同兩個好朋友去咗呢一度慶生order咗三個set dinner wine free flow。本來非常期望,但係上菜極慢waiter態度又差,搞到我哋不能專注體驗,淨係顧住搵waiter追菜。其中最離譜嘅係我哋order嘅係set dinner for 3。知但係嚟嘅所有嘢都係兩份,即係要我哋三個分享兩隻蠔兩隻龍蝦仔兩隻蝦 雖然每位2000但係咁樣食都幾寒酸下。去到個湯先來兩份要追先來第三份就令我懷疑會唔會係個餐廳攪錯左以為我地只係叫左兩set。叫咗個經理嚟問問咗一兩句佢已經冇耐性check都唔check淨係話啱,只係話送多個甜品俾你哋然後咩都唔解釋就走左咁都得,好無禮貌。要提一提呢一餐嘅服務費都要$500換來咁嘅態度。公正啲講一句牛扒係幾好食環境好靚不過比呢間餐廳嘅服務員浪費晒唔會再嚟。今時今日一人兩千蚊食到好多嘢好好服務結論係呢一度CP值極低可以拜拜

上網睇到呢間扒房食Dry-aged 好出名,所以就襯聖誕嚟到試咗佢哋嘅 dinner set~呢到既裝修行美國扒房餐館fine dining風,座位空間都舒適,有少少似Ruth Chris’s 既style,唯一係個光線有d唔夠。因為聖誕,餐廳出左兩個Festival Special Dinner Set,都係以牛扒為主,有$1480同$790兩個grade。貴set主要多咗Seafood Platter、龍蝦湯同自動upgrade dry-aged steak。$790既set就得普通d既appetizer同正常牛柳,如果想食dry-aged就要加$330。因為第一次到訪,所以就試個入門版,試下佢個牛柳煎到咩水準先啦!餐湯及麵包籃餐湯係南瓜湯,無乜特別,個麵包籃既麵包有d硬同凍,如果比客人前會翻熱就好dAppetizer:Wolfgang’s Crab Cake🦀 呢個蟹餅有d失望,一黎個外型一望就有d唔吸引,好似炸得太乾咁,二黎切開佢時,d蟹肉感覺唔太fresh,搞得太碎,只得好細好幼蟹肉絲,食落都比較乾身,無乜蟹肉香味,對比之前係RC食既差好遠。主菜:Petit Fillet Mignon🥩 唔同前菜,呢個菲力牛排,又比想像中出色。雖然厚切,但肉質非常嫩滑,Medium煎得剛好,真係出面少少香脆,入面就粉紅色,咬落一d都無根,又有牛味有肉汁,味道一流,煎得啱啱好👍🏻試完今次既牛柳,我好sure會番轉頭再試佢個dry-aged!另外仲會配埋薯蓉同波菜,兩樣都煮得creamy,菠菜好嫩口好好食😋甜品:Tiramisu🍰 最後嘅甜品係Tiramisu,呢個Tiramisu亦係unexpectedly好食,層次分明,咖啡味道剛好,唔會太甜,濕潤到亦控制得好好,cream既部分夠蛋香,可以話係我近期食既最鍾意一件Tiramisu ❤️呢個 $790 套餐雖然唔算平,但個牛柳質素的確唔差,只係個前菜有d失望,如慶祝特別日子都係唔錯選擇,下次就再黎試下dry-aged steak la!

圣诞节新年就快到了,聚会首选中环的Wolfgang,老钱风牛排馆品质在线,份量也很足,超级满足的一餐!🦀Wolfgang 蟹饼蟹饼外脆内嫩,蟹肉鲜美,配以香浓的蛋黄酱,口感丰富,咸鲜适中。🥗凯撒沙拉这道沙拉的生菜脆嫩爽口,搭配经典的凯撒沙拉酱,浓郁的奶酪和大蒜风味,带来丰富的层次感。撒上的烤面包丁增添了酥脆感,整体口味清新又满足。🎃南瓜汤南瓜汤质地顺滑,略带甜味,温暖而舒适。🥩美国干式熟成 Porterhouse 牛排这款牛排外焦里嫩,肉质鲜美多汁。干式熟成的过程提升了牛肉的风味,带有浓郁的肉香和微妙的坚果味,口感丰富。🥔香滑土豆泥土豆泥绵密细腻,入口即化,奶香浓郁。加上黄油和奶油的调和,使得口感更加丝滑,完美衬托牛排的风味。奶油菠菜奶油菠菜清爽而滑腻,菠菜的鲜甜与奶油的浓郁相结合,口感柔和。特别嫩的菠菜让整个菜品更为轻盈,适合搭配重口味的主菜。🍰提拉米苏提拉米苏层次分明,咖啡的苦涩与马斯卡彭奶酪的甜腻相互交融。松软的手指饼干吸收了咖啡的香气,整体口感丰富,甜而不腻,是完美的餐后甜点。

The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations.The porterhouse steak, which was supposedly dry-aged, lacked the depth of flavor that one would expect from such a cut of meat. I found myself needing to add copious amounts of sea salt just to bring some semblance of balance to the dish. Additionally, the steak arrived at my table lukewarm, rather than the piping hot temperature one would hope for.The grilled asparagus was another disappointment, as it was overly oily and lacked the freshness that I would have expected from a high-end steakhouse. Overall, the meal was a letdown and did not justify the high prices charged by the restaurant.While Wolfgang Steakhouse in Hong Kong may have a beautiful setting, the food left much to be desired. I would not recommend dining here if you are looking for a truly exceptional steakhouse experience.
