今日放工約左友人食飯,問佢想食乜,佢就話要試吓間「西餐大排檔」!咁究竟係食「西餐」定食「大排檔」呀!餐廳位於銅鑼灣嘅渣甸中心7/F!一出𨋢門已經覺得餐廳霸氣十足!牆上嘅壁畫為餐廳增添幾分懷舊感。餐廳座位數量唔太多,但環境舒適,燈光柔和,空間都好足夠。霸氣紅色餐巾紙非常搶眼!坐得一陣之後,侍應為我地遞上餐牌,最後我哋嗌左三個前菜兩個湯同兩個主食!先嚟黑毛豬脆包!熱辣辣脆卜卜嘅麵包夾住沾有蜜糖芥茉醬嘅黑毛豬,非常開胃!再嚟黑松露煮日本年糕。汁醬嘅味道有d似黑松露忌廉湯,質感偏稀;日本年糕口感非常煙韌,兩者味道好配合!之後就係焗法國連殻食田螺。所謂嘅「殻」口感有d似雪糕筒,脆卜卜;田螺味道不過不失。呢個海鮮肉骨茶係我全晚覺得最好味嘅!肉骨茶散發住啖啖藥材味,入口甘甜,並附上一隻大鮑魚,鮮味!之後就係友人嘅黑松露蘑菇湯。蘑菇湯的蘑菇超多,湯的中間放咗一匙黑松露,非常香。之後就輪到主食:烤牛脷!牛脷的口感有軟有實,有少少騷味;配菜方面我較為欣賞露筍同蕃茄,非常fresh !之後就係美國安格斯牛扒(7成熟)。安格斯牛扒牛味超濃,肉質鬆化!粉紅色的牛扒,真的好好吃!
