟹肉伴海膽,兩者綿密嘅口感同鹹香嘅海水味簡直係絕配🙌🏼 每2-3位亦可以揀一樣鰤魚嘅菜色,我地就揀左沙律🥗 佢地同紅醋同薑蓉醬油提升魚片嘅風味,同時令質感更嫩滑🐟
Amuse Bouche was Sea Urchin with Hokkaido Crabmeat, which was so umami. For their seasonal fish item, I chose the Buri Salad which was marinated in red vinegar and ginger soy sauce for extra depth.

師傅即切嘅刺身擺盤精緻,總共有9款咁多,出面應該至少要$3xx啦🙊 三文魚、油甘魚、鰤魚等魚類刺身厚切飽滿,而北海道帶子同甜蝦就鮮美爽口🦐 吞拿魚方面有齊曬赤身、中同大拖羅,入口脂香四溢🤤
The sashimi platter had 9 different types of seafood that was thick and fresh, with my favourite being the fatty toro.

面層嘅吞拿魚片紅潤柔軟,配上金黃酥脆嘅三文魚天婦羅口感好豐富🍣 醋飯軟糯唔鬆散,加埋香辣醬夠曬惹味,一口一件好滿足🫶🏼
Crispy and spicy salmon tempura was wrapped in a layer of sushi rice, topped with a slice of tuna sashimi.
呢到所有串燒都係即叫即燒,上檯時仲熱辣辣🔥 雞腎同雞軟骨質感脆而不靭,微微嘅焦香滋味十足😋 牛舌軟嫩中帶嚼勁,富有濃郁嘅肉汁💦
I got the Ox Tongue, Chicken Kidney and Chicken Cartilage Skewers. They were all made to order, which were sizzling hot and so flavourful.

JOE'S RAMEN
呢個就係其中一個主菜嘅選擇,未食已經聞到撲鼻嘅龍蝦香🦞以多隻龍蝦熬製成嘅湯底超級濃稠,將甘甜濃厚嘅精華蓋滿每條拉麵🍜 裡面仲加左海帶絲同粒粒蝦肉,鮮味爆燈🌊
The ramen was topped with seaweed and shrimp, bathed in an aromatic and viscous soup filled with the sweet and savoury essence of lobster.
最後甜品方面叫左水果拼盤同紅豆抹茶雪糕,質素好有驚喜🍨 幼滑嘅抹茶雪糕中加左超多甜蜜嘅紅豆,同甘苦嘅茶香取得平衡🍵 呢種甜苦兼具嘅感覺令人上癮😜
For desserts, I got their fruit platter and matcha red bean ice cream. The amount of red beans was insane, which perfectly balanced out the bitterness of matcha.
